I loved this property however its not without its faults. Positives. its brand new rooms are clean and well thought out shower is excellent views are amazing food in the cafe was consistent and very very good the food in the steaks house the first night was the best food i had on the island, however the second time was not good, must have been a different chef. location of hotel is great the beach is really nice to look at but i didn't like swimming in it, too rocky and wavy. go to Savey beach, its the best and only 10usd to get a bed, the food there is not good though. back to the hotel. you can walk on the boardwalk to some cute restaurants. the inside and outside of the hotel is beautiful and clean now to the downside there is actually only 1 the staff in the reception all my encounters along with my travel group was disastrous the only pleasant person working at the front desk was Arene everyone else was incompetent and straight up RUDE they need to be all fired and new staff hired and trained properly would i recommend this hotel overall? FOR SURE just keep your interaction with the front desk to a min

We had issues with management that specifically used the expression "not my problem" when we requested our pre-paid breakfast allowance. Hotels.com, as usual, made a mess, when we only EXTENDED our reservation with 1 extra night (6 to 7), but the management of the hotel, despite seeing the confusion in their system, did not also be business savvy and flexible, without offering options. As usual, when Hotels.com messes it up the burden is left with the paying client. Also the hotel, supposedly being a 5 stars one, did not act as expected for this level.

Staff was hospitable and even though my stay at the hotel was short it was very tranquil. I will surely come again and I will recommend this hotel to persons. Thank you again for the great service offered to me.

Third visit to the property (and I am Bajan) and I cannot say enough about how wonderful the staff and the food is! Will definitely be back.

This was the absolute best experience I have had traveling outside of the country and staying at a beautiful hotel everything about it from the staff to the rooms to the food was beyond astonishing. I am looking forward to returning very very soon 100 out of 100.!
