Ciudad de Castelldefels

I had booked this for 3 nights but couldn't get out fast enough, went straight out to get booked into another hotel. The whole place needs a serious overhaul, everything was dirty and dilapidated. The pictures and reviews are seriously misrepresented

Great hotel and will visit again in the future

Great location for a beach stay. Less than 5 minutes to the beach with plenty of restaurants around. Small supermarket just 10 minutes away. Rooms were spacious and clean.

we got the family room for 6 days - it’s decent, but it’s either too warm or too cold. the ventilation system needs to be cleaned, if we did not have room cleaned everyday (which we hadn’t) we would walk into big balls of dust under the bed/tables. the bathroom is big but the window doesn’t close all the way through making it a great passage way for mosquitoes. also, impossible to shower without flooding the whole bathroom since the small glass door do nothing to keep the water from the shower inside the bathtub. breakfast was awful, sorry. poor choice of food, expensive for having too little choices. 2 types of fruit only, bacon was almost raw inside it. small cakes that taste like store bought ones. i’d skip breakfast next time. pool is cool though - personale at the pool and the ones cleaning the room were so kind, respectful, considerate ! lovely. so far only one of the receptionists (the one with thick frame glasses and dark hair/filler lips) stayed with a rbf everytime we would pass by or ask a question. Apart from her everyone was always very quick to be helpful. the minibar smelled awful ! sour smell that made us hold our breath when we opened it. barely made anything cold. bed covers were very harsh as well, and commodities like shampoo and body wash were so diluted that wouldn’t even make bubbles or lather on our hands. so far i would come back but not with my family, it’s more suitable for laidback couples that will only use it for sleep.
