Good value. Hotel was mostly well maintained and comfortable. The beds were comfy, but all the pillows were very lumpy. The pool had been shut down by the health department- that was disappointing because we were there during a heatwave.

Stayed on main floor in king room. Have stayed here before. Safe location and walkable to dining options. The bed is comfy, the hotel is quiet. The pool was closed during our visit, which was a bummer. The breakfast spread was good. Will stay here again.

The only problem we had...we came from Crawfordsville to stay for New Year's Eve. Having never been to your facility, there were no outside lights on when we arrived...we drove past, had to turn around and go back. An extra blanket available in the room would have been nice. Other than that, our stay was good.

When I arrived I waited in the lobby almost 10 minutes and had to ask the housekeeping staff to get someone to check in. The room smelled like mix between bad hygiene and a litter box. I stayed 4 nights and the smell didn’t dissipate. Coffee stains on the walls, drink residuals on the bedroom end table, piles of dead bugs in the corner of the closet.

The inn was convenient location for us to visit out family for a few days. The first day we arrived there were food crumbs at the top of the stairs and a dead curled up worm type thing in the bathroom closest to the lobby, 4 days later, still there the day we left

The staff at check-in was friendly, but the rooms were extremely dirty. They are carpet rooms and you can tell they never run the vacuum cleaner. The hotel needs a deep cleaning. I never expected a Best Western to be in this poor shape.

Fridge was filthy, dirty is not strong enough. Bed skirt has stains. Bathroom looked like it hadn’t been deep cleaned in a while. Showered at my moms house it was so bad. Only thing good about this stay was the bed was comfortable. Window was broken so you could hear everything outside if you turned the tv off. I personally would not stay here again.

First checked in the television in the room didn’t work. I was not happy with the smell and the cleanliness of the room did go to the front desk to let them know about the television at that time. I did not complain about the cleanliness or the smell in the room, but I did say the television did not work and if I could go to another room, I don’t mind paying the upgrade. They didn’t want to switch me rooms cause they said I had already been in the room, which was only like maybe 10 minutes, but I did end up figuring out the television situation. I won’t stay there again, very disappointed in the room and the cleanings of the hotel.

Went here with the intention of staying two days for a business trip with my partner and we were disgusted with this hotel. The room smelled like wet towels, the area is creepy with little to no transportation available. Staff is not really helpful as they don’t know anything really about the hotel or the area. We ended up staying only one night and had to wait two hours for transportation. Wouldn’t recommend.

Terrible i have been charged twice!! Once from Expedia and once from hotel directly! The hotel didn't read accessibility request and tried to put us on 2nd floor! THEN the manager was called and a room was "found" on first! The room looked like someone had already sat on the bed, I had to kill a huge spider by tub, there were only 2 towels in the room for the booking of four of us & early morning the smoke alarm went off!! NOT even a fair stay. Never do again

When traveling to visit family, I always prefer the Best Western Riverside Inn. They always have clean, comfortable rooms and the staff there is fantastic! Any hour of the day they make themselves available if you need assistance of any kind. My family and I have been staying here for years and will continue! Highly recommended! Thanks to the staff for a wonderful stay!

This place is one of the few hotels that still gives individual bars of soap and bottles of shampoo vs. the usually-empty bottles hanging on the wall. The area did not feel safe although no issues happened. Staffers had no personalities.

The property is very unkept. Broken down cars in parking lot several people out in front of lobby doors smoking and yelling at people. Parking lot full of trash no water in the pool. Felt very unsafe. Did not even check in. We are counting the money as a loss and decided to just drive the 3 hours home instead of subjecting our grandchildren to that environment. The online pictures of the property were great..they need updated because the place is very very unkempt and unsafe feeling.

Very nice and helpful staff. They were 5 stars! Property was clean but older. Very little out for breakfast and with 30 min left, everything empty. Pictures online are misleading. Minimal parking.

Helpful clerk and surprisingly good breakfast (bacon, biscuits, gravy, pancake machine, cereal, eggs, potatoes). No extra towels at the pool. The towels in the room were pretty thin and the mat for the shower was dirty. This was a perfectly adequate budget hotel, but was priced higher than it should have been.

I pay $for a suite. wife had end up cleaning the entire suite pretty much it was dirty filthy food left in the fridge. A dirty sock that had dust 1 inch thick next to the fridge on the floor we took pictures ask for the manager to give us call. It's been day two now. No reply

Walked in the room wreaked of mildew carpet was wet had to pay an extra $200 deposit. Didn't stay. Hallway had water leaking throughout the whole thing. My significant other shoes got wet walking through on the wet floor and made his socks wet as well. Did get charge $0 for the room and was told the money would be refunded. They gave me a printed receipt and told me this happens often receptionist amazing Hotel not.

We had a suite. The AC was in the bedroom only and that made the other room hot. One light in the room didn't work. There wasn't blow dryer in the bathroom. The bathroom floor hadn't been cleaned. The carpet in the hallway hadn't been swept. The trash cans outside were full and garbage was everywhere. The fire alarm went off at 1:00 and once the fire department cleared us to return, the alarm in the lobby area continued to sound so when we went to get coffee and breakfast the next morning, we left because of the noisr. No one was at the front desk to Che k out either. The breakfast looked pitiful so we went next door to eat. I am shocked thus was a Best Western hotel. Extremely disappointed.
