Sehr gutes Hotel, freundliches Personal, sehr sauber. Kleiner Pool aber ausreichend zum abkühlen. Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Nähe.

This was my second time staying at this location, and the staff and facilities were excellent. I plan to stay again when I need to get to the airport early.

The hotel is lovely with a good breakfast. We had ordered a handicap accessible room. But that is NOT what we got. The room was too small for my scooter, the toilet was so low, I could not get up. The shower was not a roll in and there were no grab bars anywhere, except for one in the shower. I went to the desk and the clerk, a rude, nasty woman, said that was what we ordered and insisted she had no other handicap rooms. She had a horrible manner and implied I didn't know how to use a website. The next morning I spoke to Caretta, a woman who was so patient. She said she was so sorry, that room was not a handicap. She found one of the handicap rooms would be available after it was cleaned. Someone came and checked it first and we moved in that morning. She was delightful and restored my faith in your hotel.

VERY UN-HAPPY!!! Booked a King room and was given two Queens. When I questioned it. I was told they didn't have another King and this happened frequently using third party booking sites. Classic BAIT and SWITCH. The hotel staff didn't care and Hotels.com was ABSOLUTLY NO HELP.
