Quality Inn & Suites Florence - Cincinnati South

Only issue is understanding your staff that answers the deak. I love people from all over the world. But if was running your hotel i would have ONLY English speaking persons, it really makes a difference on my opinion. Plenty other people out thrre. Last thing i booked my son threes nights room 131. I realize being there is a private thing. But i ask the very difficult t understand desk guy to please ring his room he said no can’t do that. Vhe is struggling right now as a young adult trying to fid himself and i am i another state.. worry wart mother his two cells were off or on charger on silent mode. That to me isn’t right period!!!

This hotel is now y number one choice in the Florence area! With a wide variety to choose from, the staff here is top notch, Willy, Amaan & Sharon, Management are true professionals.

Great place and location but internet didn’t work for entire three days I was there. I get safari but internet wouldn’t work in my rooms I had to go to my car and drive a few blocks away to get service.the property and carrier couldn’t fix it as lotsa people weee pissed. I hate to complain but it kind of screwed up the stay. All else was really good.

Issues with the first room I was supposed to have stayed in, but they got me transfered to another room and it was all good
