Quiet, comfortable stay. Elevator is REAL sketchy and feels like it's going to kill you every time. Front door didn't work. Room was clean and well stocked. Not far from the freeway.

The staff were amazing and made the stay so much better. Kids enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was good. Felt safe and was able to sleep well.

We use this hotel every year, and its always close and convenient when visiting the area. However I wish they'd invest in some ice machines! They are usually empty or broken, and it's a PITA to go from floor to floor trying to find a little bit of ice. Also, invest in full size pillows. Why should we have to bring a standard size pillow from home? Looks like they bought a bunch of king size pillows and cut them all in half, lol.

The bathroom had ants. Our alarm woke us up at 0600 - the cleaners had forgotten to turn it off. It’s been almost a week since my stay and they have not refunded the hold on my credit card either. I will not be staying at any best western locations again.

At first glance, the property looks great! But once you settle in you start seeing all the fingerprints left on the cabinets, door handles, table tops. The carpet smelled terrible in the second room we were moved to. The first room we had had roaches crawling out the cupboards. (I have a video) the second room we were in I saw a roach while eating at the table but I didn’t have time to record it. I couldn’t sleep comfortably thinking about how a roach can easily sneak into our stuff and travel back home with us. The staff was very friendly. It’s been 2 days since my stay and I still have yet to hear from a manager regarding any discount/points to compensate for the unfortunate stay.

I like how spacious the rooms are however I wish the linens were clean. The sofa wasn’t cleaned out not change the sheets. The previous people left so much stuff in the sofa that made it dirty. The breakfast was good but the staff close everything before 10 including the juice machine. So if you wake up late then no breakfast for you. Overall the staff were nice

Upon arrival we tried to store our food inside the fridge and the fridge was dirty with old food. I called the front desk and they told us to just take out and place it in the hallway. Nobody picked up the garbage or took a new bag for the garbage can.

I come here every few months, and I enjoy this hotel for the most part. I did notice this time the bed wasn't as comfortable as other rooms, and I was bitten by fleas a few times so they must let dogs in this room often. The bedding was missing the duvet cover normally used, making the top cover less soft. Over all, it's ok and we will return soon(I'll just request a different room, easy peazy)

What I liked most about Best Western Mountain View was the cleanliness of the property and rooms. The interior of the property including our room had a very clean smelling scent. Easy access of the freeway.

Stay overall was comfortable and good. Breakfast had a lot of options. The closet door in my room was broken and stuck and therefore was unusable. Trash in the elevator was there for my entire stay-was never swept out.

Check in was a little rough. We arrived at check in around 8pm and I was told I reservation (when she finally found it) had been cancelled. She couldn’t tell me why, or who cancelled it. It took about 20 minutes to get things figured out and she was able to reinstate our reservation. The room was fine, not quite as spacious as I expected based on description but it worked for us. The tiny tiny bathroom was a little disappointing with 6 people in our room but we managed. The breakfast downstairs was 10/10. And the kids loved the pool however the hot tub was not working which was disappointing to my husband and I. The hotel could really use some updating but all and all it was a good place to stay.

The hotel seemed mostly filled but was still very quiet, The front desk personal was very helpful when I had requests. Why do hotels put a microwave and fridge in you room but nothing helpful like a few dishes and some silverware? The suite was roomy and comfortable. I would stay again if in the area.

Very pleasant stay. All staff were friendly and helpful, and extended greetings when they saw a guest. Excellent breakfast. Super selection as well. Very quiet. Other guests were friendly as well.

The breakfast was a good continental breakfast and the pool and hot tub were nice. The staff was not very friendly and the rooms were noisy and the beds were not very comfortable. I asked for a late checkout on Sunday and they said I could stay an extra half an hour (until 11:30) and even wrote my room number down. At 11:15 the housekeeping came and asked why we hadn't left yet & I told them we had a late checkout & then the front desk called within 2 minutes and I told her the same thing. There was a door that went outside that was not locked and anyone could wander into the hotel and this was after 9:00PM. I did not feel safe there with my daughter and will never be back.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! I loved the hotel breakfast—it was far from your average selection. They offered a huge variety, and the staff made your breakfast burrito right in front of you. It was fantastic! What stood out the most was Amy at the front desk. She went above and beyond, even while handling rude guests, and she maintained a smile the entire time. She is the reason we will be back. The General Manager, Malia, also provided outstanding service and was very understanding. Additionally, the hotel was very clean, and we loved the variety in the gift shop. Everything was fantastic! Thank you! Shawntelle & Craig W.

Front desk staff was excellent - friendly and efficient. Hotel was clean and orderly. Breakfast buffet was good with a few extras such as biscuits and gravy to make the kids happy. 2 Queen Rooms had a bunch of extra space which was nice.

The hotel's location is in middle of warehouse-businesses, so a nice stroll may be out of question. If you have an automobile, it is great location to head on the back roads to Tacoma, Puyallup or any of the King County suburbs... as well as Mount Rainier. For shopping, it is a hop & skip away from the outlet connection. The highway is right there. Parking space is great. The fitness room is clean and up to date on equipment and organized. The breakfast offers a full breakfast, which is nice especially for tired work or family travelers. That area is pretty clean and organized. The front lobby looks fancy and Pacific Northwest theme as a shoutout to Mount Rainier area. When I am back up in Seattle area, I would stay here again.

Property was nice, clean, and staff was super friendly and helpful. Only downside was it’s in kind of an industrial neighborhood, no restaurants or anything that a person could walk to. It was an easy on/off of hiway though.

Couple of warehouses and also train hub around the hotel. Very nice and clean hotel but there is absolutely nothing around it. By driving for 5 minutes you will find what you need though.

The bed was very comfortable, rolling shower with shower chair worked very good. The breakfast buffet was tasty with many items to choose from. Front door staff was very polite and friendly and made us feel welcome.

Check-in was quick & easy, room was clean & excellent breakfast. There is a truck yard close by the hotel and we could hear the activity at night.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! I loved the hotel breakfast—it was far from your average selection. They offered a huge variety, and the staff made your breakfast burrito right in front of you. It was fantastic! What stood out the most was Amy at the front desk. She went above and beyond, even while handling rude guests, and she maintained a smile the entire time. She is the reason we will be back. The General Manager, Malia, also provided outstanding service and was very understanding. Additionally, the hotel was very clean, and we loved the variety in the gift shop. Everything was fantastic! Thank you! Shawntelle & Craig W.

The kitchenette is nothing but a full sized fridge/freezer, a microwave, a toaster oven, and a sink. The cupboard are all bare, no pot holder or toaster oven safety equipment (we asked front desk for a pot holder and were told they have none, next morning I burnt my finger on the toaster oven and had to go to front desk to ask for first aid), when asked for plates and utensils we were given paper plates and plastic utensils. The heat/air conditioner it controlled by above door sensors that shut off the system after and unknown amount of time without movement in the room (or at least that’s what we could find on the Internet about the creepy sensors places about the front and bedroom doors), this caused the room to be muggy when we were not in the room for 6 hours because of an event. Our room keys were deactivated by using them to get in to the building (some battery issues supposedly). The toilet has to be held down to actually flush. There is a $150 deposit required at check in, yet not enough income to fix the toilet and buy some disposable pot holders. There’s parking in the back that felt extremely secretive because we were not informed of it being there and also had issues with too many trailers taking up parking in the front. The manager was present during our complaints and yet did nothing. The staff also rolled their eyes at us when we asked for assistance. The maintenance man was very kind though. Overall the stay was stressful, unwelcoming, & will never stay again.
