They thoughtfully arranged for extra grab rails in the bathroom, which made a huge difference and showed genuine care and attention to accessibility. It gave us great peace of mind throughout our stay. The staff were exceptionally polite, respectful, and always ready to assist with a smile. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The hotel itself is very clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment. The food deserves special mention — the restaurant serves absolutely amazing meals, and the breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day. We truly appreciated the kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail shown by everyone at the hotel. The whole experience was my first time at this hotel and it was wondeful; very, very good. The Manager (Manoj Kumar) runs the place well and his general exemplary conduct and attitude seems to run through all his staff. On my first day, I turned up much earlier than my designated check-in time but Manoj was very welcoming and even offered to let me relax in the restaurant and recover from my long journey getting there. Not only that, he then ensured that the room was ready much before scheduled time. He extended the same courtesy when I was due to check-out. IN short, the professional and polite conduct stood out clearly. The place was clean, the staff were very polite, smartly dressed and courteous. There was no problem with the rooms; and the location is thankfully in a peaceful spot. I will definitely be going back to this hotel as my first preference whenever I am in Panjab again.

Everything.. the best costumer service, rooms were very very clean including bathrooms, comfortable beds, rooms are very quiet and comfy. Food is great in the restaurant and the staff . We stayed for 7 days.
