Hotel location superb - beach front. Breakfast - big choice - good food. Decor and vibe good. Things not so good: paying for sunbeds daily is rubbish for an already expensive hotel, paying for parking, fridges in bedrooms not cold, air con very weak, rooms not tidied brilliantly (glasses not being washed) and shampoos not being topped up. So all in all - quite expensive for what it is - would give it a 3 out of 5.

Nicely located next to Cala Pinet. Awesome breakfast, spectacular rooftop and adequate lounges around the pool. DJ music all day. Rooms were spacious and scent/fragrance free! Most of all, staff were very helpful and attentive!!! We’ll stay there again!

From check in through to departure the hotel was delightful. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The breakfast was fantastic and the rooftop bar the best around. We will definitely go back.

The hotel is beautiful. Friendly staff at the reception. Clean rooms and I loved the balcony view. However, the service at the roof top bar was not very efficient. Some members of staff were rude. They would not acknowledge the customers presence. The lifts were slow and one seemed faulty.

The beach views are immaculate, the DJ vibes, food, drinks and the amazing buffet breakfast was top notch. Would stay here again and recommend.

Was amazing from the check in to check out the buffet was amazing and pool area was very nice 3 things I believe need work on are the rooms personally there’s not much space to hang clothes and hardly any room for suitcase very basic The air conditioning in rooms hardly work as well as the fridge People that aren’t staying at the hotel kept coming in using sun beds meaning we couldn’t get any and also sun beds having towels on and not being used for more then 2 hours

Very clean and located at the open bay where you could enjoy the legendary sunset. Walkable to restaurant and other souvenir stores. Breakfast buffet has so much food selection and it's one of the best breakfast buffet we had. Dining room is super specious and boast a magnificent view of the Mediterranean Sea. House keeping is very quick and attentive to request. I would give this place a 9.8.

The hotel was absolutely amazing. The staff at check in were so helpful and friendly and the domestics/cleaners were fabulous. Fresh towels, cleaned room and made bed every morning. The poor bar and pool was lovely and the prices of food and drink were affordable for ibiza prices!

loved the balcony with view, LOVED the breakfast buffet and ability to eat it outside on the restaurant patio, loved the rooftop pool, wish i got to use it more than the one time before we left, and loved our room and yoga mats, bathrobes and slippers were all a nice touch. one thing i would change is cheaper parking on premise.

A modern, clean hotel, but not a great deal close by, which was a bit of a pain in the evenings with kids as the hotel itself only had a tuk tuk street food option which meant a taxi out to the bay every evening. Rooms were a bit of a tight squeeze, and the air con wasn’t of the greatest strength. A large choice of breakfast buffet but unfortunately not the greatest quality of produce.

Nice hotel in a good location, close to everything but also far enough away to not be disturbed Melia quality of breakfast is there in abundance - always fantastic Rooms are nicely presented, although my twin beds weren’t locked together so the make-shift double wasn’t really a double (expect better from Melia) The hotel in general is in good condition although the lifts need some attention Lovely staff and fantastic rooftop pool though, so for a few days I would definitely recommend

Was amazing from the check in to check out the buffet was amazing and pool area was very nice 3 things I believe need work on are the rooms personally there’s not much space to hang clothes and hardly any room for suitcase very basic The air conditioning in rooms hardly work as well as the fridge People that aren’t staying at the hotel kept coming in using sun beds meaning we couldn’t get any and also sun beds having towels on and not being used for more then 2 hours

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel looks great inside which has a rooftop bar and pool with amazing views looking over Ibiza. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. My flight was cancelled last minute and they helped me find a room when none were available to book online. Thanks

Stayed for 11 nights, 6 with my kids and their friends and 5 nights with my brother. Everything was fantastic. Welcomed by the glamorous manager Cristina upon arrival and always checked in with us throughout our stay. Carla was outstanding in guest services and nothing was too much trouble for her. Marina on reception and another male colleague were always very helpful. All the Chickeria restaurant and Rooftop 9 waitresses were very efficient and always service with a smile. The food was great and the setting and facilities (room included) were excellent. All in all it was a fantastic holiday and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay. We can’t recommend it enough and we will be back again.

I liked the property, it’s very trendy and furnishings and style are excellent. I think there lacking in guest personalisation and customer service. Everyone seems very busy and preoccupied. They were aware of my son’s 21 birthday and no acknowledgement was made! Also the roof top pool was closed for one day whilst I was there and that was the main reason for booking it.

Nice hotel in a good location, close to everything but also far enough away to not be disturbed Melia quality of breakfast is there in abundance - always fantastic Rooms are nicely presented, although my twin beds weren’t locked together so the make-shift double wasn’t really a double (expect better from Melia) The hotel in general is in good condition although the lifts need some attention Lovely staff and fantastic rooftop pool though, so for a few days I would definitely recommend

The hotel was absolutely amazing. The staff at check in were so helpful and friendly and the domestics/cleaners were fabulous. Fresh towels, cleaned room and made bed every morning. The poor bar and pool was lovely and the prices of food and drink were affordable for ibiza prices!

Amazing stay! The rooftop pool was awesome. We were a bit disappointed with the downstairs pool as it could be spiced up a little to make it more welcoming and appealing. Nonetheless, we were happy to stay in the rooftop. Hotel vibes are very good, taxi situation disappointing but not the hotels fault. Overall, a great stay!

Nicely located next to Cala Pinet. Awesome breakfast, spectacular rooftop and adequate lounges around the pool. DJ music all day. Rooms were spacious and scent/fragrance free! Most of all, staff were very helpful and attentive!!! We’ll stay there again!

A modern, clean hotel, but not a great deal close by, which was a bit of a pain in the evenings with kids as the hotel itself only had a tuk tuk street food option which meant a taxi out to the bay every evening. Very clean and located at the open bay where you could enjoy the legendary sunset. Walkable to restaurant and other souvenir stores. Breakfast buffet has so much food selection and it's one of the best breakfast buffet we had. Dining room is super specious and boast a magnificent view of the Mediterranean Sea. House keeping is very quick and attentive to request. I would give this place a 9.8.

Great place and convenient, rooms are very comfortable with great space. Staff is very nice and respectful. Breakfast buffet is delicious. Loved the easy access to the beach. There are a lot of dinning options near the hotel and is easy to get to any place in the island.

nunca passei tanto calor num hotel, ar condicionado não funciona de acordo, reclamei por duas noites até q me trocaram de quarto por outro um pouco melhor. Daí me deram um ventilador. Great hotel ideally located for party night and quiet days - the rooftop pool was a “vibe” and nice that you could drinks to your lounger, the later opening of 11am also meant that you didn’t feel the need to rush breakfast to secure a sun lounger! Bedrooms were well appointed, air con could have been better. Food was good - nothing to write home about though!
