There are zero drawers or shelves in the room. The closet had only 2 coat hangers. The mattress cover was too small and would not stay on the mattress. Tuesday no one showed up from housekeeping. We had to take all the dirty towels and shower rug to the receptionist. No toiletries were refreshed.

We did not realize that the property was being renovated, and the room was extremely dirty. I picked a Hampton because I felt they were usually clean and up to date. This was not! And to add insult to injury I was charged a pet fee of $75 for one night! I don’t think my 6lb dog could have made the room any dirtier. I will not be staying at a Hampton again.

Overall the whole place needs an update which I believe they are starting. Huge boxes sat in the lobby. I have never been disappointed in a Hampton Inn before.

Room was clean and staff pleasant and courteous. Some snow and ice in parking area but understand southern Kentucky is not used to having to deal with such issues.
