Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Sioux Falls-Brandon by IHG

Everything at the hotel was great. The hotels.com booking page said there was a pool at the hotel, but there isn’t actually a pool at this location.

Clean room, helpful staff, and great breakfast

Room was clean and the beds were comfy. Some room for improvement in common areas (elevator was noisy and jolty, hall carpet badly needs re-stretching or replacement). Staff were fantastic, breakfast was very good. The pool area is geared towards kids for sure, but my 12 year old had fun and there was plenty of seating for parents to supervise.

Decent

Hotel staff was courteous, but pool and hot tub were out of service and due to booking through a 3rd Party they said they could not do anything for us. We booked for the pool itself so was very frustrating. We were moved to a room with a jacuzzi tub but then made to move to a regular room the 2nd night
