Great stay. Only thing missing is a proper bar. Would have really enjoyed drinks on the patio.

The rooms here are spacious. We really enjoyed our visit. The happy hour was a nice surprise because it was so long and at a convenient time for someone in town for business or pleasure. The tube station is very close with multiple lines, including the Piccadilly. The patio is a great place to enjoy a summer day or night in London.

Ideally located, spacious, clean and comfortable accommodation, modern bathrooms, lovely products, super gym and professional welcoming staff. Fraser Suites exceeded our expectations on every level. We look forward to visiting again.

We stayed at Fraser Suites Queens Gate for 2 nights. The entire stay was fantastic. Our room was very clean and comfortable. There is a lovely terrace, which we enjoyed. The hotel has many sensible amenities; a luggage scale, easy access to book transport to the airport, and the ability to rent luxury umbrellas if needed. The staff were very friendly and always helpful. There is a supermarket very close to the suites and a variety of restaurants. It's also very close to Gloucester Road tube. Overall a great stay and would highly recommend.

Location of property was excellent. Short walk from the Gloucester Road tube station. Many shops, restaurants, and markets nearby. My room at the hotel was excellent. It was large had a kitchenette area. Laundry facilities available at no cost. Continental breakfast available. Staff is very friendly and helpful' Enjoyed my stay very much.

The gym was unexpectedly well equipped. My son is a competitive rower getting ready for spring season and he had everything he needed. The proximity of the underground, museums, parks, pubs, grocery & restaurants was great too. The staff were friendly. The hotel was clean, but the room itself was cramped with very little storage, so it felt like we lived out of a suitcase for the week. I was disappointed that an early check in wasn't available as we'd just got off of a red-eye flight. The desk assured me that they'd contact me as soon as the room was ready, but no contact was made. At least there was a bag drop available.

Very friendly service. Gym was closed. Park mentored was not accessible. Furniture were old and worn. Bathroom was great and newly renovated.

The Hotel has great rooms and a very good gym and is well placed. Staff are awesome!!

A young man at the reception was very helpful and cheerful. It was a good start to our stay. Housekeeping was excellent. Gym and laundry facilities were good. Very convenient location, easy access to tube, bus, tourist attractions and supermarkets.

We stayed here twice, in matter of 3 weeks. Staff were very helpful, and kept our bags for us as we saw local attractions. Both times we stayed room had no air conditioning. 1st time they told us and apologized, second time it went low to 23-24 Celsius (74 Fahrenheit ). Which made for uncomfortable sleeping. No wash cloths second time, one hand towel had a mysterious brown smudge about size of tangerine. The floor was very dirty. They did have nice washer, tea kettle, fridge and iron which worked well, Oh and shower was good. But again, no Ac which made everything sticky feeling and just generally uncomfortable.

Very happy with the hotel and room. It was a suite at street level and was quiet, spacious, clean and had well functioning AC on the hot days we were there. I'm glad I selected it. It's very close to Natural History and V&A Museums, as well as a grocery and tube station. The only minor thing I'd change is to offer some hot food at breakfast.

Fraser Suites is a very clean and well organized establishment. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean and well equipped. Definitely staying here every time I come to London.

The hotel is situated in a high end posh area. So we always felt safe. It was fantastic in terms of transport options. Only a short walk and you can catch the tube to central London in less than 1/2 hour. It suit was little tight but I think that is expected in a big city. Had to climb a flight of stairs with luggages but staff helped. My only negative feed back is the shower and the lounge chair. There were very visible mold marks in the shower and likely due to lack of ventilation in the bathroom. The lounge had visible stains and did not look very clean. There is no view out of the bedroom or living room, then again if you are out most of the day it should not matter.

We really wanted to like this property given its close location to the museums and metro. However, aside from the appliances being old and not working (in suite washer/dryer was broken, shower was clogged and flooding, downstairs dryers also all broken), the major issue we had was cleanliness. As I was sitting around late one night, there was a fist sized mouse running about that quickly scurried under the couch. I quickly sought help. Unfortunately, the front desk staff at night did not know what to do and after several requests for help, they finally offered to allow us to switch to another room. Not ideal in the middle of the night with mice running around, but better than sleeping with mice. After packing everything up and moving sleeping kids to the new room, we find that the new room has built in base heaters along the walls. The controls for the one in the bedroom was broken and was permanently set to high (the remaining ones in the sitting room were functional and could be turned off). After contacting the same night staff again multiple times, I finally had one staff member come up to the room to manually turn off the heater for us. Well, after adjusting it, the heater kept on going at full blast, but the staff then claimed that there was a 15 to 30 minute delay from adjusting the heater until when it shuts off. So I waited. It stayed on. The front desk then said they would get the day staff to work on it. They never did. We learned to sleep at 25 degrees Celsius

Spotless

After some very noisy plumbing meant poor sleep on the first night (I mean diesel engine noisy!) things got better and I enjoyed my very comfortable stay. A few minor cleanliness issues but generally very attentive cleaning staff. Communication with the front desk hit some language challenges on occasion but otherwise a great stay and option in a nice part of London

The room had no air conditioning for two & no exhaust fans therefore very humid in the room. The bathroom floor heat and heated towel rack did not operate. The phone to outside line was not functional either. Cleaning was offered every two days but the floor was not swept and coffee pods were not replaced. The building itself was not accessible at all so do NOT go to this hotel if accessibility is a requirement. That said, the front desk staff did accommodate requests and were pleasant.

Generally fine. But cleaning room only once every two days is not acceptable at this price point.

This was a great property. Affordable, clean, huge room by London standards, and very walkable area.

Great location. The room was comfortable, although a little faded. The sofa bed was fine for our kids, but wouldn’t have been comfortable for adults - it had definitely seen better days. I was a little surprised that we had to make up the sofa bed on arrival, too.

Excellent in every way, except for traffic noise on high Street

I booked the hotel for 14 nights almost two month before, but they gave me a room on a basement floor. The lady at reception was nice, but there was no sunlight in the room.

We had a nice big room, with kitchen facilities and a seating area. Biggest room we've had in London and handy having a fridge for food and drink. Public areas are very nice and there is an outside area, which will be good when the weather is warmer. Hotel is a couple of minutes walk from Gloucester Road tube station and there was a Tesco, Boots and Waitrose at the station so handy for stocking up on milk, coffee, wine etc for the room. Being on the Picadilly, Circle and District tube lines, we were anywhere in central London within 10 minutes, and around 40 mins to Heathrow, which was partly why we booked here. Location wise, i would have preferred to be more centrally based and within walking distance of Covent Garden, Leicester Square etc, as opposed to having to get the tube everywhere. There did seem to be some restaurants in Kensington but we preferred going out in the centre. Brilliant hotel/suites though and really enjoyed our stay and the room.

The location was great and staff were very nice but the floors in our room were dangerously uneven so even though we were not entitled to a refund we checked out after one night.

The Studio apartment was spacious and bright with 5 big windows and high ceilings. It was very quiet with hardly any noise from other guests. The kitchen was well equipped and there is a heated towel rail in the bathroom and always lots of hot water. Some coat hooks near the entry door would be useful!?

It was unseasonably balmy in London, and sunlight poured through the big window in our room--but the AC didn't work. We summoned maintenance twice, and twice maintenance assured us it was fixed. It wasn't. Otherwise: nice big room, well appointed, and friendly staff, but hard to enjoy fully when you're sweating.

The area around the hotel is great, and the proximity to the Underground makes access to public transportation a breeze. The hotel was clean and the rooms look updated. However, I would give the room a 2/5. There were three good sized windows, two in the bedroom and one in the bathroom. Unfortunately, the view out of all the windows was a concrete wall. Natural light could peek in since the wall didn’t stretch to the top of the window, but it felt like being in a windowless room. The air conditioning didn’t seem to be working properly, so when we got in one evening, we called down and requested assistance. The receptionist said she would send someone up but two hours later, at 23:30, no one had come to our room. We went down to check and see if someone was coming up and the receptionist acted like they had never been contacted and had no idea our air conditioner wasn’t working. Finally, another staff member came and said “if the red light is blinking it’s broken.” So, on a hot summer night, we had to sleep without air conditioning. The bathroom looked nice but wasn’t so functional. the shower head shot water up to the ceiling and clearly it wasn’t a recent development since the ceiling was peeling. Additionally, there isn’t any counter space to set your belongings on while getting ready. Also, not the hotels fault, but someone set off the fire alarm late one night, maybe around 1:00. People gathered in the lobby but there wasn’t an announcement that everything was alright.

Stayed 3 nights at Fraser Suite Queen's Gate, London. Location was great, just 5 mins walk to Gloucester Road station of the Piccadilly line, great direct access to Heathrow or the central London (Piccadilly Circus, Leicester Square, etc.). No. of supermarkets nearby (Tesco Express, Waitrose, Sainsbury). Good choices of restaurants too. Room size was great, got upgraded which was good. However, the shower was a bit of a drawback, as the hot water was gone very quickly (~6-8mins?), and turned ice cold, not very helpful when the weather was very cold during my stay. Better upgrade for better experience. Reception and breakfast staff were all nice, helpful and friendly.

A Very comfortable room and bed (nice thick mattress). Friendly reception staff. Just one point: As the cleaning service is outsourced ,there should be better coordination betwwen reception staff and cleaning staff: We arrived at the room at 5pm , back from a busy day and had to wait for 30-45 minutes as our room was not serviced. Just enough time to prepare for the evening function. Otherwise all fine.

Friendly staff, comfy room, good location. The only downside was that it took ages to check in because the hotel's computer systems weren't working very well at all

Horrible service. The place is very run down and the staff is far from helpful. We will never stay with Fraser Suits again.

Front desk staff were very professional and helpful. Room layout was very spacious with excellent amenities provided. Hotel is in a great location with easy access to tube stations and bus routes.

Staff are terrible, unprofessional and have attitude, one of the staff was very rude when I called them evening to let them know that the air conditioning was not working, she said that they have no one to fix the AC and they could not change my room coz many rooms were having the same problem and she kept arguing with me. I felt if I continued to argue with her she would become violent hence I kept quiet and could not sleep all night coz it was very hot. She was extremely unprofessional. The hotel also does not clean rooms, we stayed at the hotel for three night but they did no clean our room not even ounce and when I complained to the receptionist they told me that this was their policy. The premises also need maintenance . This was one of my worst hotel experiences

Very close to museums (Science Museum, Natural History Museum, Victoria & Albert Museum), Hyde Park and Kensington Garden, transportation at Gloucestor Road, and shopping in Knightsbridge. The 1 bedroom suite was well set up for my family of 4, with a big comfortable bed and a pull-out sofa-bed. The small kitchen area with refrigerator, cooking utensils, and washing machine/dryer was especially useful. The morning continental breakfast was decent also. Although this particular Fraser Suite was a little smaller than other Fraser Suites we have stayed in around the world, I think it is very good value for money. We would stay here again for sure.

VEry conveniently located : next to Gloucester Tube station and walking distance to Natural History Museum, V&A museum, Harrods, Hyde park. Rooms are well mantained - we had an 1BR suite. There is a bit more of tables / chairs and would be better to have more shelves to put clothes etc. But overall great stay

Excellent hotel in South Kensington. Close to everything.

Nice property in close proximity to Kensington Gardens, the Natural History Museum, the Victoria Albert Museum and London transit. Comfortable beds and clean facilities. Staff was also helpful during our week long stay.

Very convenient, clean and well equipped. Would recommend for anyone looking for a central location close to the tourist sights and shopping.

Great place to stay if you want to go to the Royal Albert Hall (10 minute walk) If you travel by underground get off at Glouster road station the hotel is a 2 minute walk from the station.

Fantastic hotel in a central location with easy access to tube.

Perfect location close to Gloucester Street tube station. We would stay here again. Nearby there are shops, cafes, and a Waitrose. Kensington High Street is nearby as are the museums. A very warm welcome at reception. A great duplex room G020 with a well equipped kitchenette, dining area, sofa and TV downstairs. The shower room with luxurious L'Occitaine toiletries plenty of fluffy towels is also downstairs. Upstairs there was a comfortable bed, pillows and bedding. Only downside was that the bed was too close to the wall on one side but it was fine for only 4 nights. We chose this property as it is close to the Royal Albert Hall where we were attending a concert. Also we got a direct tube to Covent Garden for shopping and a show at the theatre. We also went to the Tower of London on the tube. We didn't try breakfast at the hotel, we just made porridge in a pan on the hob in the room. A great base for easily doing the things we had planned.

My suite was large, clean and perfect for my needs. Unfortunately the air-conditioning was broken which meant a very hot and uncomfortable first night but the following morning the staff supplied a portable cooler. Room was perfect Breakfast buffet was very limited but there were alternatives within walking distance. Very convenient location. Would stay there again.

Room size was fantastic for Europe. However, major downfall was that the mattress was old and sagged… very hard to sleep on. And no lotion, a small luxury in a dry environment. Also, description says free continental breakfast…. It is not free, $16 pp… and not the friendliest staff.

We had a comfortable stay at Fraser Suites. Breakfast was good and we could request for coffee or ice at any time.

This property is very nice and the rooms are nice as well. I had a good time , the staff was nice and very helpful. The only thing is they serve continental breakfast and I was under the impression that they serve a regular/ buffet breakfast.
