Waited over 20 minutes to check-in in the dark closet of a lobby. It’s literally the size of a small closet. Rang bell and called multiple times. Room was dirty and full of bugs. The smell was horrible. I killed 6 roaches and multiple silverfish for one overnight. All of our clothes and pillows smelled horrible after. The only thing that worked in the room was the AC. The sink backed up and didn’t flow, there was mold everywhere including all over the vents for the AC unit. The ceiling in the bathroom was hanging down and full of mold. We couldn’t get a refund that evening and it was already so late that we just dealt with it for one night but never again.

There’s only 3 good things I can say about my stay here. The water pressure I the shower was fantastic! The size of the room was huge and the AC worked great! As for everything else these roaches everywhere! All the bad: Burn holes in the comforter, roaches, water damage in the floors, roaches, the place needs a major renovation it’s like I stepped back into the 90s, roaches, I had to wear my crocs in the shower it looked so gross, roaches, on my last night I heard a blood curdling scream and in under 10 minutes 2 cops were outside and the roaches! I emptied a can of hotshot over the course of my 4 night stay. If I had other options I wouldn’t have staid at all.

Staff shouldnt lie about what kind of rooms they have.reason I say this is because I booked a double bed room and when I got there was told all they have at the hotel is single bed rooms no double beds

The place and the people staying at the hotel appeared to be in drugs or selling drugs. For $31 a night, I still would not stay there. The smell of the room was something out of a horror film.
