Best Western Plus Crossroads Inn & Suites

The Best Western had easy access from the main roads and Interstate. ample parking and a very quiet area. There is an Ihop an Rhett's restaurant right near the property and food and service at both were excellent. Definitely will stay there again.

Except for the broken elevator the last day (I was on the 4th floor) everything was excellent.

room was not really clean, hair on bathroom floor and baseboards grimey and chair had arm chewed off of it. heated pool was ice cold as was pool room and hot tub was broken. outside, lots of cigarette buts on ground and hallways had smell of marijuana. not what you expect from a Best Western Plus or at this price. I've had better Motel 6.....I've stayed here before and every time it gets more run down.

We booked this for family members who were coming to visit my very ill wife. Ordinarily, family would have been most welcome to stay at the house but I was hesitant to upset my wife's routine. At the same time, I was hesitant to book them a room at a hotel I had never stayed in; the last thing I wanted was for my wife's family to be upset about my wife's declining health and then have to return to an uncomfortable, unclean or otherwise unsuitable hotel each evening. Fortunately, this Best Western came through for us - my wife's family was very comfortable during their stay there and could not say enough nice things about the hotel! They complimented the friendliness of all of the staff, their proficiency at their jobs, the comfort and cleanliness of their room, they even commented on how much they liked the rustic brick and wood decor and comfort in the lobby. They did visit the pool for some exercise and a little relaxation one evening and remarked on the cleanliness of that area, as well. They appreciated the ample free parking and the fact that it was well- lit at nighttime. The IHOP next door to the hotel was a bonus convenience. THANK YOU, Best Western, for making their visit as comfortable and pleasant as it could be, given the circumstances. I will be happy to book rooms here for visiting family and friends in the future, knowing they will be cared for by kind staff who are good at their jobs and that their rooms will be clean and comfortable!

Best Western Plus was a Minus. Minus elevators, minus front unloading zone, minus coffee in room, minus new towels next day, minus good mattress.

This hotel is currently undergoing major renovations so there is a small amount of noise from 9am onwards each day. The have fully renovated the 4th floor and are just about to finish the 3rd.Book a room on the 4th floor. Avoid the ground and the 2nd floor as all of the rooms are so dark brown and in urgent need of updating hence the renovations. Even the the hotel is next to the I64 traffic noise was much quieter than expected. Breakfast is help your but basic - but not complaining as it is free with your room. Beds on renovated floors are super comfortable and very large. Food good eateries opposite at Zion Crossroads but not much else to do close by. For a clean large room and an excellent night's sleep you cant go wrong here. Would definiteley stay here again

The ac unit in the room was extremely loud. The parking was loaded with both busses and construction vehicles. For the amount i spent it was subpar.

When we woke up after the first night we had ants 🐜 on the table and bathroom. The hot tub had stuff floating init like from the bottom so it looked dirty. The staff was amazing we would stay again

This property has a terrible musty smell that couldn’t be ignored. The desk lady was really sweet when she told us the elevator was broken and we were on the third floor. She moved us to 2 when I said I had health issue. The vending machines were broken on both floors. However, beds were ok and room wasn’t dirty. The bright spot was the gentleman taking care of the breakfast and the coffee was great!

I have stayed here multiple times now because of the proximity to my granddaughter's home. It's convenient and clean. My favorite part this trip was the spa tub beside the swimming pool. The heated spa felt excellent after a long drive

Checking in was easy and fast.Young lady at the desk was nice,friendly Room was clean,Bathroom setup nice.I enjoyed my stay I will return.

Overall, great. Bathroom floor was a little sticky, and the worktable/desk had a wobbly leg.

The room was very clean and smelled nice. We enjoyed the breakfast and 24 hour coffee access. The staff was also very friendly.

The bathtub had a dirty ring around it. I refused to step into it. The ac/heat was very noisy (couldn’t sleep). I had to move to a different room twice during my stay of five days. They were working on the vents on the roof of the top floor, and I was on the top floor. I did not sleep for two nights of the five I stayed. The manager was NOT a very pleasant man.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The lobby, halls and room were very clean. The shower had hot water and a lot of pressure. It was very quiet so you could sleep. There were many choices for breakfast and the kitchen staff was nice and friendly. The only thing they could do to make it better would be better mattresses. The mattress was hard like it might have been a mattress/ spring together. I like soft to firm mattresses. Overall it was an excellent stay.

Had a great night's sleep with comfortable beds and plush pillows. The linens and towels were top notch and we will stay at this hotel again.

The property is outdated and needs some TLC. It's an older property and you can clearly see the wear and tear. It needs to be redecorated and brought up to current trends. The bedding is scratchy and not of good quality. The bathrooms are in dire need of an overhaul and the rest of the property itself needs to be modified. Especially if you are charging $300 a night. Not worth the money.

Very nice hotel in great location and shopping/dining was walkable. Very convenient access to I-64. Hubby thought the bed was too soft, but I was okay with it.

Was disappointed that the heat did not work. We did not realize it until the middle of the night when we woke up freezing . We called the front desk and we were told to unplug it and let it reset. It did not work. Was also unhappy that breakfast doesn’t start until 6:30 unlike most that start at 6. I had to leave for work without breakfast

I asked for a freshen up at 9 am on the second day and returned at 5 pm to find room was not done , not good follow up by front desk staff

Josephine at the front desk during was very informative and so kind to my family. We were in town for a funeral and the compassion the ENTIRE staff showed us that weekend was great. Only thing I would suggest is better breakfast options.

Breakfast was good. Had to re-program door key three times. No housekeeping service 3 of 4 days. Bathroom exhaust fan not working. Slowest elevator we have ever experienced.

The hotel was clean, and the staff members were all very friendly and helpful in answering questions.

Was given the wring room two times. They even gave me the keys to someone else's room. After the third attempt I finally got the room I paid for. Very inconvenient

Ms. Josephine at the front desk on Friday evening was excellent... She explained everything that was offered in the hotel and around the area... We are from the area, so we were familiar, but she still took the time... She was very helpful, and we really enjoyed our stay, even though we were there for a family funeral... We have held family functions here before, so we love the upgrades and will be in contact with you all again in the future... Thank you for having us - The Wells Family...

They double charged me for this room and refuse to refund me for one. Charged me through my debit card that was linked to Expedia and then charged me on my master card. Then they booked a room for me on the wrong night and expected me to p pay for it and won’t refund that either. That are scammers!!!!!!’

Clean, and quiet, pet friendly property. Convenient location. I would recommend this hotel. Only item slightly below 5 stars was the breakfast. It was fairly typical eggs, sausage, cereal, bagels, and pancakes. That part was just ok.

Close to restaurants and shopping

Again, Best Western Zion Crossroads have done a great job making us feel comfortable and welcomed. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was good and the area was very clean. We enjoyed our stay.

I was pleasantly surprised by the total experience. We just needed a one night stay for an event in the area. The breakfast was wonderful and everything was clean and presented beautifully.

@9:15 AM: Good coffee machine, working correctly. One side of toaster not working. No pastries. Pancake machine was unattended, instructions obscured, bag needed replacing, no help offered even though I was clearly trying to figure it out for 10 minutes or so. No plain oatmeal in vessel, quite disappointing, no sweetener-free options. No whole boiled eggs.
