Staff was super friendly and helpful. Facility is a little older, but serves as a great overnight stop. Room was comfortable despite the AC unit being very loud and the bed being super hard. We didn't stay for breakfast but the options seemed to very limited. Would stay again if needed. Oh by the way, there's no elevator available

Hotel is under construction. Makeshift check in station. Room was 83 degrees hot. AC operated poorly. Room had stained walls, cobwebs, stained carpet, outlets without face plates, poor amount of hot water. Has no business being open.

Property was under renovation so there was construction dust and materials laying around. Staff was extremely nice and I’m sure that after renovations are completed it will be a wonderful hotel. Very convenient to all services. So other than the renovations being done the hotel was great. Affordable and over all a pleasant stay.

When I reserved my room I selected the mobility room due to having a bad back. I looked at the photos on the website and they displayed a walk in shower with a removable shower head. I was told they do not have those at the hotel. The shower head was level with my nose so I could not lean my head back to wash my hair. I had to bend forward. I am 5'9. They were doing construction at the front entrance so you had to enter through the side exit which has stairs. Website states Continental breakfast. But the doors were closed to the areas that were under construction and they never advised where to go. The clerk had to get me some ice since the machine was in the construction area. I meant to take a picture of the bathtub but forgot.

The 1st room we were put in smelled and had no shower curtain. They moved us to another room and we had no hot water to shower with the entire stay. The ice machince did not work. The desk clerk was never at the front desk. They also had construction work going on at the hotel. The parking lot was a mess. We will never stay here again

The slowest check in I’ve ever had…EVER. On a motorcycle in triple digit heat had to wait exactly until 3:00 to check in. Got in the room to find no towels, wash cloths….no shampoo and two people had to share a small 1-1/2 x 2” piece of hand soap. Drink Machines empty….

The front desk was very nice , the overall atmosphere was good. When I came in the side door it wasn't lacked, that was a little disconcerting. People sitting outside of their rooms on the floors. Didn't feel as though the room was very clean. There was hair in the shower and bed. I don't normally complain, but just didn't feel comfortable.

The room was awful. Old, dirty, holes in the walls, no shampoo & only one small bar of soap with one towel and 2 hand towels. Open wires in the hallway, stains in the carpet. I checked in and went back to the front desk to ask for a refund explaining that I was not comfortable staying there and I was told I couldn’t get one. Beyond bad!

Bed was very comfortable, room was clean and updated. Everything worked very well in room. Food was good. Staff was very pleasant. The coffee was excellent, my husband spoke about how well it tasted in a few conversations. We would like to know what kind it was. My husband and I both said we will keep this Super 8 in mind next time we travel in this location. It's very convenient to highway for easy off and on.

Room was super hot. Took forever for AC to cool room. Stains in carpet, holes on walls. Lamps wouldn’t work. Phone didn’t work. Only gave us a small bar of soap and one small shampoo for 5 people. Very dusty, and AC made a loud noise the whole time.

Roaches…. A true infestation! No more words are required. Stay here at your own risk. I immediately checked out and obtained a room at a more well-kept establishment. This hotel needs to be fumigated IMMEDIATELY! Where is the health department???

This hotel does not serve breakfast at this time, yet the listing says they do. I might have forgiven that had the room not been absolutely filthy. The bed linens were stained and torn. There was what appeared to be feces smeared on the bathroom door. There was mold in the mini fridge.

The room smelt of stale cigarettes and mold. The comforter had cigarette burns in them and were filthy. The sheets on one of the beds were stained. The pillows were tiny and smelled. The bathroom was tiny and the shower was dirty with a wad of hair sitting on top of the shower curtain. Lots of hair in the shower area. The valance above the main window was rotted and a huge thing of mold was all over the corner of it with a giant waterspout above the bed. Overall the location of the hotel is great but definitely needs a better cleaning staff and fixed up.

Was promptly greeted upon arrival. The representative was very courteous and polite. My room was very clean. Bed was wonderful. Breakfast was enough. Lately the televisions at hotels are the worse. Very limited channels. This hotels channels were expansive! The room lacked a mirror in the room. (Yes there was a mirror above the vanity in bathroom). The carpet though very clean, maybe needed an upgrade. I WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN WITHOUT HESITATION.

Well I booked the room with the king bed. Everything was clean but there was no hair dryer, no coffeemaker and the microwave barely popped a bag of popcorn. The girl at the desk did give me a hair dryer but told me i could get my coffee in the breakfast area. Well that's all fine and dandy but I like my coffee in my room. So had i known earlier, I would have stayed somewhere else. And yes, in the description of the room, it was supposed to have a hair dryer and coffeemaker. Very disappointed.

First Morning and they were charging us $600 for smoking in the room. My husband and I do NOT smoke NOR vape! They didnt bother to call or ask and the service lady didn't even go inside the room to check, they stood outside the door and decided that it was us!

Fran was a super clerk she helped us get our room and made sure we had everything we needed for the night, towels and pillows. This is our second time staying at this location. It is very convenient for us when we travel up north. Thanks for making our stay very pleasant.

I paid in advance for the room with my debit card. When I arrived to check I. They would not accept my debit card for incidental deposit. They also would not refund me my room expenses. I’ve never had an issue with any other hotel across the world. Very bad relations. I will never stay at another and I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I’ve never had an issue with any other hotel across the world. Very bad relations. I will never stay at another and I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The slowest check in I’ve ever had…EVER. On a motorcycle in triple digit heat had to wait exactly until 3:00 to check in. Got in the room to find no towels, wash cloths….no shampoo and two people had to share a small 1-1/2 x 2” piece of hand soap. Drink Machines empty….

Checkin was simple and easy. Room was clean, although there was initially an oddly unpleasant odor in the room, when we turned on the air, the odor quickly dissipated. Bed was comfy. When we wanted to shower before bed, there were no bath cloths. Husband went to desk to request two. Was given one (stained) was cloth and more hand towels. We were exhausted, so we showered with hand towels. Location was convenient with food options within walking distance such as Panera, Chick Fil A, Whataburger and a few others. Would stay again. Hopefully with bath cloths next time.

Bed was very comfortable, room was clean and updated. Everything worked very well in room. Food was good. Staff was very pleasant. The coffee was excellent, my husband spoke about how well it tasted in a few conversations. We would like to know what kind it was. My husband and I both said we will keep this Super 8 in mind next time we travel in this location. It's very convenient to highway for easy off and on.

Property was under renovation so there was construction dust and materials laying around. Staff was extremely nice and I’m sure that after renovations are completed it will be a wonderful hotel. Very convenient to all services. So other than the renovations being done the hotel was great. Affordable and over all a pleasant stay.

This hotel does not serve breakfast at this time, yet the listing says they do. I might have forgiven that had the room not been absolutely filthy. The bed linens were stained and torn. There was what appeared to be feces smeared on the bathroom door. There was mold in the mini fridge.

The room was okay. Nothing fancy but it was clean. There were plastic protectors on the mattresses and that was kind of weird. The lady who worked second shift at the desk was phenomenal. Breakfast was sparse and there was no one to check us out or help us in the breakfast room.

I was sick of stomach, starting the first evening, up until the time I left. This morning when I was leaving, I realized it was mildew and mold on the ceiling in the hallway where sink is and mold in the bathroom. The ceiling also had brown spots on the ceiling where it been wet. There was NEVER not one at the desk EVERY time I tried to address it. Just a bucket that said leave your key in the bucket when checking out. I really think they need to address it and not rent room 108 out.
