No hot water 4 2 weeks, and no water for 1week

If i could give 0 stars i would. No tv, no internet, no free breakfast as advertised, drugs, homeless, and crime all over property. Charged me for my PSD animal (psychiatric service dog) wh8ch is protected under ADA. Floors where rough shape, only 2 towles in room dark parking lot not safe at all. Normally im ok with lower end hotels as im just there to rest but this one i didnt even feel remotely secure or safe in. Tried to upload pictures but app wont let me for some reason.

When we checked in we were informed there was no hot water, and i have to rent a space heater to stay warm. We choose not to stay, in Kentucky in the winter.

I arrived late at night in the rain. I asked for a 1st floor unit and was told they are reserved for people with disabilities. I got a third floor unit and the elevator does not work. The stairs were unsafe with the broken concrete and with some stairs partially repaired with wood slabs. The room had been smoked in. The window a/c was installed with plywood covering the remaining hole-not secure, anyone could break into the room. Dog feces was on the walk ways. The ice machine was out and the front desk has frozen blocks of ice to give out. The bath sink has old cuts from a sharp object. There was some type of old fan control on the wall that was damaged and said "caution high voltage". The door lock had duct tape on it. I have photos of everything and i want a refund.

the old saying you get what you pay for could not be even more true than this property the property is rundown the air was a portable unit ,the tv was a joke antenna tv 6 channels dont expect to use the pool even felt unsafe to park the car in their lot we found only one towel and went requested more was told they were locked up and unavailable it seemed to be a hotel that catered to low rent monthly tenants this hotel is not suitable for a nights stay unless you are in need for a very cheap room and very desperate the tenants are very noisy and made it impossible to get a nights sleep

This is the worse place I have ever seen in my life… the was bugs everywhere, and the app said free breakfast, and swimming pool. There was men outside partying, and was yelling things at me when I walked to the office.

The room was/is infested with cockroaches. When I woke up in the morning, I was covered with ticks from the bed(9)!!! The swimming pool was littered with broken glass, rubbish and debris. It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in in all of my global travels.

This hotel is the worst hotel and it’s not safe. The hotel provides space heaters to heat your room. There is gabs in the door that lets in air . The windows have shower curtain rods for curtain rods. The furniture has missing parts and the edges are sharp. I fell going up concrete stairs cause elevator is broke. Tv doesn’t work. Only 1 towel in room. Wires hanging off walls bed is sunken mattress. Don’t stay Here!! It shouldn’t even be considered a hotel. The Desk clerk even stated it should be torn due wn!! Bad hotel -10

We check in and check right out roach all over. Lobby room they try to moves us to 3rooms roaches roaches and smell like death.. no pool no shade ir window dressing small a.c units in windows with boards at top .look. like a crack house . And i would let my dog. Sleep there . I am still waiting on my money to be refund . I call your company and got no help what so ever. Get back withme and still no help . This places sucks !!! -1 star if i could give you a - 0 i would .

I did not stay because when I arrived I immediately thought I was in a crack house!!! It was filthy!! The front desk person was dealing with a disturbed child in the entrance way. One person ahead of me was waiting while employees were walking past us with no concern of helping us at all!! Finally someone comes from the back and says there is no hot water. Not how can I help you or how are you doing but just we have no hot water. So the person in front of me left and the guy just looks at me. I said do you have no hot water and he said that is right. No I’m sorry or glad you’re here or nothing!! I truly want reimbursement for this outrageous experience and never again!!!

Nasty and reeks of cat piss. This place needs to be closed down. My wife and I checked out two room and both were nasty. Roaches smashed on the walls, walls nasty with black finger prints on them and on top of it all there were junkies and dope feens all over the place. Nothing felt safe for us so we left immediately. This place is rated -20 in my boik

Roach infested. Dirty room. Cigarette burns in the bed a sheets. Windows busted and covered with wood/cardboard/duct tape. Nasty now I have bugs in my bag.

Very nasty and dirty. Roaches were everywhere. I saw them on the wall, floor, and even crawling on the bed. The safety lock on my door was broken. The window unit AC was installed haphazardly and there was a big gap where anyone could look in. It looked as if people of questionable character were living there also. People were sitting outside rooms in the parking lot smoking and watching everything. I was actually worried about leaving my car unattended. I am an animal lover but some had loud dogs and I saw a cat in another window. I didn't stay. I immediately checked out. The guy at the front desk was very rude and would not give me a refund. I found a deal online and booked a room at the Motel 6 next door. I was more than happy with my stay at the Motel 6. It was a thousand times better than the Red Carpet Inn. I contacted Hotels.com to get a refund. They were very helpful and got me an immediate refund. I also suggested that they remove this business from their website. I use Hotels.com often and I know this is not a place that they would want to or should promote whatsoever.

Cockroaches on the walls of the rooms, dirty bathroom, dirty beds, damaged stairs, room door without security... it seemed violated, and the worst thing is that the person who assists you knows it... first they charge you and then they apologize... when you come you are going to leave the property... the photos on the Internet that they give to the platforms are not real... in conclusion it is a robbery and a deception

There was no breakfast like it says on the billboard. The room has roaches plus mice.

Room was full of cockroach, blanket was full of cigarettes hole, Extremely terrible, worst ever night, had to check out 4am when i saw cockroach on my pillow.

Filthy with digusting roaches and bedbugs. Awful smells and front desk people who are always chatting together over working. They charge a $20 early check in fee nearly 100 dollars for a $71 2 bedroom roach infested room! Awful do not go there my room and everyone elses was infested with roaches!

Not good at all. Took like 10 trys to get in the room. There was a 2 inch gap in the door. The heat was a tiny heater that heated nothing. There were roaches. We didnt stay but like an hour. I would never go back. Dont even know why they are even open in that condition.

The bed didn't even have a fitted sheet on it and looked like it was over 10 years old and never cleaned. The safety latch was missing the part that attached to the door, meaning if a key was doubled made people would have been able to jion us. Some of the steps were wobbly and I almost tripped while climbing up, as well as the fact that when we attempted to take the elevator back to the ground level the door never opened and we waited for about 5 minutes.

Verry friendly receptionist at check-in. Rooms are being renovated at the moment. Our room wasn't one of those renovated ones and was clearly showing it's age.

It seemed as it had been redone but still needed more improvement.1 thing was the matress was worn out and dipped badly in the middle.

We reserved a room for three nights thru Hotels.com We checked in, paid for the three nights, and went to the room. The door had been forced open and the security apparatus was hanging, inoperable. The door to the adjoining room had been forced open and the security apparatus was hanging inoperable. The smell of the room was rank. The matress is rotting. I saw roaches. I went to the desk and said we were checking out. The deskperson said there are no refunds. He said the hotel would falsify their record to indicate that, rather than checking out, we switched to another room. That given room was not actually in use at the time, but they pretended it was. Thereby the hotel could rent the room we had paid for to someone else. We went to another property and have asked Hotels.com to secure a full refund for us. Thanks, James (Jim) Mcknight

The person who checked me in and helped was extremely friendly. I booked a double bed, was originally given a single bed room that reeked of urine. Thankfully, we were able to get a double bed room, with no odor. All in all, it's a cheap place to sleep.

Expedia overbooked and I didn't get a room after driving nearly 400 miles to attend a music festival. I didn/t have enough money to book a second hotel room somewhere else.

I did not actually get to stay. I paid and reserved this room 2 weeks in advance for a business trip. I arrive to check in and the gentleman greets me by saying “what do you want?” I told him I was here to check in and he tells me he doesn’t have a room. After I explained I have already reserved a room he said “lot of people reserved rooms but we gave them away.” The lobby had a bad musty smell like cat urine and dirty laundry. Overall bad experience with this hotel.

I booked our room for a local conference 3 months in advance. When we (myself and another conference attendee) arrived on the check in day, the guy at the front desk asked who I was. After stating my name he asked "Did she call you?" After stating no, he blamed her for not doing her job to tell me that they don't have a room us. Confused, I asked what he meant. He said that they didn't have the room that we reserved online and "Why would we hold a reservation for 3 months?" We could either all share one bed in a single room, or contact the website to initiate a refund. I stepped outside, called the website and began the process. They (the website) needed to speak with the front desk to confirm information but they didn't pick up. I had to go back inside to make sure the call went through. After some rather off color comments about person on the website not being American and criticizing the fact she had an accent and wasn't American, the front desk confirmed that the refund process was started. There was not apology from this person. While finishing on the phone with the website, the manager called to "see if we were still coming for our reservation." I called her back, found it was the manager and explained the situation. She was very polite and apologetic and not at all pleased with the front desk person passing on the blame and being so rude. She had told him earlier that they did have a room reserved for us but understands why we chose to look elsewhere.

The lady that worked at the desk was really nice and welcoming (Brittany) and the cleaning people were very nice and cleaned up the room for us brought us a shower curtain and disinfectant

We booked a room 3 months prior to showing up. When we arrived the RUDE guy at the desk didn't even say Hi or anything but looked at us and said we needed to "hit the road because he didn't have anything available". He then proceeded to curse at us, even calling me a b****. I would have appreciated if our booking would have been honored. There wasn't even but 10 cars in the parking lot. On retrospect, I am glad we didn't stay here because it was a DUMP! The floors were nasty, counter didn't look like it had been cleaned in months, and the parking lot was full of trash. The management definitely needs to get a handle on the guy who works the desk in the evenings!

Drug users and prostitution

i refuse to stay when i went to check in. there were a lot of men sitting outside of their rooms and i did not feel safe as a woman alone. i was harassed by a man in the lobby and left as quick as i could. this red carpet inn is not a safe place for women traveling alone to stay.

Arrived for my reservation they said they didnt have one for me and went to wash hands bathroom sink didnt turn on. Went to turn tv on it did not work. Went shower and all had to dry off with was a hand towels. Then about 330 4 in the morning someone was outside blasting music for at least 30 mis to an hour. It said had breakfast on the go and had nothing but coffee.

At check-in, they have u sign a paper agreeing to the three main policies 1...no pets 2...no smoking 3...no refunds After everything is finished and u have paid for ur room, they warn u that they have roaches. No pool or breakfast as advertised. Room was dirty and smelled of cigarettes and cat urine. 1 very small window air conditioner that barely worked. TV was hooked to an antenna and only got about 10 channels. Bed was older my parents and the mattress has springs sticking thru in places. The lady at the front desk was nice, but had no problem letting me know they had bugs and that most of the people there were living there long-term and were almost all drug addicts of some sort. Will definitely never stay here again and suggest that everyone avoid it at all costs.

Before I tell you my experience, just remember you get what you pay for…Upon arrival, I was not impressed with the motel. There were sketchy characters around but none that made me feel unsafe. My reservation was double-booked so I had to settle for a different room. The receptionist was very polite and accommodating. My room was comfortable and had an AMAZING shower! The only downside was the roach infestation and the condom I found in my room…Overall, my stay was pretty good. I would recommended to those who are on a tight budget. SIDE NOTE: the motel says they serve breakfast but I was not told there was breakfast available. If you go, make sure you check if that amenity is available because I was a little disappointed with not being able to eat breakfast during my stay.
