We didn’t up staying here as once we had booked we received a email from them stating that we had to call them asap with our booking details and our credit card information or we wouldn’t have a booking, called them and stated that we didn’t have a credit card and they told us we would have to come down asap which we couldn’t in order to pay a deposit as our booking wouldn’t be finalised until then. Got in contact with Expedia support who kindly called up on our behalf and got us a refund which I appreciate but besides that I think it’s poor service, not everyone has a credit card and not everyone can get down there asap to confirm their booking, this is how you lose customers.
