Although bathtub was fairly clean, it needed a good cleaning -bleach or something more than surface cleaning. Faucet was loose on the sink-not connected well, but did work. TV had to be reconnected each time it was turned off. Area nice for walking dog. Well lit. Liked outside entrance. Friendly, helpful receptionist.

The room was budget friendly, and really nice considering the cost! My only real issue was that the door wouldn’t lock properly, so I just jammed it with a chair. The parking lot was VERY well lit, and I was able to park right in front of my room.

The room had a terrible odor, set my wifes asthma off, floor was filthy, tv remote missing parts. We could not stay there as the odor was horrific. Wiped spilled water up, turned cloth black. Have pictures to prove. Need refund!!!!

Floors looked like they had not been swept. Covers on bed were stained and dirty. Hair under covers as if they were there from previous person. Air conditioner had thick dust on vent, the inside of vent that you could see had black mold or mildew on it.

The shower was all peeling and gross. Turned done the comforter and there was a hairball. Two tiny towels is all that was provided. The room felt gross and dingy. Paid way too much for a MOTEL.

The room was dirty and smelled like old cigarette smoke. The floors were dirty. We were only sleeping for a few hours or I would have requested to be moved or left the hotel entirely.

This front desk lady was lovely, but otherwise this place was a total nightmare. I’m not a high maintenance traveler but I can only tolerate so much filth. The first room had a bunch of hairs in the bed like they hadn’t bothered to change the sheets, there were blood stains on the pillowcase, and the floors were filthy w giant hairballs in the corner. We requested to be moved to another room in the hopes that this one had been cleaned, but it was worse, with pink strawberry vomit looking something on the comforter, a dead bug in the corner, and a whole lot of black mold growing under and up the bed. The whole establishment smells like a hundred packs of cigarettes with a layer of cheap floral spray over it. The front desk lady, Christy, was very lovely and accommodating and supportive of our move out of this health hazard. I’d advocate that the place should be condemned but I’d hate for her to be out of a job. We ended up at a hotel up the street which was costlier but worth it to not have to sleep in filth

There were stains on the pillowcase with body hair it had not been washed from prior guest, dirty walls, dirty refrigerator and bathtub was disgusting, neither me or my son took a shower because it was nasty

It will be an easy 4 or 5 start place if the bathtub was not so disgusting. It looks like it has not been cleaned throughly for quite some time, there was a big amount of scum on it. The floors were even worst, (although you don’t see it at first) I was surprised when I used the mat towel to dry the water on the floor and see the towel turned dark gray. I decided to use a small wet towel and mop the room floor with my feet..and it turned out even dirtier, so yeah those floors has not been cleaned for a long time. It does not take to much to mop the floor and scrub the bathtub after each guest and save yourself a bad review. Bed was comfy, and furniture was simple but did the job. If I was the manager of the place, I will have a serious talk to the cleaners.

1st room - shower wouldn't get hit and AC unit was busted and moldy. Towels were stiff and had a hole in them. Staff gave us a new room with no issues. 2nd room - shower was fine but shower curtain was stained. AC unit was moldy and gross.i shouldn't expect much from a $60/night room but geez.

No WiFi as promised. No restaurant or breakfast. Sheets don’t fit the bed so our fitted sheet was useless. Shelf falling off wall. Some items in the room haven’t been cleaned or dusted for a long time.

The property itself is good. However, the occupants of the room above mine were HORRIBLE. They kept me awake until after 4 am. They were loud, including moving furniture around, talking loudly and making all kinds of uncategorized noises. I didn't feel like I had a recourse to stop them.

Bare minimum. Door lock didn't work. Sink faucet wasnt even attached to the sink.the breakfast/coffee situation was a joke. Very much not worth the price. I would not recommend this location, unless you are out of other options. There was a very nice and helpful lady, who was outstanding. She deserves a better working environment. I wish her the best.

Property was clean and well kept. The room was very nice and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The staff is some of the most friendly and professional I’ve encountered. I have no complaints at all.

The staff at check in tried to charge my debit card stating that I did not pay through hotel.com. He claimed it only held the reservation and did not pay for the room. I wouldn't agree to an additional charge on my account numerous times and he finally allowed me to go to my room. The room was not clean and wasn't comfortable.

The stay itself wasn’t too bad until early the next morning when we were awaken by housekeeping with loud knocking @ 9 am. Checkout isn’t until 11. We ask why would they do that. Was told they needed to pull laundry. And we should have used do not disturb, that was not in our room. Mgr said that was their policy. So be ready to wake up early!

I am handicapped, when we arrived asked for a room on first floor. Was told since did not request in the reservation they would not accommodate. I had to climb a flight of stairs. Took me thirty minutes to do and was in severe pain afterwards. Will NOT recommend this hotel to anyone!!!!!

It was quiet, but i dropped something behind the bed. Bowl ands dirty and a pencil. Showered and almost freaked out; someone's towel hanging up on hook inside the bathroom. I was told they would contact the cleaning crew. It was in a great area.

So much noise can sleep, room 110 . And also they need to do better on that black color eggs. You serve breakfast or not. Don’t disrespect your guests! give them fresh food. By the good customer service upfront it’s a 5!

The bed sheets were stained and floors were dirty! Got a clean(?) set of sheets for bed and remade bed myself. Front desk didn’t seem concerned. Limited breakfast and no one was seen at front desk during breakfast or at check out. People hanging out smoking and on phone talking near our room. Maybe you should designate a smoking area. Maybe take some money and invest into new sheets and a mop! Also, front desk didn’t ask for any form of ID or payment method? Have pics of bed to verify.

Hotel was not what I expected. It may be under renovation. The flat surfaces in the room were dirty and the carpet needed vaccuuming. The bathroom in the lobby didn't have any TP and trash was overflowing. Breakfast was good.

No WiFi as promised. No restaurant or breakfast. Sheets don’t fit the bed so our fitted sheet was useless. Shelf falling off wall. Some items in the room haven’t been cleaned or dusted for a long time.

Bare minimum. Door lock didn't work. Sink faucet wasnt even attached to the sink.the breakfast/coffee situation was a joke. Very much not worth the price. I would not recommend this location, unless you are out of other options. There was a very nice and helpful lady, who was outstanding. She deserves a better working environment. I wish her the best.

My only complaint is no eggs or waffles on breakfast. You can see the owner takes pride and tries to make it a nice place. Great value for the money.

It was a non smoking room, but the room smelled terribly of smoke. Was tired so just went to bed, but in the morning I noticed cigarette burns in the sheets. Also notice flooring coming up, dust everywhere in the bathroom and sink clogged with left over food. Not a great stay.

Staff and Manager The room is good and clean. The parking is big and spacious. The Staff in Front Desk I think her name is Venice. We stayed there for work about 3 nights. Checked out on Sunday July 5th I was left my Dyson Hair dryer and Hair Straightener in the drawer between the two beds of room 216 where I saw Bible Book there. I called the next day Monday July 6th and asked about it. The lady said called back in 1 hr but tried 2 times no pickup. The 3rd time she said nothing was found. The weird thing when we started the conversation she said there is no Drawer in the room. Which is not true. There is 1 with the Bible Book in there. She started talking more than listening what I want to say, even assumed that her cleaner is not stolen anything, and kept saying I was not listening which is psychological trigger a lie. They may not find it but I asked did you talk tk cleaner and she did not confirm it. Just kept saying we have cameras everywhere in the hallway, laundry and her car… she didn’t took anything outside after I left the room. I asked to speak to manager and she said couldnt talk to me anymore like this and HUNG UP. That is unbelievable. I was calm and just need some verification about it because I know I left it there. She didn’t see it means it was vanished or gone after me checking out. Confirming no other customers was in the room after our stay. I never experienced anything like this. Even I lost my things but the attitude and behavior is BAD
