Excellent property. Directly in front of the beach and two pool areas. I didn't like that we had to pay 15 euro each day for the pool beds. I feel if we are buying drinks and paying for accommodation the guests shouldn't have to pay for pool beds

Does the job if you are predominantly using it to sleep. She’s not pretty, and is very old but is right by the beach and has multiple pools to chill out at during the day. We were appreciative of the kitchen in the rooms although the utensils weren’t the best. Happy enough for what we needed it for

If you’re only planning on sleeping here it’s fine! Pool parties are fun and it’s on the beach. They charge a resort fee but don’t provide any beach towels, so you have to use the same towel to shower as you do for the beach and pool. You also have to pay for pool chairs if you want to sit there. We had to call maintenance twice because of a toilet leak and a broken cabinet, but they never came. Again, fine to stay for a night or two, but wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for anything luxurious. It was in an AMAZING location though

You have to pay to use the sun loungers at the pool. Staff are so rude. Absolute nightmare trying to get our cases out the room to leave for airport, despite us paying 5 euros each to keep them there! Such a shame as it’s a good location and a good place to rest your head, but the staff were so rude.

Un bruit assourdissant resonait dans la chambre. Impossible de fermer l’oeil. Personne n’a voulu nous écouter à la reception. Aucune comprehension et tres antipathiques. Il ya quand meme eu un technicien qui est venu en fin d’apres-midi mais on entendait le bruit que le soir et le matin. Restriction d’eau chaude pour la douche : 2 mn et ensuite de l’eau froide. On nous a amené des serviettes propres mais une fois depliées, elles étaient couvertes de boulettes de cheveux.

Hotel is ok… it’s in the club part of the island so keep that into consideration. Cleanliness is not a thing, the cleaning service don’t make beds, I had to ask for dish soap to wash dishes, and you’re lucky if you get a pillow.

Jet Ibiza was wonderful! Our apartment was cleaned daily, we had a lovely beachview, all amenities were close by, and it was an easy walk to all of the major clubs. We stayed here in late May, when it was a bit quieter, so June-August might be different as it would be busier. Loved it here!

Rooms need an update. The room we stayed was so extremely laud impossible to sleep unless you pass out from alcohol or something. Beds were horrible. Not comfortable at all. Bed sheets were bad. Tried to have a coffee at restaurant took over 30 minutes for server to bring it and gave an attitude with it. Instead of bringing coffee she choose to have conversation with co-workers and set up few more table before working on coffee. Only good thing about the place is being close to the night club and bars.

Property is central to dining, shopping, nightlife and beach. Staff was friendly & knowledgeable. Only two things that I believe can improve. 1 although luggage storage is available. The same person at the front desk had to attend the reception guest and luggage service . We had to wait until reception area was clear to have luggage stored. I believe additional personal would improve this service. 2 the pool chairs and umbrellas should not be an additional cost. That was an extra expense that as guest of the hotel should not have been charged. The stay was not cheap to begin with and to have to incur additional expenses that was not budgeted. Other than those services. The stay was phenomenal.

Me ha parecido uno de los mejores apartamentos en los que he estado en muchísimo tiempo. Grande, con 2 baños, un comedor más o menos grande, terraza, aire acondicionado (fría y caliente), televisión, cocina equipada, todo de 10. Los aviones pasan muy cerca y se oyen bastante, pero no es más molestia que eso, ya que no es molesto. El personal de recepción muy atento y muy agradable. Nos ayudaron en todo lo que necesitamos, siempre con una sonrisa. Situación muy buena también, ya que está Justo delante de la playa. Tiene 2 piscinas, un supermercado y un restaurante a cada lado (hay más restaurantes y sitios donde tomar alguna copa).

We had food by the pool area which was very decent to be fair. lively pool area. its a loud apartment block but we knew that before we went and was happy with it. right on the beach. loved it. prob book again next year.
