The stay was decent. I only had 2 complaints. First the hotels.com showed an active pool in the picture but the pool was filled in obviously years ago. And also the water was brown whe i filled the tub.

It was dirty and had a bad odor. The cleaning staff did not change the bed sheets, and the mirror and floor were not cleaned daily. The door had an opening at the bottom. There was no closet or anywhere to hang your clothes. I was there for my brother funeral! This is a place that needs to be cleaned and cleaned up.

This property was nothing like the advertised pictures you presented, the room ha foul odor, furniture was worn and torn, carpet was sticky, lobby nasty and was not sanitary for eating anything, people were loitering around blocking the entrance with card tables a bbq grills and a dog. I did not feel safe. So I had to pay twice as much to go to the Hampton Inn. And I’m seeking to get compensated for that. You’ll be hearing from my representative soon. I suggest you take that deplorable property off your website!!!

This place is the worst place I’ve ever been to . They had no towels the bed was as hard as a brick everything was dirty including the sheets . The rate of the room was not the actual amount I paid more then I intended ALL THE WATER IS BROWN . Worst experience ever never ever ever again if you want to stay somewhere cheap 30 minutes away is a days inn in lake village book there . This hotel made me want to no longer us Expedia because of how bad that hotel was

The property was convenient to downtown but the area is in a state of social decline. Negatives: 1. The card door lock did not work. It stayed unlocked at all times. I used the deadbolt while in the room. 2. The smoke alarm emitted a loud beep every minute or so. 3. It was difficult to close the privacy curtains that cover the front window. 4. At 3am the person in the room above took a shower and the drain in their bathroom leaked heavily so that most of the water came down through the vent in my bathroom's ceiling -- several gallons. 5. There was a coffee maker with coffee and cup lids, but no cups.

Beds in horrible conditions, no working TV or phone in room. Microwave and refrigerator in bad condition. This was yhe worst and my last stay at this hotel. Much work is needed to update the rooms.

My room was not clean. Bed was not made and lights did not come on. After I was moved to another room the air conditioning was not working and no microwave plus sheets were dirty. They wouldn’t give me a refund even though I didn’t stay in the room at all and they were so rude

The service was horrible. During check-in I was given a room that was apparently the property storage and when i return to let the clerk know that the room was not fit to stay in, she had an attitude. I was then given another room, but my card was charged another $80 plus after I had paid for the stay already. There was no breakfast available for the guest, but the staff ate from the sister hotel next door. I checked out early and was charged $79 plus for not completing the reservation stay. I filed a complaint and was hoping to be compesated for such a horrible experience

Room was clean and comfortable. They are in the process of updating the rooms so there was a light not plugged in and thermostat on wall was not wotking yet. Didnt bother me at all. Both people i dealt with at front desk were friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again. I grew up near here so this is definitely the better side of town.

Not a lot to like. It was relatively quiet but that's probably because of the few people that had rooms. Could hear the traffic from the street but that was tolerable. I felt comfortable only in the bed.... the couch, shower and anything else I didnt feel so comfortable

I did not feel safe. So I had to pay twice as much to go to the Hampton Inn. And I’m seeking to get compensated for that. You’ll be hearing from my representative soon. I had to change rooms because the room was dirty and the paint was peeling off the ceiling in bathroom. The tub needed resurfacing. Sheets was old and stained. The room should have been one of their down units. This is my 2nd time staying there. Each time I was not satisfied. I had forgotten about the first time I stayed. If I had remembered I would not have booked a room. I tried to get my money back but was told I would loose my money. The second room was a little better but not much. There was no clean towels or microwave. They didn't have a breakfast as stated. Never again. Really put a damper on my birthday weekend. All the way from Georgia!!

The property was safe and secure. Check out wasn't until 11 but breakfast was only 5 to 8am. Ended way too early.

So the front desk staff was nice. Other than that everything was terrible. The room was dirty, no towels, the ac barely put out any cool air. Was told there was breakfast, my husband went down and there was absolutely no food or coffee put out at all. A complete rip off to charge people $70/$80 a night for this place. I will not be staying there again.

The room was not the best not was it the worse I've been in. Breakfast the lady ran out of some items. ie..meat and biscuits said she was not putting out anymore meat (there was an hour left for breakfast. She only had biscuits.

The service was horrible. During check-in I was given a room that was apparently the property storage and when i return to let the clerk know that the room was not fit to stay in, she had an attitude. I was then given another room, but my card was charged another $80 plus after I had paid for the stay already. There was no breakfast available for the guest, but the staff ate from the sister hotel next door. I checked out early and was charged $79 plus for not completing the reservation stay. I filed a complaint and was hoping to be compesated for such a horrible experience

I read that it had been remodeled, it hasn't. My first room had blood on the sheets, a bug in the bathroom, all the mirrors were dirty and the air conditioner was pulled apart and not working. They changed $99 dollars for this mess. We asked for our money back which I found out that they do not do refunds. They gave us another room that was much better but not with a king size bed that we originally paid for. We will never go back there. The area for breakfast had dirty water in the coffee pot. We went to other places for breakfast. In addition, the flours were wet and slippery from using the air conditioner. The first desk lady was extremely nice and made our stay better. I forgot, our TV was not working and she had to come to our room each time to turn it on. After a while we didn't ever bother to try to turn it on. The property owners should be ashamed of themselves and their property.

The room Could’ve been cleaner and customer service could’ve been more polite less attitude-ish. Seem like they didn’t want to give me a cleaner room that I felt safe in at first. You could tell the door had been kicked in the bottom of the door was lifted as well literally could see the light coming through the corner of the doors. Also it was a hole in a wall like a couple was fighting in that room. They ended up giving me another room but I had to wait 3hours. I wouldn’t stay there again to be honest.
