I was traveling solo with three of my children. The staff was welcoming and helpful. My children loved swimming in the pool and breakfast was delicious. It was our first time to Columbia and there was so much to do. The location was perfect and we were minutes from anything we could have needed. Thank you!

The room seemed clean enough but I did kill 2 roaches climbing on the bathroom wall. I was sharing the room and when asked if they could split the bill between our cards they were hesitant to do so. The hotel does not offer complimentary anything! I have never stayed anywhere that doesn’t have complimentary coffee in the lobby or restaurant. For what they charge, I was very disappointed with pretty much everything. My room was a handicap accessible room, which I didn’t request. The bathroom has no counter space. I know it is set up for a wheelchair but it was very inconvenient for a non-wheelchair individual. The inside rooms have windows looking into the hotel atrium. There was an event going on in the atrium and the sound from it was loud in the room. The whole stay was just not ideal, especially for what they charge! I won’t be back and I certainly wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. We ended up cutting our stay by a day and we checked out 2 hrs. before the 11:00 check out. I was told I would be refunded for one night but as of yet I have not seen that refund. $$$
