Nos dijeron que no aceptaban perros de servicio cuando en la reservacion lo decia. Nos cobraron 50.00 por el perro aun mostrandole el carnet de animal de servicio. Nunca hubo agua caliente para bañarnos.

My husband and I both are disabled, I called the property and told them this. The room was decent however it was a tight fit for my mobility aides. The bathroom is ridiculously small and I didn't feel safe in the shower. There are no handrails in the shower. The service was top notch. Parking was a nightmare. No assigned handicapped spot. Dangerous to back out because you can't see past the property or other cars til others are right on top of you. I wouldn't have paid the price I did had I seen it first. We will be back to the island but we won't be staying at Haleys.

Amazing location, very clean. It would be helpful to know that there is not an office on the property and you have to check in at another property. Other than that, we will definitely book again.
