With weather over 90 degrees we were looking forward to using the pool but we’re disappointed to find it was very dirty.

Charge $5.00 a day to park, not mentioned, and bathroom doors in room we not closable.

The property, lobby, breakfast area and the rooms are clean, well kept and excellent. The outside seating area and around the pool were horrible Dirty unkept and truly mesdy. The pool was dirty The hot tub was at least 3 to 4 in hes low on water maki g the skimmer not operational and the just to just blow air bubbles up and give a true thrust of water out into the tup. This area needs immediate attention My background is 40ys running pools and spas im aquatics for park and recreation departments.

I loved the stay once the hot tub was fixed. When I asked about it, the person in front, gave the impression that it wasn’t a high priority. I fussed out Expedia because it should have stated it wasn’t working. I chose the place and spent the extra money because of it.

Staff was great. The only bummer was the hot tube was not open

Good but snuck in a 10.00 charge to park car it’s not in downtown hotel is in the suburbs crazy nickel dime stuff

nice place, clean, hot tub didnt work and you need to be signed up as a member for wifi so that was a little frustrating for my son and i both trying to do work on laptops.

Great Hotel with of nearby restaurants snd shopping. Plenty of parking in the property too.

The pool heater was broken for our entire 10 day stay, which was the main reason why we chose a hotel with a pool. I asked the front desk to have a manager call me but I never received a call.

My stay was great. The rooms are clean and had everything that I needed. Staff was friendly and the breakfast and pool are great. The hotel is close to the outlets, the stadium and surrounding attractions. Super convenient location.

The hotel felt dirty. Our room there was hair in the shower and all around the bathroom floor. The towels also had hair in them.

Staff wasn’t the friendliest after the check in, which was good. They don’t clean and refill ur room unless you call even on the day that they’re supposed to.

We liked the studio room with a couch and king size bed as well as a utility kitchen. Very comfortable, cool and quiet.

The air conditioner heater was so loud I had to turn it completely off to get to sleep.

Stay was alright the room had a lot of damages

The water pressure was not very good. Every time someone slammed the door, which was often felt like an earthquake.

Unable to access room (electronic keys failed) , no hot water in the shower and broken bathroom light fan.

I liked the room. Our fireplace didn't work nor did they fix it.

Room was clean and spacious the problem was that our room faced the back parking lot on the 1 st floor and I couldn’t close the main curtains that meant any one could see in our room from the outside the only covering was a thin white curtain I did not feel safe or uncomfortable.

We liked the location to the Westgate District. It was an easy 10-15 min walk; well-lit with nice sidewalks. The thermostat in the room was amazingly dysfunctional. The room was 66° when we arrived. I changed the thermostat to heat the room, and we left for the evening. When we came back several hours later the room had warmed by 1 degree. I tried to get the thermostat to register warm air, was unsuccessful and turned it off. I could hear the fan blowing all night but couldn’t find any way to turn it off - the thermostat already registered off. Was woken up at 5:30 because I was cold - the thermostat registered 58°. I tried again to get the room warmer and was finally successful. By the time we left at 9:30, the room hadn’t reached the set temperature and cold air was blowing again. One of the worst nights I’ve had. We’ll never stay at this Residence Inn again.

I felt like the receptionist checking in and checking out both different. People weren’t very friendly and felt rushed.

Our stay was great, and the staff was friendly. Only complaint is when we ask for towels it took hours before we got some.

first of all there was a manager David at the front desk that was extremely rude not professional tells me who cares even if i write a bad review about the Hotel i take he must be the owner are act like he is one which i know he is just a worker of this place. he is just a real funny guy laughing at my situation which i think. its not funny at all i lost time and money he should not be not fired just be demoted i don't believe in leaving him homeless if this is his only job times are hard but this guy just has a real smart mouth. he should just be working the lowest part of that hotel work this is not a low end hotel with junkies on Van Buren . he definitely is a big kid in the inside i was promised not that i Demand a refund on my room cause being charged twice for one room on hotel.com i guess when one hotel is full they kick you out to the next one. a nightmare like David the next one with out you noticing so please check your booking people. the girl was really professional an understanding at the front desk said she would waive one room off cause we tried getting a hold of hotel .com but David the big kid wants to over ride it says no after hotel.com says they will waive it off cause i only had use one room they charged my card for two rooms i said to my wife this is a really nice place but ripping me off i cant see myself there again . i don't want the money just a apology its sad when you deal with people in charge like this

The check in was the best experience I’ve ever had Jen was phenomenal. I’ve traveled about 5 times a year for the last 8 years and this check in won…hands down!!!!

Overall, the facility was pretty clean. That's everything good I can say. The staff was just awful. They refused to do or say anything about people smoking and drinking at the pool. One guy even had a powered speaker blasting salsa music and staff just walked right by countless times. Grab bars in both elevators were just hanging off. Door handle on my door was broken and never fixed and the guy working overnight at the front desk was seen sound asleep in the office. When checking out, one guest was willing to pay for 2 rooms for 4 weeks and she almost let the guest walk out. Absolutely terrible customer service. But if you don't like enforcement of rules and a hotel overtaken by long term residents and baseball teams, then this hotel is for you!

Location was great. Service was lacking

The staff was phenomenal- Grace at the front was pleasant and went the extra mile. She sent a balloon and cookie to my daughter for her birthday. I recommend this hotel- 5 star in service

We arrived early and were pleasantly surprised that not only was outlr room ready, but we had also been upgraded. The staff were friendly and helpful. There is a TON of stuff nearby.

Excellent Resort clean spacious rooms with a small kitchen less than a mile from West Gate entertainment center and multiple restaurants to choose from and right next to highway 101

This property is within walking distance to the stadium and the Westgate entertainment district.

I loved the full kitchen, dining and office area in the room. The little market could be better. Breakfast was ok.

We were in town for a wedding and spent 2 nights as a family of 5. We really enjoyed the 2-bedroom suite and loved that it overlooked the pool! Our kids greatly enjoyed the pool as well as the cornhole game. I used the exercise room and it was wonderful. The breakfast was good - pretty standard but wonderful to have it included. Gave 4 stars only because the rooms could use some maintenance - cracks in walls, flickering light in the bathroom, sink was clogged and sheets/duvets were thin. We did not receive any housecleaning services either (we were told our stay was too short which is odd since housecleaning used to be a daily thing?!) Overall it was good and we would return.

The breakfast was fantastic!

Stayed here for the weekend and had a comfortable visit. The staff was friendly and courteous. They have a breakfast included in the mornings that had eggs, bacon, waffles, cold cereals assortment of breads and fruit.

We’re happy we chose this property in Glendale. It lived up to the images seen in line. Liked my room on the second floor overlooking the pool. Morning breakfast had ample options. Highly recommend staying there.

Very slow check-in process. Morning breakfast was consistently closing early. Little to no food starting 30 mins before end of scheduled breakfast service. Manager Delia did not correct when brought to her attention.

All of the staff was nice and helpful and my son had a blast in the pool. The breakfast was always hot and ready and never ran out... I'm a late riser and it was always breakfast available until the cutoff.

We loved the pool and the breakfast was good too.
