Park Hall Manor

Me and my partner stayed for 1 night. it was such a relaxing stay. Nice to have a walk around the beautiful grounds. The breakfast was amazing. And the people who ran the manor was so helpful and polite. We will be staying again.

This was a lovely property and a fantastic location to reach all the hikes locally. The breakfast was incredible and service was great. This property is well worth a visit. Local restaurants were also very good. My advice though is if you are staying during the warm weather to be prepared. There was only a small fan in the room and it was so hot it’s was unbearable. I appreciate it is an old property and doesn’t have air conditioning but I felt we should have been told that it was that hot in the room before we arrived, as we both felt quite ill and had very little sleep and to be honest with the hotter summers we are now having there should have been more preparation for this. I would suggest bigger fans or an air conditioning unit for the room. The small fridge in the room was also so hot and had broken down all the milk went off. We did nearly check out due to the heat so be aware of this. Apart from that it’s a fantastic property and great location. I would return but not if it was a very hot unless something changes.

A fantastic small boutique hotel beautifully furnished and excellent host. Local pub very friendly and great location for many of the main walks in the Peak District.

The most beautiful place to stay. Rooms are beautiful furnished with lovely little touches. Breakfast is fabulous.

Highly recommended, friendly staff, lovely room and the hotel was full of character, breakfast was excellent, would definitely stay again
