Hotel Queens - Adults Only

Il personale è di una gentilezza unica ,sono molto disponibili e la posizione è centralissima. La pecca principale è la mancanza di un mini frigo, purtroppo se ci fosse stato sarebbe stato TOP! La pulizia della stanza avviene ogni giorno. Se vi volete affittare una bici non è possibile metterla li per la notte, invece se vi affittate un motorino purtroppo è Ztl e dovete fare un giro assurdo. La colazione non è a buffet ma potete scegliere cosa farvi portare. Avete tutto vicino e il fine settimana soprattutto si riempie la zona di gente che fa aperitivi e festa!

Muy linda la vista, personal bien

The hotel is right in the heart of the old town centre but unfortunately it's so noisy and we were right next to the lift and it kept us awake for most of the night ( don't stay in room 51, it's awful and really small. Nowhere for clothes etc) We've stayed 4 times before but at the back of the hotel and it's a lot quieter. Staff and not very pleasant or friendly 😕 bit difficult to get a simple smile out of most of them. Sadly I think it's our last visit to this hotel.

Had a room on the 7th floor, with music blasting from the 8th floor rooftop bar ALL day…no chance of a siesta! Although the hotel cannot help with the drunk clientele shouting and bawling as they are staggering/stomping/falling down the stairs from the rooftop, there could be signs advising to respect the residents in the hotel.
