Masd Mediterraneo Hotel Apartamentos Spa

Nice hotel - Great reception staff - Nice restaurant - Great surroundings and great pool right outside my patio door!! The only down sides were a lot of hair on the floor from the previous visitors in my room - And 2 dirty wine glasses with lipstick on. But would stay here again.

We arrived early, but got access to the pools immediately, before the check-in. The outside pools were cold and not heated, but the inside pool was nicely warm. We hade an amazing Duplex Premier room. It was great. But the sleep was not great. The double bed had 3 pillows, 1 shared long "sausage pillow" and 2 flat single pillows. The single pillows were too flat, the "sausage pillow" not big enough and a combo was too high. I don't understand why they have this kind of combination, instead of 4 single pillows, 2 softer and 2 harder. The breakfast was served 7:30-10:30. When we came at 9:30, they were out of many things, like orange juice, bacon and there was like one table spoon of scrambled eggs left. After some 20 min there came like 8 slices of soft fried bacon and some more scrambled eggs. Orange juice was never filled and also the peach juice was finished. When we left there were like 2 glasses of pineapple juice left. Good that we didn't booked the half board that I was about to book. If they would give some more attention to the breakfast, this would be great. The location is good. I will book again though.

Excellent stay at Masd Mediterraneo. Hotel very clean, rooms very practical made for a family of 4 . We had an Apartment at first floor with 2 rooms , 2 bathrooms, open plan kitchen. Staff very nice . For sure we would like to come back at this hotel .
