Days Inn by Wyndham Florence Cincinnati Area

Wir haben ein Nichtraucher Zimmer gebucht aber im Zimmer und besonders im Bad hat es nach Rauch gerochen. Der Tisch und die Nachttische waren total dreckig, selbst nach säubern des Tisches, klebte er immer noch. Die Nähe zur Interstate tat ihr übriges, ruhig ist etwas anderes.

It was ok

The staff was very helpful and took care of our needs. Our TV went out in our room but they took care of it right away. Only thing in that we missed was that there was no fruit juice for the Continental breakfast. Other than that, we had a good stay.

The rooms are in need of complete overhaul. I felt as if it looked like a dump they just patch repair. The outside spaces were not maintained at all. The pool was of course not open yet but it was full of black water and the gate not locked. We stayed in smoking rooms and everything down to the comforter had cigarette burns, yet I used a towel to clean up a pop spill and after I left they charged me $24! There was nothing else to use, and nowhere does any charges for anything like this. I called and was told it was for damages, yet cigarette burns on everything down to pillows was acceptable for them to keep. Was the dang towel already. Poor customer service.
