As described, not a fan of the beds but a lot of people will love them so more of a personal choice than an issue with the hotel

The Boundary was excellent, and we will stay again when in or passing through Durango. Marriott members for 30+ years and trying better priced motels now that we can get up to date reviews on places. No breakfast, but happy to spend a little elsewhere for that and enjoy the reasonable rates. And the instant coffee they provide in the rooms was as good as they said it was. We will be back!

We were under the impression that there was a breakfast with the stay. Not so. All that was offered was to buy sweet rolls or cookies. No fruit and no hot breakfast. They just suggested restaurants to go to. The coffee and tea in the room was good. The parking was Very full and two cars parked in front of the rooms, sideways to the ones in the lot, which made it difficult for the cars in the lot to back out. Overall we were disappointed.
