Hotel Lindenhof by Crossworld AG

There is lock of "NO smoking policy" I had a family room with a hot top on the balcony, others travelers can smoke on balcony without any consequences per hotel's staff. There is only "No smoking" inside the room but not anywhere outside. I would not recommend to any traveling with family.

Good Beautiful location. Our room had sweeping unobstructed views of Lake Brienz. Very friendly staff, especially Anubhav who went out of his way to assist us with our every need and request. Nice large rooms with decks and a hot tub. Comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast buffet included in cost of the room. Conveniently located within walking distance to the train station. Note that the hotel is located up the hillside so older people or those with mobility issues need to contact the hotel ahead of time for assistance. On-site restaurant had a great dinner menu. Bad Brienz is a small village with little to nothing to do in the evenings.

Hotel was beautiful and traditional, amazing views. Staff were very helpful and polite, extra touches were amazing. Food was excellent. Walk down to the lake was 6mins walk but a steep walk back. There is a short route up some steps.
