The hotel is still under construction, however it was calm and very welcoming. The rooms are clean and tidy. The hotel doesn’t have any perks for guests but myb bc it’s still under construction. It’s right in the beach so you can take a walk outside and explore by foot. Parking is on you and it’s kinda hard at that area since not many parking spots. So, park somewhere else and uber !

Nice new hotel. Still working out the bugs. Third floor rooms all being repaired so some issue there. We sat in the restaurant for half an hour. It was fully staffed and not full but nobody ever came to take our order so we left. They charge $50 for parking plus $5 tax. Then they charge $50 resort fee with $6 tax. The resort is a small pool that was too full to lay out. Very few unobstructed ocean view rooms. Late checkout is $175 for two hours. Dream Inn is free. We stay at the Dream Inn a lot. Gave this place a shot but doubt we will return.

Nice hotel and good facilities as it’s new. The one issue is the additional charges. $50 a day resort fees and $50 a night parking. Makes it very expensive

Disappointment from check-in in to nearly every interaction staff afterwards. This is NOT a 5 star hotel and is way overpriced. The good: Valets quick & helpful; Housekeeping mostly great & there were plenty of towels/washclothes;easy walking distance to the Dream Inn, wharf, & smaller shops. Walking distance to "downtown" area, anywhere from .7 to 1 mile each way w/Only one hill. The Bad: Not allowed to check in until 4:35, despite 3 male managers walking by us multiple times in the lobby & the same person who we spoke to hours earlier passing by us & telling us when we went to check in "it says we texted you" when we said they didn't she said "well that wasn't me". Managers only attempted to talk to us after check in. Rooms are not sound proofed - you can hear everyone in the hall, slamming doors, construction upstairs/next door, & pool music. Couldn't hear the ocean over the pool music, even when the pool was closed (which was stupid early). Bed is way too soft & faced the sliding door, with a clear view into our nearest neighbors' rooms. The $50 daily resort fee only covers caramel corn, taffy, 4 bottles of water & a bottle of wine. For the whole stay. I asked about new waters & changing wine for beer & was told that would cost extra. They sell day passes and all the chairs will fill up with no room for guests. The top deck was closed the whole time so we couldn't go there. No one told us about using other amenities like beach set up or yoga. TV service spotty.

We had an amazing stay here with our family—my wife, our 4-year-old, and our 6-month-old baby. From the moment we arrived, everything felt top-notch. The property is absolutely immaculate, and every detail is clearly well cared for. What really stood out was the staff. Across the board—valet, bell staff, front desk, housekeeping, pool attendants—everyone was incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Traveling with young kids can be a lot, but they made it feel easy and comfortable. The food at the restaurants was also outstanding. Every meal we had was excellent (though I might personally vote to take the molé sauce off the chicken 😄). There was one slightly odd moment during our stay. While we were enjoying some quiet family time at the pool (we were actually the only guests there), a manager was actively training the pool staff right in front of us—having them role-play conversations with guests. It felt a bit awkward and out of place in that setting. The funny part was, as we were leaving, the staff he was training did a great job saying goodbye—but the manager himself didn’t acknowledge us at all. A little ironic given the training topic. That said, it was a small and somewhat amusing moment in what was otherwise a truly 5-star experience. Overall, we were extremely impressed and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend, especially for families.
