The stay was very nice! Check in was smooth despite me making an error with my reservation. I enjoyed my stay and will certainly be back.

The staff were not nice or pleasant upon checking in and throughout my stay at this location. I should have requested refund, from the service rendered on my first day. The pleasant greetings from the floor housekeeping and serviceman were welcoming. I was not greeted by certain front desk, made my stay uncomfortable for me. A level of respect should be done. The welcome tv had the incorrect room number on the tv for 4 days of my stay. I was told I would have to wait until the weekday for it to be corrected. I had two situations where the staff just walked in my room without any pause.This was an awkwardness problem, with this occuring, because I had no idea that staff or management could walk into my room while I was (1) dressing and (2)personal engagement. I told this staff, for the rest of my stay call my room or cellphone prior to entering my room. Regardless if the sign was not on the door, especially n the afternoon. Staff does not wear their name tag. When ask what were the staff name was, hostile reactions was given. Upon checking out, I was told I had a balance that needed to taking care of but could not show me the charges. I did not have any additional charges that was due to my checkout.

Our room had some age, as in carpet stains & blemishes. It was clean and staff was very friendly. Gone are the days to ask for something from housekeeping. They will ask you to come down to the front desk to get it.
