Easy check in. Hotel is goood/decent. Nothing super fancy, but it is what you expect for a reasonable price. Elevator seemed like it could use some maintenance but worked okay. There was no breakfast offered during our stay, but we had not been expecting it. There was a sign saying it would not be available until further notice. Not sure what that was about. Didn’t get a chance to try out the pool. Staff were pleasant upon checking in and check out. Overall good experience. They do have signs for quiet hours from 10pm to 8am and make you sign a form agreeing to this. Never saw that at a hotel before but not a bad idea. Only one night were there kids running up and down the halls knocking on doors but that could happen anywhere. Did not charge for parking.

I called ahead to request early check in if available and was told there was an extra fee which is ridiculous. Once we got in our room, I was setting up the sofa bed and discovered we had the linens but no blanket. I phoned the front desk and he said housekeeping would deliver one. We left the hotel and when we returned there was no blanket. I called the front desk and got a ton of attitude from the person there saying that I needed to come and get the blanket. The blanket that is supposed to be in the room. Noise at night was annoying, people coming and going in the hallways. The place is dated but it fits the price. The attitude of the front desk is not acceptable.

We had a great stay, especially thanks to Stanley at the front desk who was cheerful and provided clear communication and great service. When we checked out he went above and beyond to make sure we got some breakfast and were ready for the day. Thanks again!
