Very nice newer hotel in top location, perched high with an amazing bay and sea view. The beach is steps away and all the action with restaurants, bars, shopping etc down the street. Excellent service and breakfast on the ocean view terrace. The jacuzzi on the rooftop lounge was great with an amazing view. Note that you will have to park a few hundreds yards down at private parking ($25) and that TV selection is extremely poor ( no Netflix, YouTube or cable channels). The rest was fantastic and I would surely stay again.

Very central right next to the Castle viewing area with fantastic views of Benidorm. Fabulous roof top bar and even a small spar pool with a vista out to sea.

Immaculate hotel, the view from the rooftop hot tub is amazing, all the staff were superb, breakfasts were brilliant and then to top it all off the gastro evening at Dvora was even better. Marcelo is the greatest server we have ever had.

lovely hotel but feel the pool on the roof is unsafe as very slippy around the edges and uneven footings. My father fell and hurt himself trying to get into it..! great location for old Benidorm town

El lugar está bien, lo único que para dejar el coche tiene un acuerdo con un parking a 10 minutos andando. Por otro lado, en las fotos parece que tienen vistas de martes de la habitación y no es así. El resto todo muy bien

Flott beliggenhet sentralt i gamlebyen. Alt restauranter, utested og butikker er innen 5 min gang. Flott utsikt fra restaurant og kort vei til strand. Vær obs Kirkeklokken rett ved begynner å ringe fra kl.09 og deretter hver kvarter. Vanskelig å komme til med bil, ikke alle taxier får lov til å kjøre til hotellet.

El restaurante fantastico, el hotel todo nuevo y muy limpio, cama supergrande y comoda, aunque la habitacion era bastante justa. Las vistas desde la terraza del restaurante maravillosas. El acceso al hotel y el parking complicado por la zona en la que esta ubicado el hotel. Mejor llamar y asesorarse con el hotel antes de llegar.

When we called ahead in the advertised number, to enquire about parking, the man hung up in us and wouldn’t answer when we tried calling back. We followed the instructions on the email and tried to drive to the hotel, an absolute nightmare. I’m the end, we just found a public parking lot and walked to the hotel. The hotel is in a beautiful spot and the em receptionist was lovely. The restaurant staff were a bit less consistently nice and the rest rooms got a bit messy at times, but overall, the place was clean and fresh, the food was excellent, except I am vegan and the offerings were scant and at breakfast they couldn’t offer me any plant milks for muesli, only for a latte, which seemed strange. Breakfast was disappointing by Spanish standards, I think others have said the same. It’s served to the table in a take it or leave it fashion. We were awoken by some guest being evicted by the police in the middle of the night, which was a real pity, as otherwise, the hotel was peaceful and comfortable, but the police don’t care when they are dealing with a drunk at 5am, they shout and argue, it doesn’t matter it’s an atrium and the entire hotel was disturbed. Not the hotels fault, but the open design means, one incident effects everyone.

What an amazing hotel. So glad we stayed here from the moment we arrived we were taken care of by a friendly courteous and professional team.our room was very clean and comfortable, great shower, the most comfortable bed and views from a balcony that would easily rival any other property. Amazing friendly hotel,fantastic breakfast lovely big room beautiful balcony with sea view. Fantastic shower. Everything about hotel was excellent food drink view, breakfast overlooking the sea and what a fantastic view. Would recommend 100%.

A great location. Nice, clean hotel with top quality staff who provide a good service. The only negative matter I noticed was the poor A/C in the room. The A/C failed to cool down the room. In fact it could only provide warm air with a sewage type aroma. Most unpleasant.

La habitación tenía la ventana a una calle de batas de copas y era muy difícil descasar. Interpuesta la reclamación en recepción no nos dieron ni solución ni respuesta. El baño muy pequeño.

Absolutely lovely hotel. Fabulous location in old town. Lovely helpful welcoming staff, Very clean. Best views of Levante beach in Benidorm Only slight downside is the bathrooms are small.

Var der kun for en natt. Veldig hyggelige ansatte som lot oss sjekke ut senere gratis. Vi tok et litt bedre rom med balkong, kjempe utsikt selvom vi var i 1.etg, ryddig og pent både bad og rom. Veldig god frokost og kjempe sentral beliggenhet nesten på stranden! Anbefales!

Lovely hotel with friendly staff in amazing location. Rooms well equipped. Staff was very accommodating with check in and check out times which allowed us to maximise our stay in the area. Breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend it.

What a beautiful hotel whilst staying in Benidorm Old Town. Staff were amazing, Pina colda cocktail were the best I've ever had. Would definitely stay here again. Hotel smelt amazing, staff couldn't do enough for you. 10/10

This is a wonderful hotel. All staff so helpful and friendly, room modern and clean and breakfast superb. Situated at the top of Old Town it is ideally located between the main 2 beaches, but with a bit of an upward slope if walking difficult. Some good Spanish restaurants close by

Vær obs Kirkeklokken rett ved begynner å ringe fra kl.09 og deretter hver kvarter. Vanskelig å komme til med bil, ikke alle taxier får lov til å kjøre til hotellet.

Great position in centre of Benidorm giving easy options to go to the Old Town or either side where it's a bit more lively. Had a balcony which gave a fantastic view down the length of the beach. Staff were very friendly and helpful and sorted out an early glitch with our room efficiently and effectively. Breakfast was great quality and plenty of it!

Wouldn't consider anywhere else in Benidorm having stayed in this lovely hotel. From our arrival to our departure the staff were professional, efficient, friendly and helpful. All food is freshly cooked by a highly competent chef. Breakfasts couldn't be better for the choice of food and the service (thanks Camilo and gang). Excellent location that looks right out to a picturesque view of the sea. 10/10. Thanks to all the staff there for a memorable and relaxing holiday.

Veldig bra hotell med utmerket service og meget bra frokost. Restauranten hadde gode drinker og flott beliggenhet. Skuffende at forretten ble servert samtidig som hovedretten. Denne var i tillegg kald.

I can highly recommend this hotel for the food alone, which is fantastic. The tasting menu is an absolute MUST, and the breakfast toast options are excellent too. The hotel is in a lovely, quiet part of town (except for the church bells!) and the room was ideal for me. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Benidorm from now on.

Immaculate hotel, the view from the rooftop hot tub is amazing, all the staff were superb, breakfasts were brilliant and then to top it all off the gastro evening at Dvora was even better. Marcelo is the greatest server we have ever had.

Lovely hotel in old part of Benidorm. Very clean and spacious, with lovely view over the bay. Only real downside was that we were unable to eat in the highly recommended restaurant, as it was fully booked each evening we were there. But there are plenty of other restaurants a short walk away.

When we called ahead in the advertised number, to enquire about parking, the man hung up in us and wouldn’t answer when we tried calling back. We followed the instructions on the email and tried to drive to the hotel, an absolute nightmare. I’m the end, we just found a public parking lot and walked to the hotel. The hotel is in a beautiful spot and the em receptionist was lovely. The restaurant staff were a bit less consistently nice and the rest rooms got a bit messy at times, but overall, the place was clean and fresh, the food was excellent, except I am vegan and the offerings were scant and at breakfast they couldn’t offer me any plant milks for muesli, only for a latte, which seemed strange. Breakfast was disappointing by Spanish standards, I think others have said the same. It’s served to the table in a take it or leave it fashion. We were awoken by some guest being evicted by the police in the middle of the night, which was a real pity, as otherwise, the hotel was peaceful and comfortable, but the police don’t care when they are dealing with a drunk at 5am, they shout and argue, it doesn’t matter it’s an atrium and the entire hotel was disturbed. Not the hotels fault, but the open design means, one incident effects everyone.

A hidden gem in Benidorm! An excellent boutique hotel located in the old-town area, tucked away from the crowds. Rooms are large, stylish, clean and comfortable, with a coffee machine and fridge. Bathrooms are also stylish with good showers. The lobby area has some seating, as does the rooftop area, offering wonderful views and even a jacuzzi. It’s called a Gastrohotel and for good reason, the food is exceptional! I booked half-board and would strongly recommend you do too. The restaurant, D-Vora, is a real treat, especially when there’s so much poor quality cuisine in Benidorm. It also has a balcony area outside, offering a wonderful view of the main beach. For breakfast you have a choice from an à la carte menu, with all food being fresh, excellent quality and delicious. Dinner is where this hotel really excels… half-board guests choose a starter, main and dessert from the standard menu. It is fine-dining and is truly excellent quality - the photos speak for themselves. I found including this with the reservation represented a significant saving over paying for dinner separately. It’s a really exceptional boutique property which I strongly recommend.

Rummet var mycket rent och städades varje dag, och hotellet var generellt rent och välskött. Jag gillar inte att frukosten behövde beställas från en meny i stället för buffé, eftersom det man beställde inte alltid smakade bra. Maten var inte jättegod, men okej. Det tog lång tid att få service. Restaurangpersonalen var inte särskilt intresserad av gästerna, och man kände sig inte särskilt välkommen. Receptionen var inte mycket bättre – inte alla där var vänliga eller hjälpsamma. Betyget för personalen är därför svagt överlag, vilket förstörde helhetsintrycket. Ett minus också för att det bara fanns YouTube-appen på tv:n och att man inte kunde ladda ner till exempel Netflix, så jag använde inte tv:n alls.

Clean room, a little smaller than I expected but the balcony was good, although too hot to use on this visit! The balcony door didn’t seem to close or lock but it wasn’t a problem for me. The shower tray in the bathroom is a trip hazard as I found out during the night. The bed was comfortable and a good size. The coffee making machine was useful. I liked the spa on the roof top level but I didn’t use the bar as it was not open during the day. The breakfast was good and there was good choice and well presented. I liked the fact it was not a buffet style. The staff were pleasant in the restaurant area and the reception staff were outstanding. The hotel was quiet and peaceful which was very welcome. Beach towels are available from reception for a small deposit. They will even change them for you if you need clean ones. Pastries and water are available in reception at no cost and a useful water fountain is on the first floor so you don’t need to buy water. I would stay here again.
