Clean! A well established housekeeping/ maintenance team during the whole stay keeping everything smelling good & up to par! Family friendly. Pool is on smaller side kids, didn't complain. 24 hour fitness. Great full breakfast. 5 star customer service with meeting my satety concerns due to current crime rates in WA.

4 time staying here. Always clean and comfortable. Easy and free parking. Rates are middle of the road, but there are no extra charges for parking, breakfast, etc.

We booked here for our last night of vacation. We arrived around 4pm. The kids loved the pool, though it got very crowded later in the afternoon and the people there made a huge mess that made the floors unsafe to walk on. No staff members ever came in to check at any point. The laundry room was completely inadequate. It had 1 washer and 1 dryer. The dryer took 2hrs per load. A couple of women made my son take our clothes out of the wash so they could put them on the counter. Again no staff ever came in that room to check things. Breakfast was wonderful! The staff that we dealt with was extremely helpful and accommodating. The room was clean, quiet, and just as expected. The elevator was a bit clunky. It took a while and made some concerning sounds. Over all a good stay.

The hotel itself and staff were amazing. I would definitely stay here again. We did go in the “heated pool” however it did not feel heated. Maybe if the heat was turned up about 15-20 degrees it would have been perfect.

Overall the rooms and facilities were clean and well presented. The staff member that checked me in said 4 words to me. "Credit card and ID". She handed me the room key and didn\'t even say what room #. Getting in and out of the parking lot is a joke. Have to pull a u -turns depending which way you are heading. They gate off the one entry at night, so we thought we had it figured out coming from the opposite way, but nope. Breakfast lady was cheery and sufficient options to eat. We weren\'t bothered by any train noise. One night was ok, but I would find getting around inconvenient if it were for a few nights.

This was one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in. Check in was super easy and all of the stuff we're so friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows were so comfortable after a long day. It's location is great for whatever you need. The breakfast was one of the best breakfasts I have had at a hotel in a very long time. Everything was so fresh and delicious with a lot of options. I will definitely stay here again.

The only thing we had problem with pillowcase and mattress. Had blood on them maybe got over missed everything else. Fantastic stuff is awesome. Recommend a place.

This is one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Everything was very neat and clean from the lobby, dining area, hallways and rooms. The staff was always sweeping, mopping, dusting, etc. The breakfast was hot and plentiful. The staff was nice and welcoming. In all, this was a great stay and I will definitely stay here again.

One thing with the bathroom is maybe making sure to scrub the shower floor every now and again cause the shower floor in our room was really dirty, and made me a little uncomfortable to take a shower.

The room was nice and clean. It was a full house and we did not hear anything so it was nice and quiet except for the constant trains going by. The AC was set to only go down to 66 and kept shutting off so the room was not at a comfortable cool and it made it difficult to sleep. The bed was nice and comfortable and I liked that they gave two different pillows, one that was firm and one not so much!

This property is very nice. It was well maintained, comfortable beds, very clean. But if you are a light sleeper request a room on the back side of the hotel. It is right next to a very busy freeway and a train track. The train was rumbling by at 4:45am. Still a very nice place to stay.

Myself and 2 kids stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Wonderful stay. Super clean. Beds was delightful. Breakfast was ample for all our hunger needs. And the in-room fridge was the quietest hotel fridge I have ever had. Note that the single rooms are facing beautiful Mt. Rainier and the double rooms (which we had) are on the other side of the building. It would have been so cool to wake up looking at the mountain, but we just went outside and ooo'ed and awwed at it before we had the breakfast and on our way for the day.

Kristina the person who managed the breakfast on sat. 3/18 was very friendly and helpful to everyone. The first time I have ever encountered someone being so nice and helpful in this area. She is a top employee. I give her 10 stars out of 5. The people at the desk were also nice.

Every employee that I interacted with was friendly and helpful! The room was tidy and had everything I needed and the breakfast was great. I really like the coffee machines - quick and good!

The room we reserved wasnt the correct one for our family of 6. We request and paid for a room with two queen beds and a pull out and got only two queen beds. We asked the desk to correctvthe issue and the responed that they were fully book and couldnt do anything to correct it. We had to have 3 people per bed or otherwise drive out of town for another hotel.

I reserved my booking on Wednesday, paid in full. I arrived at the hotel on Saturday evening & was told that I did not have a reservation. The hotel failed to communicate that they were “overly book”. The receptionist attempted to insult my intelligence with questions instead of resolutions even though I provided a confirmation number. Horrible experience considering I had my children with me & a four month old.

Stayed here for 3 days on a business trip. Female night auditor is fabulous. She was visible and constantly busy which is a rare gem in our industry. Breakfast attendant was wonderful and welcoming. Breakfast options were plentiful. Morning shift and mid shift staff aren't as hospitable. Not one of those staff gave me a welcoming hello or have a nice day. The floors by the elevator remained dirty until night audit staff came on. The spa is not available and I was not made aware until I asked. Besides that and the driveway in and out it was a great stay.

Where is the basic human decency or compassion? Nowhere to be found at this hotel. I was booked to stay at this hotel for a trip I had been looking forward to for months. Unfortunately, wildfire broke out all over WA, especially close do where I live, and I could not safely travel there by the time I was trying to get on the road. I contacted the hotel directly and talked to her. , She lied to me and said she was bound by the policy of hotels.com. When I revealed to her that they had called her twice and said she was the one who would not budge, she acknowledged she’d talked to them but was not the least bit interested in showing any mercy or compassion. She said she would look into the matter and get back to me. she didn’t. Hotels.com tried to contact her again, and she wouldn’t take their call. They wrote her a letter: ignored I understand the purpose of such a policy, but there are fires raging in the area, and to refuse to make any exceptions and insist on charging for a full night is poor customer service, and entirely inhumane and lacking in compassion. Don’t stay at this moral dump.
Where is the basic human decency or compassion? Nowhere to be found at this hotel. I was booked to stay at this hotel for a trip I had been looking forward to for months. Unfortunately, wildfire broke out all over WA, especially close do where I live, and I could not safely travel there by the time I was trying to get on the road. False advertising. Reserved a room for 6. Specified 5 adults one child. We got a regular room with 2 queen beds and a chaise. Hotel claimed it was Expedias fault. Expedia said it was the hotels fault. Expedia said the photo the hotel used showed a couch. Hotel said it’s a “stock” photo. Bottom line we had 2 people with no bed and were told they couldn’t bring us a cot because it was against fire laws. We paid for a suite!! The only thing we got was a bathroom With room for a wheelchair. Do not reserve a room if you have more than 4 people!!! Staff is rude and will not help you or give you a dollar back.

Great location! Everything is clean, staff is fantastic and helpful. Only complaint, noise from freeway into night and then early morning in our room but front desk staff gave tip on room choices for next time.

There was major construction on C Street. Taking it from 4 lanes into 2. On top of the construction the only entrance/exit from the hotel was south bound on C street.So you had no choice but to sit through the traffic whether you were coming or going. I would hold off on making any reservations until the construction is done. Nice place besides that.

The trains run from 6am to 9 pm with an occasional off hour train. The back of the building probably gets better dampening so therefore less noise. Had some cars got broke into while we were gone (thankfully).

This property is very nice. It was well maintained, comfortable beds, very clean. But if you are a light sleeper request a room on the back side of the hotel. It is right next to a very busy freeway and a train track. The train was rumbling by at 4:45am. Still a very nice place to stay.

The hotel is very clean and well managed. Our room was spacious and well taken care of and staff were friendly. The hotel is located off a highway exit across from a train yard with nothing nearby. It’s 20 minutes away from White River Amphitheater which is why I’d assume why most guests (like me) choose to stay here.

Every employee that I interacted with was friendly and helpful! The room was tidy and had everything I needed and the breakfast was great. I really like the coffee machines - quick and good!

The more breakfast was very well served. The food was warm and a good variety. The staff were friendly. They served chocolate chip cookies at night 5-7pm. However the Saturday night person did not do this. We stayed 6 nights. I would definitely stay again.

This was one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in. Check in was super easy and all of the stuff we're so friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows were so comfortable after a long day. It's location is great for whatever you need. The breakfast was one of the best breakfasts I have had at a hotel in a very long time. Everything was so fresh and delicious with a lot of options. I will definitely stay here again.

We needed a hotel close to Muckleshoot Casino, since we were going to a concert there that wouldn’t be over until late. This one fit the bill. It’s like new and service was good, though originally given a room that was closest to Hwy 18, even though we asked for quiet. They changed room to one much better, so all was good. The breakfast was luke warm and no green tea, but otherwise it had good selections. We will stay there again when going to another concert.

The room was clean and decently spacious for a family of 6. Trains nearby we didn't even hear at night. Getting in and out of the parking lot was the only complaint we would have. Free breakfast was great! Would stay again

We chose this hotel because it was child friendly and we had a child this trip. Rooms are not soundproof, as you could hear the children noise. The running in the hallway of the kids is louder than the railroad. At the property it menions the railroad and this hotel offers sound machines if requested. We live next to a railroad back home so it did not bother us. We stayed at this branch hotel in Portland,OR the weekend before and the only difference was the kitchenette set up. This hotel only offered a microwave, coffee, hot water, in the lobby and not in the rooms. There was a refrigerator in each room which was nice. Both Portland and Auburn properties have some issues with the breakfast maintenance. We just gave up on breakfast and went to get breakfast for the rest of the trip. No one wanted to park on the backside of the hotel, so it was a race to get front parking. If there were more lights and video surveillance in the back parking lot I think more would utilize that parking. They could have had video surveillance but it was not posted anywhere. Overall ***** good location, clean, and child friendly.
