Bro y’all need at least an ice machine!!! There no breakfast or gym. Rooms are cheap asf but don’t think about getting someone to the desk about 6:00am, homie came out wit an attitude. Other guy complained about my motorcycle noise… I’d recommend it tho

guests are a little anxious to get on/off the elevator. Elevator is a bit slow. would be nice to to have people NOT hovering over the door. cleaning is done once every two weeks. Once you get used to the regulars its not too bad. some people are so nosey so set your boundaries early.

As soon as you walk in to the hallway to go to your room it smells so strongly of cigarettes and pet urine. I had to double wash my clothes once I got home to get the smell off of them. The smell it so strong it gave me a migraine my whole time staying there.

When we first walked into the room, we could smell smoke and it seem like guests normally smoke in this room. My daughter has asthma and cannot stay in a room with cigarette smoke. We were only in the room about five minutes and we saw cockroaches. Needless to say, we left and checked into another hotel

Stayed with family for a week and overall the stay was good. Especially the front desk - Jessie was good and helpful. The cleaning staff is friendly and nice. Only issue is Wi-Fi was very sloppy :( overall good stay.

Latoya checked us in and did an amazing job. Extremely friendly and efficient to be so late Saturday morning found out shower head sends water to top of ceiling and all over floor. The commode if you didn’t pull up handle after it would keep running in fact it was running when we entered the first time. Lots of wasted water House keepers should noticed both toilet and tub if they cleaned them Room was spotless though. We left room door keys on the table next to TV

Reservations were made online via app and my card was not to be charged until I got there, at which time I was planning to pay with a different card. However, upon arrival the guy told me that my reservations had been cancelled because they tried to charge the card and it did not go through. So the rates went up AND I was told they no longer had my room available.

One week there was lots of noise which sounded like a guest playing ball with their pet past midnight. Another case the alarm went off after midnight so I tried to extend my checkout to catch up on missed sleep and staff was rude when I woke up to pack and leave. I’ll just stay somewhere else.

Very disappointing stay. The photos online are extremely misleading and made the hotel look much nicer and more well-maintained than it actually is. The property was noticeably more run-down and poorly kept than we expected based on the pictures. The experience was made even worse by the noise early in the morning. Housekeepers were vacuuming the hallways at 6:00 AM, which was incredibly disruptive. We contacted the front desk to complain, and the response was essentially, “Well, that’s what time their shift starts, so I don’t know what to tell you.” That was not an acceptable response to a legitimate guest complaint. Overall, the condition of the property, misleading photos, early-morning noise, and lack of concern from the front desk made for a very disappointing stay. I would not stay here again.

I had to asked for refund they just charged me the first night even though I didn’t stayed there which I should’ve got a full refund for all the nights. Please take this as consideration for me getting the first night rerun since I didn’t stayed there.

Yara at the front desk is excellent! She is very helpful and friendly. Any questions I had, she was able to answer. She was very helpful with trying to find my shoes that I thought I left in our room. (They were in the car) I will definitely be returning if needing to stay at a hotel in the La Porte area!
