Most everything was great. 1 of only 2 elevators was down for repairs all weekend which was a bit annoying. Only complaint would be the way too small eating area for morning breakfast and the rather surly attitude of the woman who was in charge. Not the least bit friendly.

I had chosen this hotel because it had a pool. Was going tontake my son swimming only to find out the pool was closed because of chlorine. I was told there was someone coming to fix it. Waited an hour- hour and a half and the the pool was still closed.

Super clean hotel with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Great, well lit parking. Breakfast is better than most continental breakfasts ( cheese omelets, sausage, hard boiled eggs and all the other regular stuff). Easy on and off the highway. Will definitely stay here again!

Property was certainly not a 4 or 5. Bathroom shower was a little hand held shower in an enclosure and no tub. Bed is old and mattress is in poor condition. Dog fee was $75. Stayed at a Hampton night before. No dog charge. No free water as in other Hampton hotels. Would never recommend this hotel and would rate a 2. I have done a considerable amount of traveling, so lots of comparisons

Dirty , room had a pee smell I think but someone else with us thinks it was a different gross smell but not sure. My parents also had a room there and they had to be moved two diff times due to issues in the room and it broken things .

We had a pleasant experience at this hotel. Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Loved having a couch to sit on and watch TV. Room was nice and dark in the morning. Bed is a little firm, but other than that no complaints. We would stay here again.

The location is a bit dicey, but the property and staff were good. It was overall quiet but adjacent room was loud (TV and talking) after midnight which I thought was going to be a nightmare trying to sleep, but they got quiet. Air conditioner (room 404) needs work…at the end of each cycle there was a loud noise (like a door slamming) as the unit shutdown. These things can be deal breakers to folks who relish a quiet refreshing overnight stay. The Mexican restaurant “El Nopal” close to the property was excellent. It’s within walking distance, but would urge folks to drive due to area.

Seemed to start off with issues like the AC not working then the fridge. The AC was unplugged(which i did not realize) and the feidge had been turned down all the way(did not realize) It was like that room hadnt been used in awhile and they didnt get it ready for use. Our channels on the TV kept changing while we were watching. I felt like we were being punked. You could hear every door open and close too. But stagf was wonderful! And it was clean:)

The front desk clerk was rude and kept telling me that my credit card was declined and I had no reservation. The room she gave me after 35 minutes of waiting was dirty/musty/smelly-like someone smoked in it and the bathroom had hair in the shower . I ended up not staying there and reserving a room at Home 2 Suites 1/4 mi away , and it was 1,000 times better and cleaner and felt safer.

Located immediately off of hwy 65 so very convenient location if you are near Louisville, KY. Very nice, clean and comfortable hotel. Rooms are good size with clean and comfortable bed, TV, microwave and fridge. Bathroom is well stocked and clean. It was a comfortable stay and will stay again.

First thing the agent said when she greeted me was that I shouldn’t expect cleaning service because we were only staying for 2 days. Breakfast isn’t worth paying for. They need to step it up.

Super clean hotel with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Great, well lit parking. Breakfast is better than most continental breakfasts ( cheese omelets, sausage, hard boiled eggs and all the other regular stuff). Easy on and off the highway. Will definitely stay here again!

Really a great stay. Clean nice rooms great AC, shower was hot and beds were comfy. Breakfast was pretty great for being free. We were all quite impressed

Staff was great and took was very clean. Pool was not functioning so that was the only downside.

I booked the room to have a weekend with my children. I specifically went there because they had a pool. When I made the reservation, nothing was said to me. When I went in to check in, there was a sign that the pool was closed for inspection. I brought it up to the lady and she was very short with me and made me feel uncomfortable. I did not feel like I could ask to switch hotels due to the awkwardness of the conversation.

Owner was working the front desk and he and his team are amazing !!!! Well run and they are renovating the entire hotel within the next 24 months
