Sehr schönes Zimmer, Frühstück top, abends gibt es auch ein buffet, welches wir einmal gegessen haben. Das war auch sehr lecker. Wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand. Parken ohne Probleme in den Seitenstraßen. Eine Besonderheit ist das Bad: es gibt kein separates Zimmer, so ist bspw. Das Waschbecken im Zimmer und nur eine Milchglas zum Klo und Dusche. Für uns als Paar kein Problem

I stayed at Bamboo Hotel in October and had a truly wonderful experience. The hotel is exceptionally clean, beautifully designed, and very well maintained. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a bottle of wine and a personal welcome note in my room — a thoughtful gesture that made me feel very welcome.The staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel's boths swimming pools were nice; although the water was a little cold, it did not affect my enjoyment. The location is excellent — only a 5-minute walk from a stunning 14 km sandy beach, and with shops and restaurants located right next to the hotel, everything you need is close by.My room was modern, quiet, and very comfortable, with an excellent bed that ensured a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of high-quality options each morning. Bamboo Hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would not hesitate to return. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had such a wonderful stay. From the moment I arrived, the staff were so welcoming and friendly, they really made me feel comfortable as a solo traveller. The pool and gym facilities were excellent, and the hotel is in a great location for exploring Alcúdia. I also really enjoyed the buffet style food, great variety. Thank you to the whole team for making my holiday such a positive experience!

I had a great stay here, the hotel is immaculate with good attention to detail, all the staff are really friendly and the facilities are great too. I used the gym most mornings and although it was pretty basic it was good enough to tick most boxes. They have two pool areas that are nice if you want to have a chill day & it’s nice that they provide you with pool towels. Onto the food, breakfast is amazing and they have everything you could imagine and I’d recommend going half board or all inclusive as the dinner spread is so so good, so much to choose from and it’s a different theme every night, it was hard to stop eating and i was blown away every night of how good it was. I send my praises out to the restaurant staff that are all really nice and welcoming but I’d like to give special thank you to Christina, she has such an endearing soul and the hotel should feel blessed to have her on the cards.

We really liked it here it met expectations per hotel descriptions. It is clean and modern and comfortable. Our room was serviced every day. The staff are super-friendly. It is lovely around both pools - so quiet too. The facilities on offer were good - we didn't use the restaurant but did use the bar, food shack and in-house coffee and cake cafe. We know Alcudia very well and mainly went to the beach and we also enjoyed a leisurely walk to the port in the evening for our main meal and the hotel was well-placed for this. We only have one criticism which didn't really detract from the holiday, it is just personal preference, and that was the fact that the bathroom was a bit too much a part of the room rather than being separated off. It was all a bit "continental" for us. We would definitely come back again though and highly recommend it.

Hotel Bamboo is a great choice for Adults only. Room 228 is a balcony pool view room but it’s more of lake view. It’s a corner room lots of space. Sun beds always available this place doesn’t accept putting towels down early. We had some electric issues but fixed quickly and complimented by staff for inconvenience. The restaurant is amazing great food choices each night although it does needs to make sure a vegetarian option is always available. The location is great you can walk to the beach or along the many water canals or hire a small rowing boat for fun. Lots of shops usual kind selling the fake goods and beach stuff. Lots of bars and restaurants with various food available lots of Chinese restaurants. The water park is walking distance or a short bus ride The Port of Alcudia is the other end of the beach it’s crazy busy but a nicer stretch of beach. Walk it or get the bus. Try visiting Alcudia old town for the Tuesday market worth the trip but take cash. A weeks stay was enough for this place unless you want to bake in the sun all day every day.

Lovely clean hotel, always a space on a lounger by the two pools. Great food at the pool bar, polite staff. Great location with good walking and bus links. Had a street view balcony which was huge, and great for street view people watching. Alcudia Old Town was beautiful, would go back tomorrow if I could!

We stayed off season (end of October), stiol had a great time, a lot less busy but hotel was lovely and spotless and there were still day trips we could do, we might have got lucky with the weather. All the UK freeview channels were available on the 50" TVs in tge apartment for the few hours it did rain.

cleaning is subpar. all the coffee areas and cups that have been used were never changed during cleaning. it took 2 days before they actually cleaned it. Now it makes me think about the rest of the room whether they cleaned it properly or not.

A really pleasant stay from check-in to departure. All staff members were courteous and friendly. The room was compact but fine for me as I was a solo traveller. Buffet breakfast was excellent with a wide range of choice. Pool was very quiet and sunbeds were always available when I returned to the hotel in the late afternoon. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing break.

The hotel was spotlessly clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the pools were lovely. The poolside staff and lifeguard constantly tidied, and cleaners were always busy keeping the hotel spotless. The breakfast options were fantastic, and there were lots of options for dinner. My room overlooked a building site, but the room itself was lovely. The only thing my friends felt could be improved was the lobby chairs and the outside area at the front of the hotel. The chairs were quite uncomfortable and would have benefited from back cushions. Aside from that minor observation, the hotel was fantastic, and we would definitely visit this hotel chain again.

The hotel was lovely and in a good location. 10 minute walk to the beach and plenty of bars/restaurants. Rooms were nice and clean. As with other reviews the bathrooms have no privacy (just a shower curtain) . Wasnt an issue for me as i wasnt sharing but something to be aware of if sharing

Sehr schöne Hotelanlage und Pool. Der Service war immer zuvorkommend und das Essen an der Poolbar war lecker. Einziger Manko: keine Privatsphäre im Badezimmer/Toilette im Zimmer, da nur eine Glastür, die nicht richtig schließt

Wunderschönes Hotel. Das Buffet am Abend lohnt sich in jedem Fall, das Essen war sehr frisch, abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker. Im vergleich der umliegenden Restaurants ist das Essen im Hotel deutlich besser. Einziges Manko ist die Toilette/Dusche im Zimmer. Dieses wird jediglich durch Milchglas abgetrennt. Wenn man sich zu zweit ein Zimmer teilt kann das kritisch sein, da sowohl die Toilette und Dusche einem jegliche Intimsphäre nimmt 😂 Da ich das Zimmer alleine hatte war es für mich kein Problem aber zu zweit wäre es je nach Begleitung unangenehm geworden

I’m not one to write a lot of reviews but i felt like this place deserved it. The people working reception were amazing. i’m awful with names but Mateusz was one of the front desk workers and was so helpful and very polite. Then in the dinning room area there were a couple guys that worked there that were awesome. you could talk to them like you’re friends. his name was Manu. Food was great, breakfast was amazing. Alot of food options. This is the place for a calm and realizing holiday! The place is very clean and the staff are really friendly and helpful. Great pools. Rooms are a bit small but as I didn’t spend much time there it was ok.

Lovely venue with stunning scenery.staff very friendly and helpful, particularly Roxana who ensured my stay was very comfortable. Rooms very clean and huge comfortable bed and spacious balcony. Beware, if you have a city view, it can get very loud! Breakfast was average, not much fresh fruit on offer. Excellent location, just a 5 minute walk from the beach. Easy access to buses talking you to the old town and Palma. Spoilt for choice in terms of restaurants, supermarkets etc. Would stay again!

This hotel is very nice and priceworthy, i loved the breakfast buffet, one of the best i had. Room has a nice design but the toilet is terribly small and awkward, if not fir the toilet it had been a 5 on comfort. Pool bar is nice, the communication could be better from the kitchen/Food truck. As a food and beverage manager i do not like to see my food sit for 5 minutes before service picks it up to bring it to me, IT WILL BE COLD, i even tried to get it myself but they would not let me. Wine by the glass should be tought to the staff by management how much it is, i hate getting leftovers from an open bottle or even 2 bottles and not even 10 cl in the glass. Dont get me wrong, i really enjoyed my stay here and i will come back but there could be some improvement on service by the pool.

Leider war das Zimmer sehr laut. Es war sehr hellhörig, man hat nachts Geräte gehört, die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht, der Kühlschrank funktionierte nicht und die Reinigungskräfte waren ab 6 Uhr morgens sehr laut, sodass man durch sie aufgeweckt wurde. Darüber hinaus fiel leider noch für 12 Stunden das Wasser aus. Im ganzen Hotel gab es keine funktionierende, zumutbare Toilette mehr und auch keine funktionierenden Duschen oder Waschbecken. Das Zimmer war so klein, dass man sehr wenig Platz hatte, das Gepäck zu verstauen. Dadurch, dass es kein abschließbares Bad gab, war auch keine Privatsphäre gegeben. Auch die nachhaltigen Chips zum Öffnen der Türen gingen fast täglich kaputt. Leider keine zu empfehlende Unterkunft, auch wenn der Pool schön und das Frühstück lecker waren.

The hotel does a great job keeping the whole area and the rooms clean daily. The pool area is very relaxing and the bar offers a nice variation of snacks and cocktails. What impressed me most was the always friendly and helpful hotel staff. Especially all the personell working at the restaurant do an amazing job in making you feel comfortable being there and I was always treated with such great kindness. They really deserve a lot of appreciation for the great service they offer to the guests. This really differentiates this hotel from other hotels I stayed in and was such a great addition to this vacation. The breakfast and dinner was always fresh, tasty and offered a variety every day. I really didn't make any negative experiences, had a wonderful time and will definitely revisit as soon as possible.

A really pleasant stay from check-in to departure. All staff members were courteous and friendly. The room was compact but fine for me as I was a solo traveller. Buffet breakfast was excellent with a wide range of choice. Pool was very quiet and sunbeds were always available when I returned to the hotel in the late afternoon. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing break.

Wir haben unsere Tage im Hotel in Alcúdia rundum genossen. Besonders die Zimmer mit Blick auf den Pool haben uns begeistert: angenehm ruhig und doch nur wenige Schritte vom Strand und den Restaurants entfernt. Die Zimmer sind nicht gross, dafür modern eingerichtet, äusserst gepflegt und makellos sauber. Für uns wichtiger als Quadratmeterzahlen, da wir sowieso ganz entspannt mit wenig Gepäck reisen. Unvergesslich wurde der Aufenthalt aber vor allem durch das Team. Wir haben viel Herzlichkeit erlebt: aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und immer mit einem ehrlichen Lächeln. Egal ob an der Rezeption, im Service oder beim Housekeeping. Hier lebt man echte Gastfreundschaft, und genau das macht den Unterschied. Das Frühstück hat jeden Morgen Freude gemacht: frische Produkte, abwechslungsreich und qualitativ hochwertig. Pool- und Wellnessbereich luden zudem perfekt zum Abschalten nach einem Tag voller Eindrücke. Ein grosses Dankeschön an alle Mitarbeitenden, die das möglich gemacht haben!

Das THB Bamboo Alcudia ist ein schönes Hotel, wenn auch an einer eher belebten Straße. Der Aufenthalt dort war angenehm und sie Menschen dort waren hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Frühstück war gut zusammengestellt. Es ist zwar überall sehr ähnlich, aber wie man es präsentiert macht dann schon den Unterschied. Das Hotel ist aber sicher empfehlenswert, wenn man eine schöne Basis in der Gegend haben will.

Ik boekte voor het zwembad naast het meer en ik bleef voor al de rest. Het hotel is mooi en proper, het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam, het ontbijt is heerlijk en uitgebreid. Het is dichtbij het strand, in de shop en eet straat, dichtbij de bushalte. Perfect.

+ The full hotel and it’s helpful employees were fantastic 🙏 + overeating is a risk at this property, caused by it’s fantastic quality and the menu has various options. + Also the coffee bar was included in the breakfast. - The only thing to complain about is the showering water, which feels like shampooing yourself than cleaning your body.

Wunderschönes Hotel. Das Buffet am Abend lohnt sich in jedem Fall, das Essen war sehr frisch, abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker. Im vergleich der umliegenden Restaurants ist das Essen im Hotel deutlich besser. Einziges Manko ist die Toilette/Dusche im Zimmer. Dieses wird jediglich durch Milchglas abgetrennt. Wenn man sich zu zweit ein Zimmer teilt kann das kritisch sein, da sowohl die Toilette und Dusche einem jegliche Intimsphäre nimmt 😂 Da ich das Zimmer alleine hatte war es für mich kein Problem aber zu zweit wäre es je nach Begleitung unangenehm geworden

I had such a wonderful stay. From the moment I arrived, the staff were so welcoming and friendly, they really made me feel comfortable as a solo traveller. The pool and gym facilities were excellent, and the hotel is in a great location for exploring Alcúdia. I also really enjoyed the buffet style food, great variety. Thank you to the whole team for making my holiday such a positive experience!

Sara greeted us with cocktails and a warm welcome. Breakfast was outstanding. Beach area was very busy due to high season. We had to go out to other local beaches and rented vehicles to do this. Room pillows could have been better but balcony, pools food on premises were great! Staff very friendly and willing to help at all times. This hotel is fairly new and pretty quiet even though it was high season. Overall a great experience.

Room pillows could have been better but balcony, pools food on premises were great! Staff very friendly and willing to help at all times. This hotel is fairly new and pretty quiet even though it was high season. Overall a great experience.

I had a great stay here, the hotel is immaculate with good attention to detail, all the staff are really friendly and the facilities are great too. I used the gym most mornings and although it was pretty basic it was good enough to tick most boxes. They have two pool areas that are nice if you want to have a chill day & it’s nice that they provide you with pool towels. Onto the food, breakfast is amazing and they have everything you could imagine and I’d recommend going half board or all inclusive as the dinner spread is so so good, so much to choose from and it’s a different theme every night, it was hard to stop eating and i was blown away every night of how good it was. I send my praises out to the restaurant staff that are all really nice and welcoming but I’d like to give special thank you to Christina, she has such an endearing soul and the hotel should feel blessed to have her on the cards.

Lovely venue with stunning scenery.staff very friendly and helpful, particularly Roxana who ensured my stay was very comfortable. Rooms very clean and huge comfortable bed and spacious balcony. Beware, if you have a city view, it can get very loud! Breakfast was average, not much fresh fruit on offer. Excellent location, just a 5 minute walk from the beach. Easy access to buses talking you to the old town and Palma. Spoilt for choice in terms of restaurants, supermarkets etc. Would stay again!

Jag har bott på många 4+ hotell och detta var ett av de bättre. Naturligt trevlig och hjälpsam personal, fina och renliga rum och allmänna utrymmen. Generösa poolområden med bekväma och fräscha solsängar. Poolmaten god och prisvärd. Frukost och middagsbufféer är topp 10 % av vad det brukar vara på 4+ hotell. Rekommenderas.

Hotel is modern and has great location, upon arrival the front desk was kind and helpful, the problem started when we enter the room ,just to describe it was super small I will say maybe if any good for one person there is not space to open the luggage and one tltou figure out then there is not room wo walk just to be in the bed , bathroom also super small then to complet the bad package the AC is settled by the hotel at 22 degrees which is like a fan blowing air. WE had an issue changing the wet towels before going to the beach it was like 9am and as per the receptionist at that time we had to wait until 10am when the towel guy will be in .... this is more than ridiculous......Worse Hotel experience in Europe

Great 4 star hotel. Clean, modern and good staff. Ample parking around the area and in a good location. Also special shout out to the cleaners who were amazing. Breakfast was very good and a lot of choice upto 11am. Improvements I would suggest would be: - dinners are buffet only. Missed a trick here as most guests go across the road to Innside hotel for dinner due to a lack of dining options in the hotel - no warnings to guests or notices about “reserving” sun beds so you will regularly see sun beds occupied by a towel without anyone on it for hours at a time - gym equipment needs an urgent service - characters like Max in the evening is what they miss during the day. Experience, empathy and excellent customer service which is lacking with younger staff
