We appreciated that there was a room large enough to accommodate our family of 6. We did not get bed bugs. We slept safely, with our vehicle also remaining safe. It was quiet through the night. It was moldy and damp, the floors very unclean. It was difficult to know if the sheets were dirty or just damp from the humidity in the air. The toilet was clean. The shower had splatters of brown and quite a bit of grime built up. It had been patched many times. The towels were probably just old and stained, but with the state of the shower and floors, it did not leave us confident in their state of cleanliness. Late check in was easy. Check out was also easy. We would prefer to never stay there again.

Place was in terrible disrepair. Trash strewn all over the property. Door to my unit was warped and peeling and did not close properly without a massive push. Several long-term customers had "homesteaded" on the property and it looked terrible. Room was seriously dirty and needed a proper paint job. Ugh!

The room was freezing when we arrived as the heat had not been turned on, and the seal on the door let in light and drafts. There was food and bits of trash on the floor from previous occupants. The carpets were stained, as were the sheets. When I requested new sheets, they were also stained. Very unpleasant experience.

Premises and rooms are outdated and slummy! Stains everywhere! I mean EVERYWHERE! (took many pictures but not seeing any place to post?). Internet wouldn't connect! TV had a terrible connection which caused it to freeze up intermittently! Walls had chipping paint and gouges! The best part about staying there was leaving first thing the next morning!!! The Worst!

If you want clean, keep looking. You get what you pay for and I got a whole night of worrying about how I couldn’t step on the carpet without shoes on. If I could give zero stars for cleanliness, I would.

First thing we noticed was a musty smell when we opened the door. The furniture was dated but comfortable. The TV only worked if you stood right in front of it and pushed hard on the buttons. Kinda make a remote useless. The bathroom door would not close and we had to put something in front of it for privacy. The breakfast was a joke.

The beds we’re comfortable but the length of them not so good are feet hung off the ends as we are taller people the shower head was awful barely come out so it was very hard to take a good shower overall the room was clean but very outdated. Also when we booked the room we picked to pay at property upon arrival the money was taken out of are account before we arrived at property.

They advertise room service every day but that’s not true. Stayed there for a week and received room service only on the third day. Stayed at a lot of Super 8 motel, this one was the worst, and looked nothing like a normal Motel 8. Carpet in room was disgusting and the bed always felt wet like the linen hadn’t been dried all the way. Left a fan blowing on it the whole week but the moisture feeling never went away. Will never stay there again.

They didn't change out the trash. There was only 1 roll of toilet paper. They didn't provide fresh towels until I took the ones that were in the room prior to checking in back to the office and ask for more. The door to the room looked like it had been broken down and put back up. It did not look secure at all. I put the chair in the room under thr door handle.

I\'ve stayed here a number of times over the years and found they have made noticable improvements recently, possibly with anticipation of the eclipse which I\'m getting ready to watch right now. The beds are excellent, the towels and bedding are fresh and maintenance responded promptly when a minor adjustment was needed for the toilet seat. They even provided a "survival pack" for eclipse travelers with water and snacks, a very pleasant surprise. I travel to this area fairly often, and plan to keep this as my default stayover location. Totally Recommended.

Property is being used as long term housing and it appeared maybe 1/3 of rooms were being used that way. My room wasn’t filthy but needed paint. Biggest thing was no hot water so no shower. Sink filled with water while brushing my teeth and took a long time to drain. I turned on the heater and 30 seconds later the smoke alarm was going off! Had to shut down the heater to make it stop. Checked out after 1 night instead of 3 and they refused to communicate with Xpedia and so denied my refund. Unsat in every aspect.

First, they accused my husband of smoking in the room over the phone so without even entering the room and also after seeing him outside smoking and asking him then to complete check in procedure since we arrived after normal check in the night before. We are a black family so draw your own conclusions not to mention we have a 5yr old with asthma in our room as well..but ok. The room itself wasnt too bad. After paying $611.11 for the room while he is working and we came to visit with him wyndham expects you pay for housekeeping services meaning you are expected to pay to get new towels and sheets as well when you need them...so you have to keep going down to the desk for them. After checking out maybe 1 1/2 hours after I realized I left my insulin in the fridge. The front desk employee insisted the room had been cleaned already even though seeing it at checkin tells me that's very doubtful but he said they "checked the fridge" themselves and saw nothing but refused to let us come check ourselves barring us from checking under the bed in front of the fridge where it could have rolled under seeing as there are no under bed borders like most hotels have. Mind you this is a necessary $300 medication so I saw no harm in letting us check in detail because if they were in the room looking that means no one has checked in yet. You also are unable to utilize any split pay apps when paying directly through wyndham as you still need the physical card in person. WIFI TERRIBLE.

First, they accused my husband of smoking in the room over the phone so without even entering the room and also after seeing him outside smoking and asking him then to complete check in procedure since we arrived after normal check in the night before. We are a black family so draw your own conclusions not to mention we have a 5yr old with asthma in our room as well..but ok. The room itself wasnt too bad. After paying $611.11 for the room while he is working and we came to visit with him wyndham expects you pay for housekeeping services meaning you are expected to pay to get new towels and sheets as well when you need them...so you have to keep going down to the desk for them.
