Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Worcester Auburn

The heat was adequate

This was my second visit Fairfield Marriott the staff at front desk are exceptionally nice and the surrounding areas are quite and comfortable.house keeping are polite and friendly.Marriott hotels are the most moderately priced.

Comfortable overnight! I live in Boston and went antiquing nearby and booked for one night. I was able to check in early! There was a lovely lady working at the front desk who quickly checked me in. I stayed on the first floor and the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was large and the shower had good water pressure. There are many restaurants next door and the Pike down the road. I enjoyed the breakfast as well! Will definitely stay again in the future!

Checking in was horrible. Team member Debbie was not courteous nor welcoming. She did not assist in problem solving my issue.

The service at the front desk, the lady that attended the breakfast area, very nice and helpful, the room was very clean, overall a good stay.
