This was the absolute best experience I have had traveling outside of the country and staying at a beautiful hotel everything about it from the staff to the rooms to the food was beyond astonishing. I am looking forward to returning very very soon 100 out of 100.!

As a solo traveler i appreciated the staff tremendously. The girls (shavonna and Camilla) made sure I felt welcomed and safe. I will be back in August! Very clean and accommodating

I had a mixed experience during my stay. On the positive side, the location was excellent, the rooftop bar was great, and the staff were friendly. However, I was disappointed by the overall operational processes, which felt far inferior to other properties in the Indigo brand. The check-in experience was particularly laborious; after a long day of travel, arriving at 11:00 PM to be told I had to download a registration form via email or WhatsApp was frustrating. While the room itself was nice, the water temperature was only lukewarm. The checkout process was also cumbersome—despite having my card details on file, I was required to physically present the card for payment, followed by two subsequent transactions to resolve the authorization hold. Additionally, I was informed that I could not earn loyalty points because I booked through Expedia, which has never been an issue for me at other locations. I expected a much more seamless experience at this caliber of hotel.
