Lugnt, bra med aktiviteter, framförallt träning. Bra badområde.

Läget på hotellet vid vattnet och vid bukten in mot Santa Ponsa beach är överlägset bra. Hotellet har bra standard men all personal har inte samma uppfattning om vad bra service är. Vid frukosten så var det gäster som fick flytta sig istället för personal som kom med vagn med kaffekoppar. Däremot så var bemötandet vid incheckning och utcheckning väldigt bra och även övrigt.

Absolutely stunning! We were lucky enough to book the corner room and it was spectacular. The views are incredible and the staff impeccable. There was little need to leave the hotel but we did venture to the marina which is a 45 min walk but great for boat hire. The breakfast was very good and the lady making omelettes is adorable and we wanted to take her with us when we left. Try the cocktail making esp if you like backstreet boys lol. My only warning when booking through hotels.com is to make sure you do get prestige access if you think that’s what you’re getting. A huge thank you to Tom and Carmen. We will be back

The property had amazing views and great food selection and service. we did the all inclusive which was great. The tv wouldn’t stream the entire time after multiple maintenance visits. no chrome cast of apps like netflix, Prime… already on the tv. The rooms are clean but very dated. The bed barely fits in the master bedroom. They never answered the phone when we call the front desk the entire stay. lastly when we checked in the had us sit down at the remote desk they pushed penthouse upgrade. If the views and meals and staff weren’t so good I’d choose another place closer to Palma and on the beach
