Nice appartment. Nice outside and inside pool sauna. Near the beach. Only teo blocks away. But noisy rooms and on second floor you could hear the entertainment songs in the evening. To loud for our taste unfortunatly. The inside pool looked dirty. Need to be cleaned more regularly.

Jättefin rymlig lgh. Fin pool. trevlig personal.Tyvärr tillåts handduksblockering av solstolar från tidig morgon/sen kväll. Undermåliga köksredskap,minimal stekpanna,1slö mindre skärkniv,ingen skärbräda etc. Slarvig städning,grus på golv,ej rengjort badrum efter städning.

Nous sommes restés 10 jours dans cet hotel bon rapport qualité prix , le perssonel est très accueillant surtout le responsable de la restauration et le Monsieur surveillant de la piscine. L hotel est situé à 5 minutes d une belle plage et 10 minutes à pied du port Alcudi ,un arret de bus et just à coté qui vous permet daller à palma et à l aeroport et centre historique alcudia. Un supermarket en face de l hotel, les chambres sont spacieuses avec un coin cuisine ,la restauration et le petit déjeuner copieux varié et savoureux avec une animation chaque soir .tout s est tres bien passé nous le recommandrons sans hésitation.

Fjärde året i rad på detta trevliga hotell som t hotell med mycket erbjuder god service , trevlig personal , bra underhållning , fräscha stora rum med utsikt över poolområdet allternativ mot gatan . Underbart god mat . Mycket väl värd all inclusive buffer x3 per dag . Trevliga barrer . Vacker pool .Treclig atmosfär .

Fantastisk hotel. God beliggenhed og servicemindet personale. De eneste minusser vi oplevede var alt for hårde senge, lidt for lydt på værelserne og elendige solsenge. Ellers har vi ikke en finger at sætte på stedet. 😁

Every single staff member were so polite, happy & friendly especially the staff at breakfast, our children loved them. The hotel was spotless, daily towel changes too. The pool area, along with the bar & games area were brilliant. We loved our morning pool family stretches with Francesco. The buffet breakfast was probably the best we've ever had. Great location too, 10 min walk to beach & 10 min walk to waterpark and a supermarket opposite. Would definitely recommend.

Great hotel, very friendly staff in the restaurant. Beautiful pool and a lot of free activities like kids’ club, volleyball and small soccer field, table tennis and indoor pool, sauna and jacuzzi. Breakfast buffet was excellent. We were very happy with our room and view of the pool and had a great time. The outdoor pool was a bit cold though and at night the hotel was pretty noisy. But all in all we had a lovely stay. It ended on a not so great note though as the hotel booked a taxi to the airport for us. The “taxi” charged us overprice and didn’t take card payment. Next time er please get a legit taxi for people and make sure your guests aren’t cheated.

Nice location, convenient to go to the beach and with convenience stores just across the street last-minute snacks and grocery shopping. Very family-friendly. The pool was very nice, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The room could have been cleaner, especially the floors. Air conditioning didn't work in the room, which at 37C temperature was very unpleasant.

De ansatte var hyggelige, gikk fort å sjekke inn. Ingen skjulte kostnader. Renholds personellet gjorde en fantastisk jobb hele oppholde, alle dager. Uteområdet var kjempe bra for barna. Badevakta var fantastisk, hun gjorde seg til kjenne med barna, la frem badeleker, ringer og vester etc. Slik at alle skulle få en fin badeopplevelse. Litt minus at glass, fat og bestikk på rommet ikke ble skiftet under renhold. Dette må man sikkert be om på forhånd... Slik var det også på de andre hotellene vi hadde under oppholdet!

Absolutely spotless - really impressed with how clean it was and how clean it was kept throughout. We were on the all inclusive package, which was excellent. Good beer on draught and decent spirits. Wine wasn't the best but thats ok. The buffet was decent too and did switch up a lot, despite there not being a huge amount of choice. The pool area was fine, never had an issue with a sunbed but were there towards the end of September. Only downside was the entertainment, which was acrobics.The music was loud and repetive. The Vengaboys doesn't need playing 3 times in one workout!! Overall, a solid hotel and would return for a few days break away.

Heerlijk ontbijt met verse jus en warme croissantjes. Diner en lunch elke dag wat anders en kwaliteit zeer voldoende. Ook glutenvrije opties. Vriendelijk personeel! Fijn zwembad, het leek verwarmd maar dit kwam door de zon. All inclusive is ook zeker de moeite waard. Rustig gelegen locatie. Let wel op dat het druk is met kinderen dus als je rust wilt is dit niet het juiste hotel. Enige min puntje dat ik heb, dat is de schoonmaak. Die was slecht of ik ben verwend met andere hotels waar ze elke dag je bed opmaakte en de vloer schoonmaakte.

Great location for all Alcudia. Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants etc. The old town is walkable in about 30 minutes. Hotel very clean and very nice pool. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Pro: Personal ist sehr Kinder-freundlich und sehr serviceorientiert. Apartments mit Schlafzimmer und Wohnraum getrennt und kleine Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank. Das ist super bei Urlaub mit Kind und wenn man selber auch dort essen möchte. Denn: Contra: Apartment war bei Ankunft und auch zwischendrin nicht sehr sauber, staubig und etwas Dreck. Das schlimmste war das Sofa! Das war aus drei Einzelcouches zusammengestellt und rutschte ständig weg beim Draufsitzen. Zudem unbequem, wir haben nicht sehr oft draufgesessen. Die Betten waren einzeln gestellt und rutschten teils auch ständig auseinander. Die Matratzen waren Mega-Hart! Wer es Futonmässig mag gut, ich aber nicht. Sowohl meine Tochter als auch ich hatten nach der ersten Nacht Schmerzen vom liegen. Danach ging es, auch wegen der langen Tage. Zudem gab es nervige Mücken. Die Liegen am Pool waren fast alle durchgelegen U d ständig klappte das Kopfteil hoch bei zuviel Sitzdruck. Das Wasser war viel zu kalt, insbesondere bei den Rutschen, die nie jemand nutzte. Das Frühstück und Abendessen war eher schlecht bis mittelmäßig, kaum Abwechslung und wenig Auswahl. Die Kinder und Abendunterhaltung war OK, aber echt nichts tolles. Insgesamt ist dieses Hotel höchstens 3 Sterne wert, keine 4. Der Gesamtzustand ist eher renovierungsbedürftig. Ich war im Vorjahr in einem anderen Grupotel das super war, auch beim Essen. Ich dachte der Standard wäre überall gleich, ist er aber nicht. Ich würde nicht wieder in dieses Hotel gehen.

Je viens de passer un excellent séjour dans cet etablissement. Le personnel est agréable et serviable. La propreté dans l’établissement chambre y compris est irréprochable. Les équipements ont été à la hauteur de mes attentes. Je recommande vivement hôtel.

Hotelpersonalet og service samt morgenmaden var helt i top. Hver dag et friskt udvalg og man blev altid mødt af et super veloplagt og positivt personale. Værelserne var af ældre dato og med umoderne og slidt inventar. Badeværelse helt fint og rent. Sengene var virkelig dårlige og hårde. 2 queens der skilte sig ad når man vendte sig. Vi benyttede sovesofa til børn som ligeledes var ret elendig. Stor dejlig balkon, som igen kunne bruge en Upgrade i møblement og udtryk. Der er et rigtig fint wellness område indenfor og en rigtig fin multibane samt legeplads bag hotellet. Dejligt og roligt poolområde med fine drikkevarer men ikke særligt god snacks. Faktisk helt håbløs. Man kan så tilkøbe sig frokost buffet på stedet til fornuftige priser og god kvalitet, ellers er der gode restauranter i nærheden. Tæt på strand og by og en spar lige overfor, så i gåafstand til området som iøvrigt er helt fantastisk. At kalde hotellet 4-stjernet er nok lige at presse citronen lige rigeligt.

Jättefin rymlig lgh. Fin pool. trevlig personal.Tyvärr tillåts handduksblockering av solstolar från tidig morgon/sen kväll. Undermåliga köksredskap,minimal stekpanna,1slö mindre skärkniv,ingen skärbräda etc. Slarvig städning,grus på golv,ej rengjort badrum efter städning.

Rummet var helt ok. Aningen slitet, men fint. Fick rum på våning fem med utsikt över poolen och bergen med stor balkong. Ta med shampo och balsam eftersom det inte fanns på rummet. Väldigt mycket barnfamiljer och ganska stimmigt. Reser du utan barn skulle jag inte rekommendera hotellet. En liten supermarket på andra sidan gatan med begränsat utbud och höga priser. Nära att ta sig till Port d’Alcudia och alla restauranger och 20 minuters promenad till gamla stan. Bussen dit går bara ett stenkast från hotellet.

Fantastisk hotel. God beliggenhed og servicemindet personale. De eneste minusser vi oplevede var alt for hårde senge, lidt for lydt på værelserne og elendige solsenge. Ellers har vi ikke en finger at sætte på stedet. 😁

Everything was more or less perfect except sound isolation between the flats. Because of the tile floor in all the room you can clearly hear whenever your neighbour is moving the chair og something else on the floor. And that happens as well as at day time and at night.

Restaurant staff : incredible service by José and its team Room : we can hear everything from the other rooms and from the outside. So if the neighbours are noisy late at night or early morning…. Forget the sleep! It does need some love !! Staff at the front desk : service is ok but lack of speaking English makes it difficult to communicate properly.

Middelmådig hotell med personale med store kommunikasjonsvansker på grunn av manglende språkkunnskaper. Dette skaper misforståelser da de ikke forstår eller snakker engelsk godt nok, verken i resepsjon eller spisesal. Beliggenheten til hotellet er bra, og leilighetene har ok størrelse. Store vansker med temperaturregulering på rommene da aircondition er av eldre type som er vanskelig å regulere. Matserveringen er av lav standard i forhold til hotellets fire stjerner, med lite variasjon og dårlige råvarer. Seigt kjøtt, ukrydret mat, umodne eller overmodne grønnsaker og frukt. Lovely hotel, great food, restaurant staff are amazing. Only one problem is the air conditioning, ours didn’t work at all. They did provide us with fans as soon as we told them and offered us another room, but with the heat in the mid 30’s it wouldn’t have got it below 25 degrees anyway so we opted to stay in our room. We arrived late at night and the night porter didn’t mention anything about food being left for us in the restaurant if we were hungry, with coffee and cold drinks, however the restaurant manager did inform us about the early breakfast which we did have when we left early for home.

Great hotel! Very spacious apartments and balconies. Good food and facilities and close to the beach. The best thing about this hotel is the staff, very professional, helpful and very friendly, a big thank you to Antonio (head of the restaurant) and Miguel (waiter) for making our stay even better, both of them are a great asset for this hotel, very friendly, helpful and professional.

La struttura è carina ma alcuni aspetti non ci sono piaciuti. Innanzitutto è molto rumorosa, ci sono rumori ad ogni ora, gente che corre, che sposta mobili etc. Alla reception, pur essendo gentili non sanno aiutare con banali informazioni, come spiagge etc. Un giorno abbiamo trovato la porta della nostra stanza aperta, probabilmente non chiusa bene dalle pulizie. . Insomma.. Basterebbe poco per migliorare la qualità.

Every single staff member were so polite, happy & friendly especially the staff at breakfast, our children loved them. The hotel was spotless, daily towel changes too. The pool area, along with the bar & games area were brilliant. We loved our morning pool family stretches with Francesco. The buffet breakfast was probably the best we've ever had. Great location too, 10 min walk to beach & 10 min walk to waterpark and a supermarket opposite. Would definitely recommend.

Great hotel, very friendly staff in the restaurant. Beautiful pool and a lot of free activities like kids’ club, volleyball and small soccer field, table tennis and indoor pool, sauna and jacuzzi. Breakfast buffet was excellent. We were very happy with our room and view of the pool and had a great time. The outdoor pool was a bit cold though and at night the hotel was pretty noisy. But all in all we had a lovely stay. It ended on a not so great note though as the hotel booked a taxi to the airport for us. The “taxi” charged us overprice and didn’t take card payment. Next time er please get a legit taxi for people and make sure your guests aren’t cheated.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Das Service im Restaurant ist ein wenig zu schnell beim Abservieren. Hier gibt es Potential für Verbesserungen. Ansonsten sind die Zimmer sauber und geräumig, das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Essen ist gut und abwechslungsreich (Sowohl Frühstücksbuffet, als auch Abendessen-Buffet). Generell ist die Lage des Hotels für Tagesausflüge sehr gut. Knapp 5 Minuten zu Fuss gibt es Bushaltestellen. Das Hotel liegt nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt.

Great location for all Alcudia. Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants etc. The old town is walkable in about 30 minutes. Hotel very clean and very nice pool. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Es handelt sich um ein günstiges Hotel der Mittelklasse in dritter Lage einer Strandretorte (Platja d‘Alcudia). Man hat 5 Minuten Fußweg zum großen, sehr schönen, aber sehr touristischen Strand. Aussicht und unmittelbare Umgebung sind von Hotels, Shops und Restaurants geprägt. Dafür ist das Hotel verhältnismäßig günstig. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und professionell. Das Essen ist reichhaltig, vielfältig und frisch, wenn auch nicht in allen Variationen delikat. Im Preis-Leistungs-Kompromiss durchaus weiter zu empfehlen.

Absolutely spotless - really impressed with how clean it was and how clean it was kept throughout. We were on the all inclusive package, which was excellent. Good beer on draught and decent spirits. Wine wasn't the best but thats ok. The buffet was decent too and did switch up a lot, despite there not being a huge amount of choice. The pool area was fine, never had an issue with a sunbed but were there towards the end of September. Only downside was the entertainment, which was acrobics.The music was loud and repetive. The Vengaboys doesn't need playing 3 times in one workout!! Overall, a solid hotel and would return for a few days break away.

Jättebra pool för alla i familjen som var en riktig höjdpunkt. Rent och fräscht. Maten var OK men inte mer. Lätt att ta sig till stranden. Uppträdandena på kvällarna lämnade en del övrigt att önska. Barnklubben bemannades av en ensam person. Vi är sammantaget nöjda och glada efter vår vistelse.

Heerlijk ontbijt met verse jus en warme croissantjes. Diner en lunch elke dag wat anders en kwaliteit zeer voldoende. Ook glutenvrije opties. Vriendelijk personeel! Fijn zwembad, het leek verwarmd maar dit kwam door de zon. All inclusive is ook zeker de moeite waard. Rustig gelegen locatie. Let wel op dat het druk is met kinderen dus als je rust wilt is dit niet het juiste hotel. Enige min puntje dat ik heb, dat is de schoonmaak. Die was slecht of ik ben verwend met andere hotels waar ze elke dag je bed opmaakte en de vloer schoonmaakte.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Das Service im Restaurant ist ein wenig zu schnell beim Abservieren. Hier gibt es Potential für Verbesserungen. Ansonsten sind die Zimmer sauber und geräumig, das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Essen ist gut und abwechslungsreich (Sowohl Frühstücksbuffet, als auch Abendessen-Buffet). Generell ist die Lage des Hotels für Tagesausflüge sehr gut. Knapp 5 Minuten zu Fuss gibt es Bushaltestellen. Das Hotel liegt nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt.

Hôtel avec belle piscine. Chambre propre et agréable. Dommage que le repas du soir soit moyen et toujours pareil. On aurait préféré plus de spécialités locales et espagnoles. Petite déjeuner très bien

I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The pool is fantastic, with plenty of benches available for relaxation. Our room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a family, and featured a lovely balcony. The buffet for both breakfast and dinner offered a wide variety of delicious dishes. The beds were very comfortable, and the entire hotel was exceptionally clean. Additionally, the location is ideal, just a 5-minute walk to Alcudia Beach. The reception staff were very nice and always ready to help, especially Nico. Their friendliness and professionalism made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Great location and steps away from Alcudia Beach. A convenient supermarket just across the road and a 7 minute walk to Lidl for essentials. Breakfast was fantastic with many options.

La struttura è carina ma alcuni aspetti non ci sono piaciuti. Innanzitutto è molto rumorosa, ci sono rumori ad ogni ora, gente che corre, che sposta mobili etc. Alla reception, pur essendo gentili non sanno aiutare con banali informazioni, come spiagge etc. Un giorno abbiamo trovato la porta della nostra stanza aperta, probabilmente non chiusa bene dalle pulizie. . Insomma.. Basterebbe poco per migliorare la qualità.

The apartment has a small kitchen, a fridge, one bedroom, a sofa bed, decent wardrobe space and a big balcony. The fridge was switched off when we arrived, so it took a full day to cool down, and even then it never got properly cold. The sofa bed looks fine from a distance but it’s old and a bit broken, the leather is split and you can see the stuffing. The table and the wardrobe doors are chipped down to the bare wood. The room was clean when we checked in, but it all feels tired. Cleaning was a letdown. It’s a beach hotel, so of course you bring sand back with you. After the first night we cleared both tables so they could be wiped down. Came back and the beds were made, but the tables and the floor hadn’t been touched. Still full of sand. The bathroom is the worst part. The shower door is clunky and screeches when you open it. There’s mould in the corner of the shower and on the ceiling. No window, which I suppose is normal. And only a combined gel and shampoo, which for a four star hotel isn’t enough. On the good side, the beds were comfortable and we slept well. The walls are thin though, you hear the neighbours. And the room phone barely works. I tried calling reception and couldn’t hear a thing, not even a dial tone.
