It was a good stay for the price. Just needs to be updated more (new paint, etc) and cleaned on the outside pressure washed and maintained a bit better. But still was a good stay.

Property very well maintained including beautiful lawn surrounding it. Facility very clean. As a solo female I appreciated you needed a key to get into lobby day & night.

Good value! Enjoyed the exercise room. Surprised I need ed to provide a deposit for any damage done to the room. The deposit was returned but the policy to charge and sign a document related to the deposit were negative surprises

Was very concerned leaving a very nice car in the parking lot overnight. Lots of strange activity watching the cars pull in (guys smoking outside the front door staring at the cars). Late night hotel worker was behind a protective shield for incoming people through the door. Felt safe inside but was eager to leave in the morning and not return until late at night. Went running from the mirco-hotel but didn’t do so until the sun came up. Pretty scretchty area around. Would rather spend more elsewhere for the added peace of mind.

The bathroom was absolutely filthy! Hair all over the place. I had to wash the counter, sink and the toilet bowl and I wouldn’t take a shower without standing on a towel. Aside from that, there was an actual bullet hole in the window….with tape on it. I should have realized it was going to be that type of place when I had to “check in” at a bank teller window prior to entering the hotel lobby. Then, they make you pay $100 to stay in a place like that. If it wasn’t for driving for 10 hours, and already paying for the room, I would have gone elsewhere. Sleeping in my car would have been better!

Last minute booking, business trip, late night. Greeted by the sweetest man. A swered all of our questions, checked us in quickly. We booked a handicap room- very spacious! Plenty room to move around. Shower/ bathroom was very spacious as well! Plenty of linen, up-to- date. Fixtures had USB outlets, fridge, the breakfast area was clean an the options were good as well. Easy checkout!We were pulling a trailer so parking was limited. Thats the only complaint we really had. Otherwise- overall had a great experience at this facility!

This basically a Motel . The room had a wet smell . The microwave was so dirty with leftover food even told front desk no one still came to clean microwave. The sheets were black with spots i purchased my own sheet, blanket, & pillow from a nearby Walmart . The shower knob had like a black molded ring around it . They need to be shut down

Average place to stay. Nothing fancy. My room smelled like old cigarette smoke. My rooom did not look like the one I chose online. There is a shady motel right next door. For the price ok if you need a place to sleep.

The lady at the front desk is not very friendly. Check in took FOREVER. Our room had a bug running around on the bed. I’m hoping it was a spider. The other bed had fresh blood on the comforter. We went down stairs to tell reception and she said there wasn’t anyone there to clean so we had to move rooms and return her the keys. We moved rooms and she was already at our door asking for the key. There were people coming in and out from partying and smoking outside and you could hear every thing. 1:15am and 3:00am they were back. Pretty awful stay.

Super clean, friendly staff. Very reasonable compared to other hotels nearby. This hotel was recently redone. It is not particularly fancy however everything was very new including the king size bed, the sofa, the heating and AC system, the carpet and the furniture. There was a nice living room area with a sofa and cocktail table. A light burnt out and the clock radio would not keep time. I told staff in the morning and the bulb and the clock radio were replaced by lunchtime. Great service. I would stay here again without hesitation.

So let me say we rented this room for ligit a place to sleep and shower that was it... However the fridge in our room (212) did not work.. The room only had 3 lights, one above the door when you go in, which didnt work and one on each side of the bed, which one didnt work.

Stayed for 3 nights. The first night was fine but it was a Thursday night so it was pretty quiet. Friday night was a bit noisier. Saturday night is so loud it is impossible to sleep. There was screaming and doors banging in the middle of the night. At 2 am the man who worked the front desk was screaming that he was going to call the police on one of the guests. The hotel itself is acceptable but the clientele makes it someplace I would not stay again.

The room itself was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, the overall experience was deeply unsettling. When I checked in, as I was walking away from the front desk, a man came from the back area and said to the clerk, “Good, put them all together.” The comment made me uncomfortable, though at the time I tried to brush it off. I was traveling with my 9-year-old niece. At around 1:00 a.m., multiple guests were gathered loudly in the hallway and stairwell near our room. The noise was significant enough that I felt forced to leave my room late at night to ask them to quiet down. At 2:30 a.m., I went to the front desk to report the situation. I was told, “I don’t have anything to do with that. Did you try talking to them?” When I responded that not all guests know one another, the staff member replied with something spoken under their breath in another language. I did not feel supported or safe, and the situation was handled unprofessionally. Because of this experience, I will not return and do not recommend this hotel.

I was traveling with my 9-year-old niece. At around 1:00 a.m., multiple guests were gathered loudly in the hallway and stairwell near our room. The noise was significant enough that I felt forced to leave my room late at night to ask them to quiet down. At 2:30 a.m., I went to the front desk to report the situation. I was told, “I don’t have anything to do with that. Did you try talking to them?” When I responded that not all guests know one another, the staff member replied with something spoken under their breath in another language. I did not feel supported or safe, and the situation was handled unprofessionally. Because of this experience, I will not return and do not recommend this hotel.

Charged me twice for incidentals. Once upon arrival and once upon checkout. I was refunded the initial charge after checkout, however they would not refund my other charge. Instead, after multiple calls to the hotel, they randomly state “a pillow was missing” therefore charging me an absurd amount of money. Do not stay here.

Super clean, friendly staff. Very reasonable compared to other hotels nearby. This hotel was recently redone. It is not particularly fancy however everything was very new including the king size bed, the sofa, the heating and AC system, the carpet and the furniture. There was a nice living room area with a sofa and cocktail table. A light burnt out and the clock radio would not keep time. I told staff in the morning and the bulb and the clock radio were replaced by lunchtime. Great service. I would stay here again without hesitation.

It was very secure and very clean. Isela is awesome, she was very kind. I had an issue with my car and needed to get to work, she went above and beyond to help me. I really appreciated that because I'm in a new city and just started a new job but Isela continued to help me until my issue was solved. I will be back, great place to stay!!

Hotel was clean. Bad area with a shady looking hotel beside it. Sign about keeping car locked. Plexi glass window to ask to get into the locked doors to get into the lobby. Was told plexiglass around desk clerk was because someone got mad about these fees shattered the glass. . $150 in incidental fees that Expedia did not specify clearly. Small writing that the hotel may have charges. Even at checkout not clear there would be addition fees even when paying in full. The person before me. myself, and the person after me all caught off guard by the fee. They reduced it to $100 but totally caught off guard. The poor clerk had everyone fussing about it. Breakfast small no meat continental breakfast and was out of waffle mix with over an hour still remaining. The room was clean but that was about the best thing about it.

The room was fine and suited our needs, the price was great. the staff was excellent!! Very friendly and attentive. The downside was the “hotel” next door which housed questionable characters.

Was very concerned leaving a very nice car in the parking lot overnight. Lots of strange activity watching the cars pull in (guys smoking outside the front door staring at the cars). Late night hotel worker was behind a protective shield for incoming people through the door. Felt safe inside but was eager to leave in the morning and not return until late at night. Went running from the mirco-hotel but didn’t do so until the sun came up. Pretty scretchty area around. Would rather spend more elsewhere for the added peace of mind.

Great customer service! We got in late and the clerk on duty was awesome. Got us checked in quickly and was really friendly. The only disappointment was the breakfast they served.

The staff members were excellent, very helpful and courteous. The building was very clean. I stayed for five nights. The breakfast was basic: yogurt, cereal, milk, muffins, etc. It seems that some people don't consider their doors make noise after 10 p.m. While it is not a premium hotel, it is clean, the staff are courteous, and it saved a total of $500 versus higher class hotels five minutes away.

Staff were great- my room was clean & nice. Breakfast options limited - would like to have hot water for tea & packages of oatmeal - the hot water canister had lukewarm water 2 mornings of my stay. Fruit- even whole fruit would be nice. Great rate for my room though so I made hot water in my room with the coffee maker. Enjoyed my stay.

We were pleased with this hotel/motel. Our unit was clean and comfortable and was fully equipped. Staff were pleasant and professional. Breakfast buffet was well organized and adequate.

Last minute booking, business trip, late night. Greeted by the sweetest man. A swered all of our questions, checked us in quickly. We booked a handicap room- very spacious! Plenty room to move around. Shower/ bathroom was very spacious as well! Plenty of linen, up-to- date. Fixtures had USB outlets, fridge, the breakfast area was clean an the options were good as well. Easy checkout!We were pulling a trailer so parking was limited. Thats the only complaint we really had. Otherwise- overall had a great experience at this facility!

This place is very clean and quiet with easy access to the interstate. The parking lot is a bit small and the complimentary breakfast is basic. For a quick one night stay, this was a nice clean place to visit.

We stayed in 107 and at first it was nice and clean. That was u til we went to use the bathroom. I understand things can get overlooked but there is no way those gnats were not seen. Our towel was covered in them and everytime we used the sink more would appear. They were also in our room so it made us not want to be there so we found things to do. I think maybe pouring some bleach down the sink and shower might help. Also our toilet seat was up and there was urine all over the toilet. Also be careful being outside there. The Econ hotel before this hotel has lots of horseless ppl who will walk in front of your car. This hotel was cleaner than the others in front of it but we probably won’t stay here again. Staff were friendly.
