Liked the location. The bedding, towels and Apartment was clean to good standard. Staff were helpful and friendly. The entertainment which we went to on one night was good. There was no karting or mini golf available which was disappointing. Lots of mosquito bites even with using lots of sprays etc!!

Vi fick en fin studio med fantastisk utsikt. Det var stort och luftigt med en stor balkong. Sängen var skön men filtarna smutsiga. Det fanns 13 pooler att välja mellan vissa med aktiviteter, andra lugna och några en dröm för barnfamiljer. Läget är toppenbra. Det enda som inte var bra var att städningen som skulle vara måndag, onsdag fredag men bara blev på söndagen, )trotts att bi satte upp skylt att vi ville ha städning) sen blev vi erbjudna städning och handdukar dagen efter. Dock fick vi nya handdukar och toapapper när vi gick till receptionen och bad om det. Av oss tre vill 2 bo på hotellet igen den 3:e vill bo någon annanstans.

The place looked a bit run down. Lots of repairs needed everywhere. Elevator in our building was not working. Huge pot holes in the roads. The list goes on … Staff however was very nice and professional.

Séjour d'une semaine agréable en famille. Le complexe est très grand et surtout adapté aux familles avec enfants en bas âge. La réception et le personnel en général est très souriant et accueillant. Il y a beaucoup d'animations mais pas dans toutes les piscines. Nous avons eu la chance de séjourner dans l'appartement Leda 2 qui est proche de l'entrée, du buffet et des activités. Il y a aussi des jeux d'arcade, une mini fête foraine, tout peut être fait sur place. La plage est accessible à pied (15-20 min) et elle est splendide. Les transats par 2 coûte 18 € la journée, il y a aussi beaucoup dactivité nautique disponible. Beaucoup de commerces vous ne manquerez de rien (SPAR, magasin de souvenirs, accessoires de plage, restaurants, fast food...au niveau des piscines de l'hôtel elles sont toutes accessible et dispose d'un snack qui vous permet de vous restaurer ( cocktail, jus de fruit, boissons chaudes, granités, burger, hot dog frites glaces ....) il y a aussi assez de transat disponible dans la journée sûrement car nous sommes venus en octobre. Le buffet proposait du choix pour tous il n'y avait pas de rupture, ils proposaient de viandes différentes et quelques nouveautés, il y a du choix pour tous et la qualité est correcte comme dans tous les buffet tout compris. Ce que l'hôtel peut améliorer serait la propreté dans les appartements, il y a besoin d'un coup de rénovation mais c'est correcte ce n'est pas non plus sale. Le ménage doit être fait tous les jours et en détail

Fab 4 kids under 13, splash pools water slides for toddlers upwards, several pools. Stayed end of April. Breakfast is good, lunch we had from pool bar, burger, salad and chips most days or ate out, dinner I found OK, children can struggle to find more than chips and rice to eat. I drink lager, amstrel is served on all Inc, which is alright, kids have selection of pop, slush, juice and ice cream is served alot at bars round pool. Entertainment is good some nights, thought bands were decent, plus several play areas for children. There's an expensive fair mediocre rides. For the price I can't fault it... Although it was quiet whilst there.

Complexe hôtelier énorme, piscines et diverses activités idéales pour les enfants dommage que la restauration soit éloignée des hôtels chambres et très bruyante vu le nombre de personnes. Idéal en famille pour le service 1/2 pension ou pension complète. Pas assez informé dans la location sur l’accès à toutes les boissons du restaurant, de fait nous n’avions le droit qu’à de l’eau du robinet.

Really crowded hotel. All inclusive is a nightmare. Had to go out to eat on several occasions because there was actually no place to sit and the queues are horrible. Simply too big. Our room was ok. Think it depends a lot on what building you are put in. We had a deluxe room. Impossible to get a sunbed. It all just comes back to the fact that it is too big.

Super séjour à Majorque dans l’hôtel Belle vue Club. Hôtel très complet ; de nombreuses piscines avec et sans toboggan, plusieurs resto, tennis, sport, supermarché à proximité… Le resto pour les demi pension est très bien. Beaucoup de choix matin et soir. Seul point négatif ; il y’avait un problème avec l’ascenseur et nous étions au 4eme étage, avec deux enfants !

Strømmen gikk flere ganger under oppholdet, aircondition fungerte bare halvparten av tiden. Flott område med mange forskjellige basseng og mange aktiviteter, spesielt for barnefamilier.

The first room we got was dirty and unhygienic. There were a lot of stains on the floor. Then we paid an additional 280€ for an upgrade which was better but still not worth it. WHO ever is booking here should be aware you are really getting what you are paying for. The breakfast was really bad and very crowded.

The apartment itself was really nicely decorated, but not very clean (especially the bathroom- there was chewing gum in the shower and there were bugs). The shower itself was not good. The facilities themselves were run down and the lifts sometimes didn’t work (having to take 8 floors by stairs). The personnel was unfriendly and not very kind. Plus, we were forced to pay Wi Fi (imagine paying for Wi Fi in 2023…) and it didn’t even work and we had to request a reimbursement. A pity

The food was the worst food ever, ended up having to go out for breakfast every day and paying even though we paid for all inclusive, thankfuly we had the mexican and italian for a night each which saved us money but the other days we had to pay to eat out, the pools was really dirty

Horrible cleaning. The first room we got smelled of damp and mold, had lots of flies and dirty sheets. When we requested a new room the reception suggested they just send cleaning service again. When we finally received our new room the floors were full of dust and sand. We tried calling the reception with no answer so we went back to there to ask for cleaning service but after three visits they told us they don’t use vacuum cleaners only brooms to clean resulting in us walking around in other peoples filth. Really nasty. Knowing the rooms aren’t cleaned daily I had low expectations but receiving a dirty room upon arrival and for no one to be helpful about it is just terrible service. The hotel is in a poor condition and in need of an update. Also green laser is being sold on hotel properties and used frequently to point at balconies and people. Spend some extra money and choose a better hotel. It will be worth it. We are not returning.

Das Zimmer war dreckig bei der Ankunft, nach unserer Beschwerde wurde nichts gemacht. In 7 Tagen wurde das Zimmer nur 1 mal oberflächlich gereinigt und nur die Hälfte gemacht wie zum Beispiel die Betten die andere Hälfte stehen gelassen. Und bei 1 mal reinigen wurden uns Kopfhörer vom Bett geklaut. Klo Papier war nicht ausreichend und wir hatten nur eine kleine Handseife für die ganze Woche, sonst wurde nie was dagelassen im Zimmer. Nach einer nicht Einigung mit dem Telefonanbieter auch kein Zimmertelefon, wir mussten jedesmal an eine andere Gebäude gehen wo sich die Rezeption befindet u d Personal unfreundlich bis zum geht nicht mehr. Keine Entschuldigung und beim auschecken nicht mal eine Verabschiedung oder sonst was… beim Restaurant wo sich auch in einer anderen Gebäude befindet immer Schlange und auch dreckig. Unser Zimmer hat gestunken das es nicht gereinigt war und wir haben nur 1 mal in 7tagen saubere Handtücher bekommen.

Loved it for its convenience to everything. Safe area despite being accessible to anyone. So many things to do around the hotel. Low rating based on cleanliness and customer service. Checked in the room and the floor was sandy like it hadn’t been swept. The toilet had a sticker showing it wasn’t used after the last guests. Lifted the seat to find pee still on and under the seat. Called front desk several times for 2 days, no response. Decided to walk in since it’s a short walk. Reported the wifi being slow and the lady helping just shrugged it off. Wifi didn’t really bother us. Our main complaint was the shower automatically goes from cold to steaming hot. Went to report it since it burnt me and my 3 year old as well. They said someone would come down, but it stayed the same for the entire 7 days we were there. We had to fill up our toddler’s beach buckets (2) with water to prevent her getting burnt again.

Vi havde booket 3 værelser hvor der på 2 skulle bo 2 voksne og på 1 værelse skulle der bo 2 voksne og 1 barn ( 17 år) men vi fik 3 dobbeltværelse også var der en sofa som teenageren skulle sove på en sofa. Lige ledes var der hår rester i håndklæderne og på badeværelset et meget slidt hotel og meget urent hotel.

Rummet var så gammal

Väldigt lyhört i rummen från korridoren. Ganska stökigt med pappmuggar på området men ett helt ok om man vill ha ngt billigt.

Un excellent séjour avec un personnel très sympathique et attentionné ! Le lieu est secure et facile pour se garer. Accès aux besoins de famille facilité. Espaces aquatiques très agréables. Seul bémol la wifi qui ne marche pas bien du tout et c’est bien dommage sinon ça serait parfait !

Apartment was very used. Many things needs repair. El water heater. Fritch. Toilet. ..... Many things need updates / repair

Ficamos 3 dias, assim que chegamos percebemos que o quarto só estava preparado para 2 pessoas, precisamos nos dirigir até a recepção, é longe, para que pudéssemos solicitar, elevador minúsculo, ou vai vc ou sua mala, depois percebemos que o fogão não funcionava, precisamos novamente ir a recepção para mandarem alguém arrumar. Deve ter sido, em algum momento, um lugar bacana, mas atualmente, precisa de remodelação, a localização é boa, muitos restaurantes e lojas de souvenir, praia próxima ao hotel bem familiar. Muitos grupos de jovens, barulhentos. Ponto alto, quartos amplos, sacada, varal, camas confortáveis.

A pleasant location by lake, 10 mins from sea. Leda 2 room needs a good clean. Room safe didn't work, patio door didn't lock. Areas of the site are in need of some upkeep. Many broken sunbeds by the pools. Sellers always walking around with glasses& watches. But overall we enjoyed our stay.

Tja, was soll ich sagen, da hab ich mich wohl gehörig vertan bei der Auswahl, obwohl wir tagsüber immer unterwegs waren: Zimmer in direkter Nähe zur Abendunterhaltung, also laut bis 23.30. Gebuchtes Zimmer für 3 Personen war nur für 2 Personen vorbereitet (Bett, Handtücher). Es fehlte der 3 Stuhl. Telefon funktionierte nicht. Regendusche funktionierte nicht. Anderes Zimmer nicht möglich, da ausgebucht. Frühstück grauenhaft, Abendessen war eher nur Nahrungsaufnahme. Man durfte nur Wasser aus schmutzigen Gläsern trinken oder beim unfreundlichen Aufpasserkellner gegen Kartenzahlung anderes bestellen. Überall liefen übergewichtige Urlauber rum, die von Mahlzeit zu Mahlzeit wankten und sich die Teller voll stapelten. Eigentlich waren die anderen Gäste das Schlimmste an der Anlage. Selten so eine Ansammlung an Egoismus, Dummheit und Respektlosigkeit gesehen.

Poco personal, estuvimos más de 1 hora en recepción para hacer el check on y lo mismo para el buffet, vamos, una vergüenza, no tuvieron previsión de la cantidad de clientes.

We have just come back from a 7 night holiday at the bellevue. After reading all the reviews we where worried. But from our experience we enjoyed it massively. We stayed in fedra1. Our room was clean and comfortable and the aircon was a god send. We only used 2 of their pools and both where great. My kids loved them. We was all inclusive and to be truthful we didn't use it all that much. Food wasn't too our taste. There was plenty of food tho. We enjoyed breakfast. Many restaurants just outside the main entrance. The staff where all friendly. Sellers where too. My purse got lost but was handed into the hotel. With all money inside. Its a huge site, with many buildings. So sun beds do get full but we never had to wait too long to get one. Dont book if you want 5 stars but for a family we enjoyed it and will be back. Spain has a tourism tax which you pay when you arrive. Very minimal but we didn't realise.

Et rigtig fint hotel, stort men de formår alligevel at holde standarden overall. Langt til måltiderne, hvis du bor i den bagerste del, det lidt en udfordring. Receptionerne har lidt udfordringer med forståelsen i det engelske. Vi måtte skifte værelse og det trækker desværre ned at de ikke formåede at løfte den opgave særlig godt.

Nous aurions dû tenir compte des avis négatifs qui reflètent exactement la réalité. Établissement beaucoup trop grand et pas assez de personnel pour entretenir tant les chambres que l extérieur. Endroit extrêmement bruyant, population très irrespectueuse des locaux et des autres voyageurs.. on a dû évacuer l hôtel à 2h du matin en pyjama à cause de l alarme incendie déclenchée par des personnes qui fumaient dans leur chambre , parents sortis avec leurs enfants sur la pelouse avec des couvertures.. Le petit déjeuner a du choix mais pas de qualité et le restaurant très mal agencé. 20 mn à faire la queue pour une tranche de pain grillé. Bref .. nous ne sommes pourtant pas des gens compliqués mais là, c est de loin le pire hôtel que l on ait visité. Nous devonseimlons fortement cet endroit ...

Schreckliches Hotel. Es gibt keinen Service! Ich habe eine Woche im Hotel gewohnt und in dieser Zeit wurde nur zweimal geputzt Bei der Auswahl eines Hotels war es für mich wichtig, welche Sprache die Verwaltung spricht. Als Sprache wurde Deutsch angegeben, tatsächlich sprach aber niemand Deutsch Der Poolbereich ist widerlich dreckig! Das Essen ist das gleiche. Ich empfehle es nicht! Es ist einfach ein Albtraum

Hôtel bien situé avec piscine et proximites

We enjoyed the stay, apartment was clean and tidy and well presented having everything that was needed for a comfortable stay. Facilities were great and staff really helpful and friendly. 10 min walk to the closest beach being the time of year the area was quite quiet which we had planned for, plenty to do in the local area and further afield. Would highly recommend and would happily return. We could imagine it would be very busy in the summer months though!

The apartment was conveniently located, right in the middle of the mayority of tourist places. Minimarket right down the building and a lot of restaurants and bars to pick from. Profesional staff and well property very well mantained

Nearly fine for family budget holiday however as 3 girls in their twenties it’s very unsafe, the complex is very public and some locals in a car followed us one nice intimidating and revving their car to scare us, get a reaction, I felt as though I didn’t want to the room after that incident. There was another incident of some man on a scooter intimidating us, nearly drove into us to get a reaction, we went on the road to avoid him. The pool areas noisy and unkempt, can’t get a bed around the pool after 9am would not recommend. Check in staff very friendly and happy room was clean however towels and linen not the best, stains and dirty to the touch. 2/10

Pas du tout bruyant, bonne literie. Ce club est un petit village avec toutes ces piscines, seul bémol selon nous: les moustiques, car le club se niche près d'un lac. Équipez-vous!

Insgesamt fanden wir die Anlage okay bis auf das Zimmer. Da war der Kühlschrank, wo wir am ersten Tag angekommen sind offen und das Wasser lief aus und verteilte sich in der Küche bis zum Wohnzimmer, und die haben nichts dagegen gemacht wir mussten selber mit den Handtücher, die wir da hatten das Wasser wieder weg machen, die Putzfrau war nur einmal da in den zehn Tagen die wir da waren. Dementsprechend sah es danach aus. Handtücher haben wir auch nicht bekommen. Erst nach Nachfrage haben wir welche unten an der Rezeption bekommen. Zum Frühstück gibt’s immer das gleiche die Brötchen werden alle drei Tage glaube ich immer neu gemacht danach sind die hart und man kann die nicht mehr essen. Den Pool haben die um 18:00 Uhr geschlossen und trotzdem haben da Kinder noch weiterhin geschwommen bis ca. 0:00 Uhr 1:00 Uhr morgens

Hotellet särskilt matsalen var överbefolkade, maten var inte heller bra. Ingen variation baserad på matkulturen i Spanien.

Entertainment is good some nights, thought bands were decent, plus several play areas for children. There's an expensive fair mediocre rides. For the price I can't fault it... Although it was quiet whilst there.

What I didn’t like about this property was that the buffet was all same every single day the food was absolutely awful quality was not there at the point that my husband got a food poisoning. We had to go spend more money outside on the restaurants to eat properly. I don’t think that was cheap staying so I cannot understand how can they feed everyone the same food all over the over it’s definitely not worth . We never staying in a place like this we had very good expectations for this resort but was just terrible, I mean it is a great place for parents who have little kids but for parents who have teenagers this place is absolutely awful there is not much activity for them there is everything for the little ones. The Discotec I could not understand why every single night was directed to the little ones there was only one night that me my husband and my 17 year old daughter could enjoy a little bit of it . In my opinion there is a lot to improve in the resort the resort is not bad at all but all the things that I mentioned above has to be considered and I hope they can do better. We are definitely not going to coming back ever again. I do not recommend this place at all.

Complexe hôtelier énorme, piscines et diverses activités idéales pour les enfants dommage que la restauration soit éloignée des hôtels chambres et très bruyante vu le nombre de personnes. Idéal en famille pour le service 1/2 pension ou pension complète. Pas assez informé dans la location sur l’accès à toutes les boissons du restaurant, de fait nous n’avions le droit qu’à de l’eau du robinet.

Super séjour à Majorque dans l’hôtel Belle vue Club. Hôtel très complet ; de nombreuses piscines avec et sans toboggan, plusieurs resto, tennis, sport, supermarché à proximité… Le resto pour les demi pension est très bien. Beaucoup de choix matin et soir. Seul point négatif ; il y’avait un problème avec l’ascenseur et nous étions au 4eme étage, avec deux enfants !

Tja, was soll ich sagen, da hab ich mich wohl gehörig vertan bei der Auswahl, obwohl wir tagsüber immer unterwegs waren: Zimmer in direkter Nähe zur Abendunterhaltung, also laut bis 23.30. Gebuchtes Zimmer für 3 Personen war nur für 2 Personen vorbereitet (Bett, Handtücher). Es fehlte der 3 Stuhl. Telefon funktionierte nicht. Regendusche funktionierte nicht. Anderes Zimmer nicht möglich, da ausgebucht. Frühstück grauenhaft, Abendessen war eher nur Nahrungsaufnahme. Man durfte nur Wasser aus schmutzigen Gläsern trinken oder beim unfreundlichen Aufpasserkellner gegen Kartenzahlung anderes bestellen. Überall liefen übergewichtige Urlauber rum, die von Mahlzeit zu Mahlzeit wankten und sich die Teller voll stapelten. Eigentlich waren die anderen Gäste das Schlimmste an der Anlage. Selten so eine Ansammlung an Egoismus, Dummheit und Respektlosigkeit gesehen.

The hotel, the rooms, the pools were nice und clean. The food was horrible. With halfboard you just got water to drink for dinner. You weren‘t even able to buy somerthing else for drink.

Très beau séjour dans cette hôtel ! De nombreuses piscines de quoi ravir les petits comme les grands. Grand buffet avec plein de choix !!

Hotel was all in all good, cleaners didnt come as often as we would of preferred and the all inclusive was by far the best we have experienced, but the italian restaurant made up for it Would of liked more variety with the food but all in all worth the price
