Mooie kamers en er wordt goed schoongemaakt. Zwembad is erg fijn. Het hotel ziet er mooi uit en er is een uitgebreid ontbijt/lunch/dinner buffet. Ik zou hier zeker terug willen komen!

- La habitación muy límpia y cómoda, así cómo toda la zona ajardinada y el interior del hotel esta todo muy bonito, limpio y sobre todo muy cuidado. - Destacar igualmente al personal de recepción, así como de cafetería y comedor, muy atentos y servicial.

The property was very run down. It’s needs to up graded asap. The gym was very tired equipment was not usable and not checked for health and safety. We had to check out early due the state of the property. We witnessed bad incident around the pool. People arguing and nearly fighting. This resulted in the police being called. I would want to be refunded for our stay it nearly ruined our holiday. Shocking place.

Na een paar keer in een heel klein en rusitg veblijf te hebben gezeten, was dit wel weer heel anders. echt zo'n groot en massaal hotel. verder niks mis mee als dat je keuze is, maar ik was blij dat we maar 1 nacht bleven. het zwembad ging al om 20.00 uur dicht terwijl bijna alle bedjes nog bezet waren omdat het zo warm was. we werden gewoon weggestuurd. de kamer was goed, en het ontbijtbuffet was ook lekker met veel vers fruit.

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel. Vétuste, la chambre n'était pas très propre. Un bidet dans la salle de bain. 2 lits séparés et pas possible de changer. La piscine et le coin extérieur était agréable.

The main disappointment was that the pool was closed and only 8 sunbeds available. This had been important for us when booking this hotel and we had had no prior warning. Some of the furniture seemed rather tired. The staff are good and the location very convenient for Gibraltar.

It takes more than a marble reception to make a 4star hotel. Excellent friendly and helpful staff. Initial appearance good. Nice pool area and gardens, but strange rules about not using the pool until 12 noon, though not enforced. Facilities good, but no tea or coffee facility in rooms and some fittings getting tired,(sink plug missing, bathtub worn and cracked, failed bulb in bathroom). Below average breakfast at an above average price. Overall a reasonable stay and would use again due to suitable location for me and I booked at a good price.

La estancia buena. Todo estaba muy limpio, tiene sitio para estacionar, el personal de recepción estupendo, lo único que no tiene nevera en las habitaciones y eso lo hecho en falta para el verano.

O quarto estava cheio de mosquitos, o colchão zero conforto, acordamos cheio de dores no corpo, o banheiro estava um nojo, sem condições de tomar um banho descalço. Pois estava extremamente sujo. Não tinha conforto e nem limpeza. Não volto nunca mais.

This hotel is a decent hotel, but I got it at a good price. If I paid more I would not be so happy. The room was a decent size and it was clean. The walls are extremely thin and it felt like I was in the same room with both of the neighbours you could also hear Everybody in the hallway. Luckily when it got late the noise stopped but somebody got up at 4 am to leave and I heard that too. The hotel needs some updating as is fairly close to a main road. Props to front desk as they had put me in a room that reeked of smoke ( apparently they allow smoking in a lot of their rooms??) when I told them they found me another room right away.

Our room was next to the lift and we could hear it all night apart from one when the lift was broken. Carpets on stairs were disgusting. Food for breakfast was very dry and over cooked. Really gone down hill since our last stay two years ago

La estancia estuvo muy bien,pasamos tres noches super cómodos, la habitación muy grande y el baño genial con espacios separados y muy grande, con ventana a la calle, cosa que valoro mucho. La terraza de la cafetería al lado de la piscina muy agradable y la atención muy buena. Nos gustó mucho, volveremos.

Prima hotel, weinig mis mee. Ziet er ook heel schoon uit..., maar het slapen was niet fijn. Dat had niet zo zeer met de bedden te maken, maar wel het vreselijke geluid. Alsof iemand de hele nacht zijn bad liet vollopen. Uiteindelijk val je welbin slaap, maar was gewoon niet tof.

The suite was ample but although we were 4 and had to wait for the check in time to have the room ready, the second bed was not even done yet. Everything else other than that detail was good, easy location and a lot of green around. Good location if you are visiting Gibraltar

Been to this hotel before in summer and it seems like a completely different hotel lets start off with the room, they seemed very neglected definitely needed a bit of tlc Pool is seasonal, which could be amended instead of may maybe April considering how hot it gets where they are based. This hotel is a decent hotel, but I got it at a good price. If I paid more I would not be so happy. The room was a decent size and it was clean. The walls are extremely thin and it felt like I was in the same room with both of the neighbours you could also hear Everybody in the hallway. Luckily when it got late the noise stopped but somebody got up at 4 am to leave and I heard that too. The hotel needs some updating as is fairly close to a main road. Props to front desk as they had put me in a room that reeked of smoke ( apparently they allow smoking in a lot of their rooms??) when I told them they found me another room right away.

Very poor customer service. Staff were unable to book a taxi for me. Transport links are terrible!!! Do not book unless you have a car. Overall terrible experience, very bad hotel.

The suite was ample but although we were 4 and had to wait for the check in time to have the room ready, the second bed was not even done yet. Everything else other than that detail was good, easy location and a lot of green around. Good location if you are visiting Gibraltar

The main disappointment was that the pool was closed and only 8 sunbeds available. This had been important for us when booking this hotel and we had had no prior warning. Some of the furniture seemed rather tired. The staff are good and the location very convenient for Gibraltar.

Mooie kamers en er wordt goed schoongemaakt. Zwembad is erg fijn. Het hotel ziet er mooi uit en er is een uitgebreid ontbijt/lunch/dinner buffet. Ik zou hier zeker terug willen komen!

Bella struttura, camera silenziosa e pulita. Aria condizionata un po’ rumorosa. Personale gentile alla reception. Il problema che ho preso colazione e cena. Colazione appena sufficiente, cena disastro… l’unica cosa decente è la pizza! Prendete soggiorno ma non cena.

Na een paar keer in een heel klein en rusitg veblijf te hebben gezeten, was dit wel weer heel anders. echt zo'n groot en massaal hotel. verder niks mis mee als dat je keuze is, maar ik was blij dat we maar 1 nacht bleven. het zwembad ging al om 20.00 uur dicht terwijl bijna alle bedjes nog bezet waren omdat het zo warm was. we werden gewoon weggestuurd. de kamer was goed, en het ontbijtbuffet was ook lekker met veel vers fruit.

It takes more than a marble reception to make a 4star hotel. Excellent friendly and helpful staff. Initial appearance good. Nice pool area and gardens, but strange rules about not using the pool until 12 noon, though not enforced. Facilities good, but no tea or coffee facility in rooms and some fittings getting tired,(sink plug missing, bathtub worn and cracked, failed bulb in bathroom). Below average breakfast at an above average price. Overall a reasonable stay and would use again due to suitable location for me and I booked at a good price.

Our room was next to the lift and we could hear it all night apart from one when the lift was broken. Carpets on stairs were disgusting. Food for breakfast was very dry and over cooked. Really gone down hill since our last stay two years ago

O quarto estava cheio de mosquitos, o colchão zero conforto, acordamos cheio de dores no corpo, o banheiro estava um nojo, sem condições de tomar um banho descalço. Pois estava extremamente sujo. Não tinha conforto e nem limpeza. Não volto nunca mais.
