Friendly staff… Decent Property. No real issues whatsoever except the elevator was not working for few days and all during our stay and was not fixed yet when we left. ( At least 10 days or more).

We were given a key for the wrong room and entered into a room with someone else inside of it. And no attempt to rectify the situation or give us a discount or anything. The view from my ur room looked directly into someone's backyard so we kept our. curtains shut the entire time. Our room had an a joining door to another room with no way to lock it completely.

Its an older building and hallways are quite narrow and dark but the rooms are updated and very comfortable and very nice showers. Beds are comfortable too.

When we checked in, the front desk staff was incredibly sick and coughing directly on us. She wiped her running nose with her open hand several times and then handled my ID and credit card. Did not provide a receipt, even when requested and argued with me about what credit card was used when booking - I only have one, so I'm really unclear what that was about. Later the same day, I had a fraudulent scam call about the same card, and I have a sneaky suspicion it had to do with this interaction with this individual. She didn't seem like she was usually working front desk - at least I hope not! Hotel was dated - not as represented in photos. The shampoo and conditioner bottles in our room were empty. Was disappointed in this stay and would have preferred to spend the extra money for a nicer hotel - we feel misled by the photos and information.

We stayed 3 nights while visiting Jasper, and it worked well for our family with a toddler. The location was convenient, about an hour to Jasper with easy parking. The room was compact but clean, with comfy beds and a fridge. The microwave wasn’t working initially, but staff replaced it promptly when informed. The lift was out of order, but thankfully we had a ground floor room. We didn’t try the in-house restaurant, but appreciated having grocery stores and a playground nearby. Overall, a solid, budget-friendly stay for exploring Jasper.

It was having a weird smell in the room and then I called them to change the bed sheets, but no one showed up for 2 hours, then I have to leave the hotel for my trip so I locked the door and used the same sheets next day with that weird smell

Check in staff was lovely and very friendly. The food in the lounge was excellent. I prefer a softer bed and it was probably one of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever slept in. The hotel is clean and has everything you need. Surprisingly quiet for being located along the highway. The hotel is very dated, it still uses keys for the room (what a trip that was). But it’s very clean, the staff were great and the food was excellent. I would recommend as the price was right. Side note, one of the reasons I chose the hotel was because it had photos of pool tables and skee-ball in hopes to entertain my teenager for the evening. Unfortunately these are located in the lounge which of course is 18 and over. So if this is a factor to your decision with kids, I would recommend staying elsewhere perhaps with a pool. Overall though, for the price, I would definitely stay again.

Check in staff was lovely and very friendly. The food in the lounge was excellent. I prefer a softer bed and it was probably one of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever slept in. The hotel is clean and has everything you need. Surprisingly quiet for being located along the highway. The hotel is very dated, it still uses keys for the room (what a trip that was). But it’s very clean, the staff were great and the food was excellent. I would recommend as the price was right. Side note, one of the reasons I chose the hotel was because it had photos of pool tables and skee-ball in hopes to entertain my teenager for the evening. Unfortunately these are located in the lounge which of course is 18 and over. So if this is a factor to your decision with kids, I would recommend staying elsewhere perhaps with a pool. Overall though, for the price, I would definitely stay again.

Twin Pine is perfect for an economic way to see Jasper. The room was clean and had everything I required. The staff were ALL wonderful, from front desk to the staff in the lounge. And the lounge... amazing food (I ate there all three nights), wonderful staff and incredibly reasonably priced.

This hotel has walls as thin as paper. The plumbing, both supply and drainage needs replacement. The plumbing is noisy and the rooms are noisy too . The power was out in the entire town so there was also no heat, hydro, refrigeration or hot water. No grocery stores or restaurants were open. We will not stay here again. Not recommended.

There was a county wide power cut during our stay and the staff were on hand to provide torch lights and as much information as they could in the difficult time. The bed was super comfortable and the room was large. The hotel provided free hot drinks and muffins/fruit every morning which was a great extra. There was plenty of free parking on site. The front desk printed our park pass for us and were very helpful. I would stay here again
