Gut zu wissen das das Zimmer nicht jeden Tag gereinigt wird. Wir bekamen ein Zimmer das sehr stark nach nassem Hund stinkte. Wir konnten dann das Zimmer nochmals wechseln. Um ins Wifi zu kommen ist aufwendig, man muss Neben Zimmernummer und Name alle persönlichen Daten nochmals angeben, Adresse, Telefonnummer email… usw, usw. Alles andere als kundenfreundlich. Das Shampoo in der Dusche war leer, und wir baten am nächsten morgen darum es bitte aufzufüllen. Leider klappte das bis am Schluss unseres Aufenthalt nicht. Am Frühstücks Buffet war um 09.00h sehr viel aufgegessen und leer. Kein Brot, keine Milch, kein Wasser usw. wir mussten für jedes einzelne extra bitten. Das das Zimmer nur jeden 2. Tag gereinigt wird, war uns nicht bewusst, ist aber so. Für diesen Preis pro Nacht war unser Aufenthalt ingesamt enttäuschend. Wir hätten gerne nich ein par Nächte verlängert, Aber so fiel uns die Entscheidung leicht, ein anderes Hotel zu suchen.

The hotel was FANTASTIC! Special thanks to the desk helping us out of a pickle...specifically when we showed up, we had 4 rooms reserved, when we only needed two...one for us and one for a traveling companion). They helped us get in touch with your staff to resolve the issue (and they were also extremely helpful in cancelling the two other reservations on your end). KUDOs to both your Hotels.com staff and the on-site people for helping us out of what would have been a pretty bad/costly situation...if everyone had taken the opposite "rules are rules" closemindedness; instead being more flexible and customer-focused.

I stayed with my husband and children during perk tourist season. The room was very clean and extremely roomy and comfortable. It was nicely air-conditioned, and breakfast was readily available in the morning. Housekeeping was out and about keeping rooms clean, and the staff was very friendly. The only bothersome thing about my stay was that there was a sketchy black duffel bag and it looked like someone dumped it in the corner of the parking lot. I told the concierge about it who said he would look into it, but it was still there the next day. It didn’t change how safe I felt within the hotel because there wasn’t anything else unusual. I do feel bad making the single complaint about the parking area because I think the staff were very short from the conversations had. Even with them being very short, we had a wonderful stay, and the hotel was clean and the staff were very welcoming and friendly.
