Quality Inn & Suites Pittsburgh Harmarville

J’étais choqué à l’arrivée par le manque de propreté et l’état de délabrement des installations contrairement aux photos postées sur le site de expedia. Les lits semblaient être double au lieu de queen. Le canapé lit était endommagé et ne pouvait être utilisé comme lit. Le chauffage ne marchait pas (on a dû nous changer de chambre après la première nuit). Les toilettes étaient assez usées de sorte que son plafond se décollait. Par ailleurs l’hôtel doit être déparasité car on pouvait apercevoir de temps à autre des petits cafards se promener dans la pièce. Bref ce fut une mauvaise expérience et je ne recommande pas cet hôtel à qui que ce soit!

The bedding and towels were clean as were the toilet and sink. The room itself was very dirty with dirt and grime all over the walls and along the floor boards. The phone was covered in grime. When we plugged in our chargers, they either simply fell out of the wall socket or sparked when put into the plug. Numerous sockets could not be used at all including all of the ones directly by the bed. The lamp near the bed didn't turn on at all. The staff was friendly but odd. It appeared that they live there and multiple of them were hanging out in the lobby when not working. We had some issues with keys suddenly not working. They resolved it but it took some time and the entire issue was due to things the staff had done. The breakfast was not exactly what I would call continental. The "quality" in Quality hotels was simply not there. I would not return to this hotel if at all possible in the future.

We were able to get coffee right after checking into the hotel. This was a plus for my husband. Shortly after checking in, someone attempted to walk into our room. They apologized but it shouldn't have happened. We noticed that the light as you step into the room was not working. The breakfast was very good and fresh. We will probably stay again.
