Pool hasn't been working for a year, but still advertised as a heated pool. Room's badly taken care of, the continental breakfast was toast and cereal. I won't come back.

solid 1 star. Bedding was clean if thats what you want. Run down, I lol when their CURRENT lcd sign said indoor heated pool. Its a run down solarium withno water in pool. I guess that is heated! Ill be paying 10 more for better hotel next time.

Absolutely atrocious. Staff were the worst. They hide from customers ti avoid doing anything. They snicker and smirk whenever they are asked for help, and are overall condescending and rude. Most of the amenities did not work, including the pool which was closed. The whole facility is in a gross state. Most of the outlets in our room didn’t work. The AC unit put off a burning smell so we had to shut it off and sleep in a stinky, hot room. Staff lied and said they’d look into the outlet issue but never did. Breakfast was a disgusting joke. We will NEVER do business with this hotel or its associated chains. Do not come here!

Pool- so caked in grime was gross. Pool was painted instead of being repaired properly and the paint was coming up from the water and the tons of chlorine in it. Made your skin feel grimy and gross and the paint pieces floating in it made it unsafe to swim in. The people staying there slammed the door every 30 minutes all night long. The floors were missing pieces and uneven. I tripped more than once. The drawers were broken. The lights were broken. The door didn’t lock and it was broken on the front of it where you get in and on the inside. There was left over food in my microwave from previous tenants. Breakfast wasn’t the best, there was white toast, cereal and waffles. The toaster set off the fire alarm and only made the toast slightly warmed. The waffle maker didn’t cook the waffles fully either. It could be a great place if they shut down and do a major renovation. They are in a great location and have potential. The staff was nice and helpful.

The glass was busted in the pool area, looked like it could\'ve been a gunshot from the way it was spiderwebbed. The hotel was run down. The exterior doors didn\'t close, much less lock. The local druggies hanging out by the cars weren\'t very comforting either. The room for wasn\'t even closed when we got there, the desk clearly said that\'s all he had though. We reserved a double queen, had double full sized beds. The door looked like it had been kicked in, there was trash stem under the beds, the door chain was barely attacked to the door, probably where it had been kicked in before. There were cockroaches literally running across the floors, the bathroom, the TV. The bathtub was nasty, and there was a hole in the wall of the tub. The smoke detector was hanging out of the ceiling. The bed were 2 different heights, there was a dirty towel that fell out from between the mattresses, the blanket on one bed had "stains" looked like blood. We left after less than an hour and drove back home 3 hours, bc we couldn\'t find another hotel room

The "non smoking" room reeked of smoke - staff were friendly but the only solution they had was opening the window and spraying a tonne of air freshener everywhere. Almost a joke as I had to sign something agreeing I wouldn't smoke in the room when I checked in. The sheets were clean at least, and the bed was comfortable enough, but the corridors are filled with stains of various ages and it is very run down. Unless you're a HEAVY smoker or love the stench of a billion cigarettes then I'd strongly advise you look elsewhere

Place has bedbugs and roaches, they don’t clean their floors before placing guests in the room, room 227 had the bathtub faucet coming out of the shower wall, the bathtub was unsanitary, hair and dirt all over floors, no trash can, the toilet was clogged and couldn’t flush the toilet, they expect you to take your own trash down the hall, and don’t provide room service, they only provide service to the rooms that need to get cleaned for new guests to arrive. There was no breakfast options other than 2 choices of cereal and some type of weird bread. The pool don’t even work, hasn’t for years!

It was soooo dirty. Even our lamp shades had some gross stuff on them. It didn’t compare at all to the pictures. It was honestly filthy and I’m the girl who travels for experience and doesn’t put a lot of weight on the hotels but it was so really gross. I only took one pic to show someone because it was so laughable how different it was From the pics

We did not enjoy our stay. Our room was very dirty the bathroom was extremely dirty the tub was disgusting we couldn’t even use it. I even went to housekeeping to tell her to clean and it’s like she didn’t know what I was saying. The blanket had cigarette burn holes in them. Some of the outlets didn’t work. There was only a few channels that actually worked on the tv. There was a man walking up and down our hall and laying on the steps just very weird. My kids and I were not comfortable at all we had no choice but to stay since I already paid for it. Never again

We did appreciate that this was a quiet, low traffic area. And in this room, I did not. encounter any bed bugs so that is always a plus. But this hotel was disgusting. The room above must have had a leak that they never fully resolved; I hope it was a water stain but it should probably be checked out for potential mold issues. The grout on the floor was old and ragged, I am sure it is not sealing anything anymore. The sink was being held together by duct tape, the room smelled of smoke, and the pillows might as well have not even be offered. We arrived late and were too tired to complain, but they must have given us the worst room in the hotel - it really should no longer be offered to anyone.

The property was very accommodating when I accidentally booked the wrong room, it was very quiet, it's ducked off. It's a nice little room for the price you pay. Staff friendly, you constantly see housekeeping cleaning. I work remote and the Internet access was amazing, I didn't have high hopes but I did not lag once.

We were sleeping when the room next to us checked in at Midnight. They had the tv on so loud it woke us up. They also continued to open and shut doors as well as talk till 3am. The hotel was empty so I am not sure why they put them next door to us. The rooms are old, but clean. The staff (Sunny) was very friendly, Wouldn't stay there again. Also they advertised an indoor heated pool. The pool was empty.

For the price point you definitely get what you pay for. It’s not the worst place I’ve ever stayed in or messiest but there were a few things I wish were different. The room was extremely drafty perhaps due to it being a storm upon a rival but the window also leaked so badly I had to place a towel in the window to make sure it didn’t go everywhere. The sink drained very slowly as did the shower but again. The price is what you get. The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful and nice however the housekeeping staff was extremely rude and demanded to see every single towel in the room before replacing the one that was stopping the leak in the window.

Could use some upgrading. Floors needed better cleaning especially in the edges. Mattress made imprint of a body on one side. My side was comfortable. Appreciated the small refrigerator, but there was no coffee maker. Breakfast area was pleasant, with more selection than some. Quality good for the price. Good access and parking.

The beds and pillows were hard as bricks. Had it not been so late, we would have spent the $ and wet across the road, after the 18 hours on the road. No saftey in the shower. The floors were filthy

Absolutely atrocious. Staff were the worst. They hide from customers ti avoid doing anything. They snicker and smirk whenever they are asked for help, and are overall condescending and rude. Most of the amenities did not work, including the pool which was closed. The whole facility is in a gross state. Most of the outlets in our room didn’t work. The AC unit put off a burning smell so we had to shut it off and sleep in a stinky, hot room. Staff lied and said they’d look into the outlet issue but never did. Breakfast was a disgusting joke. We will NEVER do business with this hotel or its associated chains. Do not come here!

It was not the Hilton but then, neither was the price. It was clean and mostly quite and the gal at the front desk was a delight and fun to talk to... For the money spent,, it was well worth it and we would stay again if in the area

Heat didn't work in the room, and when I told the desk, he proceeded to show me how the unit worked for heat....like I'm stupid. I never asked for my money back, just wanted to let them be aware the heat didn't work, but after he talked down to me, I should have asked to be refunded.

The room door had no chain lock. The door was messed up i had to pull it really hard to close it. The room smelled aweful. The guy at the front desk was on his cell phone talking to someone the entire time i was checking in.

DO NOT STAY HERE! I had to leave my stay early due to the facilities being dirty and unsafe. The first room they put me in had mold on the bed AND burn holes in the blankets. Then when they switched me to another room, the door didn't lock. At this point I was fed up and left a day early. When I requested a 1-day refund, the property manager refused.

Staff were friendly. Bed was comfortable, room was clean. The room had unlevel laminate flooring that wasn't supported in areas, so my feet sank into the floor. Hallway smelled of pot. The breakfast available was bare minimum. Still, great location with lots of restaurants within walking distance.

This place should be torn down or used to house the homeless instead of charging people $$$. Creepy smokers were hanging around outside my window at odd hours. Trash and cigarettes all aound the exterior, carpets in hallways have numerous stains were filthy. Entrance door was always unlocked. Room door was very difficult to open and had a large gap that let in hallway noise all night. Pergo in the room left my bare feet black. Bed was like a hammock, electrical outlet for lamp was very loose in the wall, sink stopper was broken and wouldn't drain. Breakfast was just stale cereal. Creamer was out on the first day, milk for cereal out the next day. No OJ, only cranberry to drink. Sign in breakfast area says coffee is $1.99 per cup after 10:00 am.

The glass was busted in the pool area, looked like it could\'ve been a gunshot from the way it was spiderwebbed. The hotel was run down. The exterior doors didn\'t close, much less lock. The local druggies hanging out by the cars weren\'t very comforting either. The room for wasn\'t even closed when we got there, the desk clearly said that\'s all he had though. We reserved a double queen, had double full sized beds. The door looked like it had been kicked in, there was trash stem under the beds, the door chain was barely attacked to the door, probably where it had been kicked in before. There were cockroaches literally running across the floors, the bathroom, the TV. The bathtub was nasty, and there was a hole in the wall of the tub. The smoke detector was hanging out of the ceiling. The bed were 2 different heights, there was a dirty towel that fell out from between the mattresses, the blanket on one bed had "stains" looked like blood. We left after less than an hour and drove back home 3 hours, bc we couldn\'t find another hotel room

Sure they had a pool……..but there was no water in it. Yes the had a breakfast bar……. Toast , cold cereal. I felt like I was on a train when leaning against the bed headboard. I don’t know what caused that!

Near the interstate and decent price. You can definitely tell the building is older, but our room did have some recent looking updates. While it was nice it had a pool, it had numerous spots on the bottom and sides where paint was peeling. The breakfast was a little underwhelming but it was okay.

The staff are very kind and helpful. The hotel is old and needs renovation. Our room had the faint scent of icky carpet. But the room was clean and there was plenty of hot water. The "breakfast" was the cheapest breakfast I have ever seen. White bread, coffee, 2 cereals, and waffles. Not a bad place to stay, but not great either.

Pool was closed, which was the whole reason we booked this property. Had a VERY disappointed 6yo. Breakfast was a joke. Toast or one of 2 cereal options. Will NOT be staying here again.

First approach, I thought the place was abandoned and wrapped with police tape. It was caution tape and there were old mattresses stacked against the windows of a sunroom where I think is the “heated pool” they advertise on the sign but I didn’t venture to find. Random stains on the hallway carpets. The first room had holes in the walls, the molding was peeling from the wall and flailing (tripping hazard) into the walkway. Several appliances plugged into an outlet adapter that turned a 2-plug into 6. Honestly worried about a fire. The flooring was cracked and missing chunks. We left the room about 30 minutes after arrival. Came back several hours later to the room flooded from the toilet. Front desk asked ME what happened, like I would know. I told them it sure wasn’t toilet paper bc there wasn’t any in our room. Moved rooms. It’s slightly better, but the refrigerator won’t stay closed and I can feel lumps under the carpet where they threw it down over a busted floor. The “continental breakfast” was literally slices of bread you could toast or a couple options of dry cereal (went to Bob Evan’s across the street). The parking lot is full of potholes and overgrown with trees. I saw young children doing cleaning and laundry. They had giant appliances boxes stacked in the lobby. And when I asked at checkout if their “sorry” was going to be accompanied by financial restitution, the guy said he had to ask his manager. They hadn’t already addressed it.
