Treehouse Hotel

Disgusting leaking ceiling room floor was soaked had to use the hotel towels to keep the floor mopped and my little girl is poorly now due to the mould and leaking water Shook bedding to make bed in morning and a huge Beetle yuck ! Lifts only one works so get used to walking

Bad hotel . is very horribol

Room was ok- clean. BUT there was a door between 2 rooms and it was halv locked BUT it felt like those people are in our room.They screamed and talked with high voice until morning.you could hear literally EVERYTHING. The isolation of the balcony was also very bad. They had a club right in front and they had so high music until 3 in the morning..closing the balcony door didnt do it since you couldnt close the door really. Very poor quality.Tho, the view over the sea is nice to have! Soo dont expect any sleep! The location of the hotel was good tho! Also, some staff were nice, some were very rude. The restaurant was very chaotic. They take poeple in, in groups. And you have to eat in a hurry. You got 30 min to eat. The problem is also that they dont put out much food so when its finished they dont bring out more (for instance during dinner, especially desserts). And when you want to take a dessert after your dinner the man that manages the place tells you “no” because of the time.. the ladies working there were very nice but that man… NO! The taste of the foods are pretty ok.. but no drinks during dinner… when we asked, we got ignored.. so we brought our own water What we found weird is also before check in they opened our luggage to check inside like security control.. but they didnt even look. Just for the protocol, they opened it.. We didnt use the pool.. since it was almost only men there and we didnt feel comfortable at all.. same for the beach.
