Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing. There were smashed bugs on the bathroom wall, or at least we hope that’s what they were, as there was also hair on the wall. We also found another smashed bug on the wall near the entry door. The room also very clearly appeared to have been a smoking room at some point, if it isn’t still one. The light switches were heavily stained with what appeared to be decades of yellow nicotine and smoke residue. The overall condition of the room made it feel poorly maintained and in need of a thorough cleaning and update. Had we not needed the room at 3:00 a.m., we would have requested a refund and found somewhere else to stay. Cleanliness and basic room condition should be a minimum expectation, and unfortunately, this room fell well short of that.

The stay started out rough. Our key wouldn’t open the door & we had several trips back & forth to the front desk which was a long way away from our room. The front desk person was very nice & finally got the problem resolved. The whole system was down so there was no TV & no internet. That wasn’t good. The room was clean & nice & the breakfast the next morning was good. We would stay there again.

Room was clean but had a couple of things in need of repair. Tub faucet handle was laying in the tub. Pushed it on to get by and let staff know. Outlets next to one side of a bed didn’t work either.
